I love it here so much…the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, helped us with the menu and also helped us with booking a table for Xmas Eve (our family tradition) The food, oh my goodness the food!! Mushroom risotto and macaroni cheese were both delicious! In fact everything coming out the kitchen looked divine. I can’t wait to come back again.

Nice restaurant with great views. Friendly service. Sunday lunch was decent enough, bit tight on the veg and potatoes for two people, especially for the price and quite cheeky to charge for condiments like horseradish which most restaurants (in Cornwall anyway) provide as part of your Sunday lunch meal without charge. Overall taste of the food was good, not amazing, sadly.

Absolutely stunning meal. I had two starters & ended with Cornish cheese & crackers. Staff were super friendly & very efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. Lovely location overlooking harbour. Dining area very spacious & open to the kitchen. Would highly recommend.

We booked 4pm on a Sunday for a roast and despite us being the last diners to arrive and the restaurant being fairly quiet, the staff and the kitchen were great as am sure they were all probably waiting to go home!! The staff were chatty, and fun, the music was a great vibe, and the pork and beef roasts were lovely - although my favourite was the fantastic cauliflower cheese and horseradish. Well done, was lovely all round.

Great place to stop for food but we didn’t have time so settled for hot chocolate with cream on the balcony overlooking the harbour! Friendly staff who made a fuss of our large dog who enjoyed his pup cup. Gorgeous place inside. Will be going back for food!

Good atmosphere, really attentive staff, good food although not the biggest portions but made up by being really flavoursome. Would we go back, yes especially with the great view out onto the harbour through the floor to ceiling glass wall.

We went twice to Indigo for dinner and the restaurant has an enviable position right on the waterside in Falmouth. The food on our first visit was superb (I had hake which topped a delicious risotto. Sadly on our second visit I chose the duck which was the most expensive item on the menu, but it was served in thick pieces and I couldn't get the knife to cut through it. I handed two of my pieces to my son and husband who reported that it was quite chewy. Just such a disappointment. For me it would have been better served in thinner slices with a few more exciting vegetables as the turnips were a bit boring. Apologies for these negative comments as we found the staff very professional and welcoming.

This restaurant is brilliant for a Sunday lunch. From calling to book a table until we left the staff were very attentive and more than happy to help us. The beef and pork were both brilliant and the whole party enjoyed their meals, we will definitely return.

A great place to eat in Falmouth. Good selection of dishes. These are cooked with good ingredients and with attention to getting it all just right. Serving staff were friendly without being overbearing. Great view out onto the harbour. Would definitely go again.

Maybe the best meal I've ever had at a restaurant. We had the bread and olive oil, olives, aubergine schnitzel and fruit pavlova for dessert and every bite was exceptional. I got a free drink for my birthday and the wait staff sang me happy birthday which was lovely

I had high hopes for this restaurant, given its glowing reviews and beautiful harbourside setting, but unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the expectations. The service was a highlight—our servers were friendly, polite, and the attention to detail in the decor and ambiance was impressive. However, the quality of the food left much to be desired. When my partner asked about the side dishes, specifically the aioli fries, the server reassured us that "all the mains are complete meals." At £28 for the duck, that seemed reasonable. However, after a lengthy wait (though understandable with the large number of covers and only four staff visible in the kitchen), what arrived didn’t feel like a complete meal. The dish consisted of just a few small cubes of turnip, a wilted vegetable, and three thin slices of duck, with no substantial carb element. While the presentation was visually appealing, the flavor was underwhelming. The hoisin sauce was the one bright spot, but the dish leaned heavily on it to compensate for the blandness of everything else. Frankly, I’ve had far better duck dishes at local pubs for a fraction of the price. My partner’s fish of the day was similarly bland and uninspiring, which prompted us to skip dessert altogether and leave. I can honestly say it was one of the least memorable meals I've had in Falmouth, especially when compared to the excellent offerings from places like Star & Garter, Restaurant MINE and Windjammer. That said, the restaurant’s positive reviews suggest many people have had a better experience than we did. Perhaps it’s an unfair comparison as we recently dined at the Ugly Butterfly, which set a much higher bar.

Super food, service and atmosphere. Wow! I loved how friendly the staff were and that nothing was too much trouble. The food specials are fresh catches from the day which can run out so you know it’s fresh.

We visited this lovely waterside restaurant for dinner during our stay in Falmouth. I ordered the duck followed by a pavlova and my partner had chicken followed by a pana cotta. All dishes were really delicious, packed full of flavour and we are still talking about this meal many days later.

We've been to Indidog several times, and the food is always excellent and the service is exceptional. This is by far our favourite restaurant in Falmouth.

If you want sea food - look no further. This restaurant offers amazing sea food and fantastic views over the water. We started with some wonderful cocktails (there is a happy hour too) and were spoilt for choice with the freshly caught fish of the day. A great menu with some interesting courses and beautifully presented - thank you chef! We were there for our daughter’s graduation dinner - a perfect choice for somewhere special. Dogs are welcome (and fussed over).

Fantastic seafood but vegetarians and vegans should avoid as their options are an afterthought; the baked courgette is a bit of a joke, especially for £18.50. the staff are friendly and the location is fantastic.

It's a long time since we've had such a lovely experience in a restaurant. The service is next level. Our waiter Will was fantastic. Every single member of staff is delightful. The seafood rich menu is a delight, and everything we ordered delicious. I would give 10 stars if I could - faultless 😍

Fantastic Dining Experience. We had an excellent meal after arriving without a booking and were delighted by the exceptional customer service. A lovely girl warmly seated us with our dog, Poppy and we couldn’t believe what a beautiful setting it was that welcomed dogs. We mentioned that we had just gotten married and the girl kindly congratulated us. Shortly after being seated, a kind gentleman greeted us, said hello to Poppy, and made us feel very welcome. To our surprise, we were treated to two complimentary glasses of champagne, which made the evening even more special. We couldn’t have felt more welcomed and appreciated. Lovely setting for brunch. Had the pancake stack which was nice and my gf had the fish finger sandwich which was amazing. I think timing your visit so you can sit in the sun and look over the harbour is a must but sadly sunshine is something out of the IndiDogs control

We have regularly been to this venue A first choice to take friends and colleagues The individual stars are based on this but.. A noticeable increase in prices over the summer A reduction in the size and no of fish portions Plus we booked a table at 1 pm at 10 am that was confirmed on the phone When we arrived at the correct time we were told it was a late booking which is why it wasn’t in the book !! Manager talked the talk but ultimately was disappointing experience !! Lovely venue and staff but now becoming an expensive treat when other local venues offer more !!

Well what a lovely evening that was. Great table with a view across the harbour. Slick and friendly staff. Delightful small menu, our choices were perfect. Delicious duck, sweet scallops, tasty cod katsu, desserts that melted in your mouth. A nice selection of wines and the bonus the staff didn't forget my ice. Thank you. Would we recommend, whole heartedly. The icing on the cake is that well behaved dogs are welcome. Don't miss out in this gem.

Absolute best service today from the manager. Nothing was too much trouble even for a challenging party such as ours. The view was so serene. The food and cocktails were tasty, with generous portion sizes. Really glad we chose this place.

Wait 45 mn to get cold food delivered… special negative award to the monkfish, cold badly cooked, uninteresting savor. Service: head waitress was ok, rest of the staff arrogant. A place to avoid, Cornwall desserves better.

I think my favorite spot so far. Lively, terrific seafood, good drinks. If I were a local I would be here once a week, at least. Family friendly, but probably more on the adult side. I didn't see a sticky noisy kid in sight, so can't attest to that. Booking highly recommended for lunch/dinner times.

We chose here for our last meal in Falmouth after a week away, a breakfast on the harbour before leaving. The service was fantastic and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable (about the menu and about allergies). We had eggs Royale (one gluten free version) and the gluten free pancakes stack to share, as well as two berry smoothies. It was definitely on the more expensive side of places we’d looked at for breakfast, but we were really impressed by the quality of the cooking and the ingredients, not to mention the lovely view. Best gluten free pancakes I’ve had too!

We just had amazing lunch with kids. Great menu selection and good portions for adults and kids. Loved cocktail Cornish pocket, will defo recommend! The view is unbelievable! Wow have to admit this truly was one of not the best meals I have ever had. That takes me a lot to say, I’ve traveled the world and tried everything, but this superb restaurant in Falmouth was so unbelievably incredible it’s a definite 10/10 from us!

We were down for four nights and visited twice. This was our favourite place, so relaxing and they genuinely want you to stay. We had lots of lovely dishes, but the scallops and spicy bloody mary were the highlight. All the staff were so friendly, but I would like to shout out the very lovely Izzie who treated us like royalty. Can't wait to visit again next time we are in Falmouth x

We are local customers. The quality of food is good. Sides are essential. We do not need to be hassled through our evening having paid a deposit regarding our time slot. We are paying London prices in a local eatery. Plus point Verdant on tap.

We visited for Sunday lunch and had a lovely time. One of the best settings / views in Falmouth. Very much dog friendly. I had the scallops and they were delicious. My son has the burger and it was really tasty. Wife and father had fish of the day - Haddock and really enjoyed it. The only down point was that neither the burger or fish of the day came with chips or veg and in isolation the portions were a little mean. We order a side of skin on chips, which were generous , delicious and filled the void. The steaks looked absolute delicious and it was great to be able to see the chef team working hard to prepare from scratch. Waiting team were great with the kids.

Had a lovely breakfast, started with the Drambuie Porridge with prunes which we shared. Then had the bacon and egg with sweet onion jam bap .Very nice place with a great view of the Harbour. My Wife had the blueberry pancakes with crispy bacon ,very moreish.

Excellent but very noisy acoustic. Consider a few installations to absorb noise?

If you’re in Falmouth this is a must go. They had a marmite hake special and it was phenomenal. Everything on the menu was amazing. Definitely give this place a go

Nice restaurant, food good, only eggplant not recommended - unfortunately it tastes boring! Service tried hard, but waiting times were very long!! Unfortunately, the dessert we were looking forward to all evening was gone! A pity

I’m sorry to leave such an awful review because the waitress was lovely. The food was genuinely appalling. We ordered the fish of the day and the lamb and both were over salted, bland portions. The fish of the day was fish pie mix glorified. The lamb was bland and overseasoned. I genuinely have never left a restaurant so underwhelmed and feeling like I’ve been robbed.

Four of us dined last night, three loved it. The Fourth, myself was rather disappointed. The single vegetarian option arrived undercooked, the lovely staff had it replaced but that took a while. The replacement was cooked fine, but it was still underwhelming. I would have liked a choice and wouldn't have chosen spicy aubergine on couscous.

Restaurant overlooking Falmouth Bay, very good service. We chose Lamb and the fish of the day, Haddock. We could have opted for some side dishes because the portions are not very big. We chose the dessert of the day to go with it and it was spectacular.

In Falmouth for a short break and looking for good food and service which we certainly found there. Booked in advance which was necessary and greeted with real enthusiasm. Super table overlooking the harbour. Scallops are a must and the only dilemma was sharing 6 between 5 people! Lamb and the fish of the day were both excellent. A tour de force all round.

My friends and I had a really lovely dinner and we must say the service was amazing. Haily and Amalie were so lovely and accommodate it us. The Eatary is located on the harbour so the view is so beautiful during the day and in the evening. I would definitely recommend.

Da wir am Wochenende nicht reserviert hatten, „mussten“ wir draußen sitzen, was jedoch den Vorteil hatte noch näher am Hafen zu sitzen und sich die Seeluft um die Nase wehen zu lassen. Der Service ist super nett und hilfsbereit, die Tageskarte wird detailliert beschrieben. Und das Essen ist sehr sehr frisch und auch sehr sehr lecker, nicht günstig, jedoch jeden Pence wert. Der Fisch wurde auf den Punkt zubereitet. Reserviert vorher lieber, aber stattet dem Indidog auf jeden Fall einen Besuch ab.

Me and my husband were visiting Cornwall for the bank holiday, someone recommended indidog for dinner. It was absolutely beautiful. The staff were pleasant despite being late for our reservation. The food was spot on. I would definitely eat here again if we visited in the future. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting!!

Great atmosphere(5/5⭐️) and service (5/5⭐️). It is located right next to the carpark with the harbour view. I gave 3/5 ⭐️ for food as for a close to London price food it wasn’t up to par with other restaurants in Cornwall. I want to say the fish didn’t feel very fresh for being right by the sea but i might be wrong as I’m not a professional cook.

Lovely venue with fab sea view. Food was ok but not great I had the scallops to start which were good and the baked cod ( which was the special of the day). It came in a soup bowl awash with a thin green tasteless sauce and that was it for £28. When I asked if any veg was available I was told it was rainbow carrots, salad leaves or chips all at an extra £4.75 each. I would have enjoyed something like tender stem broccoli, french beans or asparagus to compliment the fish. My friend had lamb rump which he enjoyed but the portion was tiny at £27. I don't mind what I pay for food providing it's better than I can cook at home and this wasn't. One of the waitresses was quite off hand with me when I was asking about the menu and the staff were clearing up around us ie sweeping the floor before we had finished eating. We sat down at 7.30 so were not in there late. I thought this was very bad manners and not what I expected when I was paying £60 a head just for food (not drinks). There was a choice of 4 starters and 4 mains with 1 special so not a big selection. My advice would be to be prepared to have 3 courses with sides of veg and chips (providing you like carrots) check there is something you like before you go, book a sea view table and hope you get one of the waitresses that isn't rude. Or not bother.

What a fantastic location, with the best views. This restaurant will not disappoint from being greeted all the way through till you leave,You will feel it’s a very special night. Had the most amazing scallops for starters so fresh. For main we had the catch of the day which was cod wow that was so fresh and just fell apart with a delicious sauce. Had to sneak in a dessert and the tiramisu was so light and yummy could have eaten a second one. Will be sure to go again if in Falmouth. Thanks for a lovely evening.

What a fabulous place. Firstly a very warm welcome from the owner. Great outside table with the most amazing view. The food was delicious. We had very individual service from attentive staff and felt that our custom was valued. We will definitely return

This restaurant has a fab location right on the water with a magnificent view. After a lengthy walk I was feeling I deserved a blow out and enjoyed the offer on 2 cocktails. You can get cocktails anywhere but what you can’t get is fish cooked perfectly. . Wow wow wow, I had a main of plaice done in a vegetable and chorizo bouillabaisse. It was wonderful. The fish was great but the cooking was perfection. My starter was fabulous too - scallops. Demonstrating restraint I had 2 small glasses of Albariño which was a perfect accompaniment. The restaurant seems well managed and the waiting staff were focused and switched on. If I’m lucky enough to be back in Falmouth I’ll definitely return.

We are here twice on our recent trip to Falmouth. The food and drinks are great. Inventive and inviting. The staff is so welcoming and nice. Such a great treasure to visit.

Amazing service, food , coffee , view & atmosphere. We just stumbled across it after the dog had played on the beach in front and he was welcomed in as well. Scrambled egg on toast and the salmon was very nice as was the coffee.

Here for the day on a cruise ship and found this lovely spot. Has some great food, couple of drinks looking at the water. It doesn’t get better than that!!
