Pie and Vinyl is one of a kind - I’ve popped in to browse the record collection / visit with my daughter who is a music nut, with my Son to watch and listen to Dan Croll who played an acoustic set. Couldn’t believe it when Wendy James from Transvision Vamp fame sang to a small intimate group recently. It’s a friendly and unpretentious place. I still can’t get my head around it. Such a unique and quirky visits; sitting eating pie, browsing records and Castle street and the location is fab too. Do visit you won’t be disappointed.

Just returned from a lunch at Delaney’s the welcome from staff and food were fabulous! All sandwiches freshly made to order and extremely good value for money. We were not rushed but staff were attentive. I will definitely be back!

This is the first time i have participated in eating in Pret A Manger. I found there to be a very limited selection for vegans and the prices were extortionate. In additon to the already extortionate pricings, the additional inclusive pricing for sitting in was just insult to injury! At the prices youre already charging, sitting in should be a given and not extra! If youre going to charge such extortionate prices for seating then at least make sure the seats you are charging for are well maintained and not like something someone found in a dumpster! The food was average for a sandwich shop yet they charge restaurant prices. I wont be going there again!

WE did nothing, I assure you not a single thing wrong! … and after supporting this pub in MANY, MANY progressive ways throughout the years, we sit here and wonder why on earth WE were so spontaneously and rudely turfed out of OUR pub! To be continued… 5th October 2024 ... Well I'm continuing it now... A month on! ... The CURRENT landlord should have behaved better... To be continued... 10th October 2024 ... Well on the upside, after by being barred by the CURRENT landlord who was extremely inebriated at the time of ousting us, my husband and I would like to thank HIM for saving us hundreds of pounds on our bar tab! ... kerching for Fullers? NOT. To be continued.... So... here it is...mid October.... ... Met at a junction... adhering to the highway code, we let a car have the passage of right of way... the driver waved and then smiled... Such a gracious smile! .. when my husband and I realised who the driver was, we were left gobsmacked... the man at the wheel was the CURRENT landlord who BARRED us for life ... READ PREVIOUS... He was being friendly all of a sudden? ...Whoops-a-daisy!
