Fantastic dining journey , great experience with the chef preparing the food right there with locally sourced ingredients . Sublime. An experience to not miss when in Falmouth

First time of visiting the Trelowarren Arms as we are not local to this area. Excellent food and great service (young barmaid was very polite) and would have no hesitation returning again or recommending to others. Very popular pub so I would suggest booking in advance.

Lovely place, whilst we waited for our food there was plenty around us to appreciate with pictures lining the walls! The all day breakfast was great, nice and hot and reasonably priced as is everything on the menu. Staff were very friendly, despite the online ordering and self-seating not requiring much interaction. Will definitely come back :)

We had prebooked for the Sunday lunch roast which was roast beef. No starter but it took them 50 minutes to serve at a time that did not seem to be too busy and when there seemed to be plenty of staff about. The beef was absolutely disgusting - dry, grossly overcooked and inedible. Just like shoe leather. Astonishing when we noticed other servings coming out pink. We drew attention to the state of these meals and they offered a replacement but frankly by then we were too tired of the wait and grappling with this awful meal that we declined. It is quite extraordinary that a professional chef (if that is what she/he is) would allow food in this state to be served from their kitchen. The staff reduced the bill but a shocking experience when had been looking forward to a decent Sunday roast. Never again!

This venue should be used as a example, from the moment you’re welcomed through the door by Joe, to when it’s time to filter out of the huge dance floor in the early hours, every minute is absolute class. The spacious downstairs bar has a wide range of shots and drinks at good value for money. The upper bar is smaller but saves you going downstairs and missing the set! Have seen some top artists there, Martin Garrix was my favourite, best night of my life, Avicii was good too (RIP). Tracey is a gem and keeps the drinks flowing and everyone in check, never felt threatened here, fantastic atmosphere, especially on their comedy nights, makes sense that comedians use it as a warm up before they go on Live at the Apollo. Their selection of toast options is great, i quite like a banana on toast to finish of the evening, or raspberry jam every now and then, what a great idea to serve toast at a night club! If you’re in the area, definitely visit!!! You won’t regret it.

Festive Afternoon Tea this afternoon was very disappointing. It is clearly a stop gap to keep income trickling in between Sunday lunch and evening dinner service. The biggest issue is with the service, very inattentive, unconcerned staff not in the slightest bit interested in providing a professional level of attention. The afternoon tea was acceptable but not exactly delightful let alone memorable or to be recommend to others. Delightful setting with the hotel beautifully appointed and well decorated for Christmas, just a pity the staff were not switched on at all. Management at fault and it would appear no investment made in staff training.

This is a pub that sells drinks not food. I can only comment on a pint of Tribute being £3.35 at weekends and £3.15 on weekdays (dynamic pricing). A great pint at an amazing price being almost £2 cheaper than where I live!! The pub also shows a lot of sport having 5 or more massive TVs dotted about. Always good to find such a venue. A few tables have a good view of the harbour but most don’t There is also a pool table
