Absolutely Amazing - Food, staff and ambience 10/10 Went for Sunday roast and food was superb quality and generous portions Dog friendly too

Tuvimos una comida estupenda aquí durante su estancia cerca de la Lagartija. La comida estaba muy buena, así como los pasteles. Fue una experiencia sobrecogedora. Todo el lugar está orientado a proveer a los estudiantes aptitudes para la vida y el trabajo, y enseñarles cómo para hornear. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra visita aquí y Julian y Susan gracias a un entretenimiento para servicio! Los dos hombres que estaban administrando el café era realmente precioso. Este es un lugar que debe visitar si estás en la zona, ya que se puede apoyar una causa fenomenal.

The Cornish food hub provided food and staff for or wedding at Trevassack lake last weekend. We cannot compliment them enough !! Food was exemplary as was the service !! We chose to have their sharing plates which worked so well bringing people together that had never met before. Cannot compliment Nathan,Andre and the team enough. Thank you xx

Honestly the best fish and chip shop in Helston! From the moment you step in, you know you’re in for a treat. The chips are the perfect balance of crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. The cod bites? Absolutely divine. Flaky, tender fish wrapped in a golden, perfectly seasoned batter that’s just the right amount of crisp. And let’s talk about that curry sauce – rich, savory, with a hint of spice that complements the chips and cod bites perfectly. Every element of this meal was cooked to perfection, and it’s clear that Nettles takes great pride in their food. To top it all off, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Great little cafe, came a couple of times for lunch. The food is lovely and made to order. You get plenty and is reasonably priced. Came for breakfast last year and was, nt disappointed. Will definitely be back next year.

We had a Sunday roast and dessert and it was very good. John gave a very good service and it was a good experience overall. We would recommend it for sure.

Lovely home made soup . Gorgeous !!!! Never disappoints. Arrives nice and hot, good portions and quickly . Nice staff , clean environment. What more could you want . Oh and great value !!!

Went in intending to get a breakfast. Took a seat decide what we wanted and then went to the counter to order. Got told to sit down and she will come over. We where sat for ages and she never came over. She took the order of the other people who came in before us and then walked of into the back and started doing some chopping and kept looking at us. We got up and left and so did another couple. The tables had not been cleaned and there where still dirty plates on them.

Fab Indonesian fish curried noodles. Packed full of fish and mussels. The best meal of the trip . My daughter and husband had the pulled pork burger which they said that they were the best they’d had. Thursday evening was music night and we were treated to a couple singing folk music

Always use this chippy, good portion size, food always tastes great and friendly staff.

We booked the hotel randomly, the pictures on the webside pg looks fab but I think they're supose to changed them because the room we got wosn't looks exactly the same I think the pictures they're from the time when the hotel was open .Everything is very old inside and filty we were in the room 2 min the smell was awful !!!Carpet with a lot of stains on it I was afraid to take my shoes a lot of scratches in the wall beside the windows, doors floors cracking, room was stinks!!!!Disgusting place !!I'm not recommended this hotel ,Just disappointed. Many Thanks for the girl in reception to sorted to us the refund she was very nice person..
