We booked Scotts Tap and Keller for my partner’s 50th birthday celebrations, and are so glad that we did. We had drinks in Scotts for 20 people, where we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had great hospitality. All the staff were brilliant, and are a credit to Paul and the team. Simon had a fantastic birthday and I can’t thank you all enough for making everything run so smoothly on the day, with brilliant customer service throughout. Highly recommended if you are looking for the perfect place to hold a celebration party in Portsmouth! Sarah xx

Lovely little spot to relax and try a new beer. Works perfectly for a pre dinner drink if you eating next door at the Kings Street Tavern. Although quite small upstairs there have a downstairs section as well.

Having only happened upon Scott’s a few months ago, I’ve been making up for lost time across their diverse beer offering. Mikey is wonderful, he’s friendly and knowledgeable and I recommend asking him for suggestions if you’re not sure on what to order or would like to try something new.

This is a great small bar. The selection of beer is terrific often with local beer from Gosport or the New Forest. The barman is friendly and warm. It's just a great place.

Since my first visit in March I have been several times, in fact every time I pop over to Southsea! This place surpasses labels, and is pure, unadulterated excellence. The surrroundings and the vibe exude well-being, and are the perfect accompaniment to the mind-boggling food and refreshments. If you want to feel cared-for, come here! Everything I have sampled has been a revelation in taste; perfectly-combined flavours in no way overwhelming or heavy. The subtlety of the cakes, coffees and buscuits is second-to-none and even the "pupcakes" look mouthwateringly tempting! All staff are superb; contributing calm and nurturing atmosphere which clearly must origionate from the top...

85 High Street, Cosham, Portsmouth EnglandI have been a customer and took also potential customer there , which spent quite a lot of money on shopping. I feel the service it’s bad and the cleanliness leave a lot to desire . I have tried to understand as to why , the standards are going down and service is mediocre. Today I have experienced bad service to the point of rudeness. So I will not go back there .

Marmion RoadThis bar & restaurant is suitable for drinks & snacks with family & friends or as a couple. The beer & wine is very good, the snacks & tapas are fresh & a good size. Although with have not had a full meal yet, we are looking forward to trying their Sunday lunch in the next few weeks.

54 Osborne RoadHad a baguette. Was thin and dry. Chicken was meh. Very overpriced. Staff were not very friendly. Won't ever be coming back.

8 Charter House Lord Montgomery Way, Portsmouth PO1 2SB EnglandAbsolutely loved the coffee and donuts at this place, and the vibe is exactly what I want from a coffee shop - Punk AF! It's a shame I only arrived 5 mins before closing on a Sunday because I would have loved to have been there longer, but the coffee was killer and the Smokin' Crack vegan donut was so good! Next time, hopefully I can spend a little longer there!
