Have wanted to visit for so long and then ended up visiting twice in the space of a month as it was so nice!
The food is very authentic and delicious, and I love that it is a family run restaurant too.
On both visits, I had the crispy pork which was SO nice (hence why I had to have it on my return visit!) and it was a tough choice as there are so many great dishes to choose from.
The service was excellent - friendly, efficient and polite.
Conveniently located in the heart of Portsmouth.
Highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again!
We booked Scotts Tap and Keller for my partner’s 50th birthday celebrations, and are so glad that we did. We had drinks in Scotts for 20 people, where we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had great hospitality. All the staff were brilliant, and are a credit to Paul and the team. Simon had a fantastic birthday and I can’t thank you all enough for making everything run so smoothly on the day, with brilliant customer service throughout. Highly recommended if you are looking for the perfect place to hold a celebration party in Portsmouth! Sarah xx
Fantastic coffee, made with great care & attention! Love the vibe and how food & drinks are served. Truffles scrambled eggs are to die for and NO other coffee shop in Portsmouth gives you your brownie on a plate with added caramel sauce & berries! Top notch! 👌🏻
Decided to get two afternoon tea boxes in short notice. Great service, well presented boxes and received well. I would definitely recommend and use the service again, thank you.
Knowing how much we enjoy Indian cuisine, my family gifted myself and my partner a takeaway from Breenons Kitchen as a birthday surprise. Wow what a feast!!! Every single dish was absolutely full of flavour and you could tell each one was fresh. I think the dhal was my personal favourite and the tempura vegetable sand array of very fresh, homemade chutneys were my partners. Would recommend to anyone in the area and appreciates good food!

Ordered classic burgers today with buy1 get 1deal on uber eats and they were amazing!!! The sauce was delicious, buns were soft and patty was very well seasoned and juicy!
its halal too!!
We also tried the loaded beef fries, they were very good! It would taste even better if you added some jalapeños on top!
Over all very satisfied with the food!
Keep it up guys!
Decided to take a trip to Portsmouth from London on a whim, and in my search for a decent cup of coffee, came across Hideout, needless to say my quest ended there, not only the coffee was primo, but the Apple Pie Donut was killer. The atmosphere and decor is brilliant as well!
I give them 11.½ coffee beans out of 10.

Expected More, Food was ok, thought 1st time trying tacos would be really great however wasn't much different to a normal cheese melt wirh chicken if I'm honest.
Service was.... well can be improved on, no friendliness from front of staff, no asking how was your food was everything ok, not even a good bye thanks for coming. Considering just spent around £60, like I said expected more and plesse don't take this as negative feedback but feedback to things that are simple to fix.
Still thank you for my 1st Mexican Taco Exsprience,
We found this hidden gem on our visit to Portsmouth whilst we were visiting another restaurant but changed our mind last minute to visit here and did not regret it! The food was very authentic and amazing. The service by Sakshi was excellent. Good ambience and attention to detailed staff. We tried the Sev Puri and Chaat for starters followed by the Railway lamb and Konkani chicken. We then had the masala chai after our delicious meal. We will visit again no doubt.
Very Disappointing.
They entitle themselves as Latin American Food. I’m Brazilian and this is nothing like latin america. The cod and the steak were both tasteless, the rice which is the only dish that has taste, is very oily, greasy…
The sweet mash is a disaster.
Someone needs to tell them to better study latin american cuisine, especially the drinks, being Brazilian and seeing someone serving Caipirinha with Brown Sugar is a terrible, Caipirinha is made with white sugar!
I was expecting way more when I read the reviews. I don’t recommend.

Met a friend for lunch in Viet Quan and had the most delicious (and enormous) bowl of pho. My friend loved her prawns with lemongrass and vermicelli too. I'll definitely be going back.
