Had the best experience thanks to our server Peter, he was so efficient and friendly! Would recommend this bottomless brunch to anyone! Had the best times

The food here was adequate however what spoilt the experience was the extortionate prices of drinks. They were a total rip-off. Can you believe a gin and tonic was £9.30 (!!!) and a pint of cider was £6.20 (!!!). These are silly and completely unjustified prices, so beware!

Peter provided an exceptional level of service! Despite the venue being packed, he managed to deliver quick and efficient assistance while maintaining a friendly demeanor. His professionalism truly stands out and reflects positively on S&L and the Stonegate brand. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Holly served our drinks to us, table service even though she didn't have to. Had such a contagious smile and positive attitude towards us, as well as other customers in the area. Definitely want to be served by her again!

Jen was amazing and waited for my arrival, as the train was running late. Brunch was lovely and the team were warm and welcoming and very attentive. However, as a vegetation I found the menu limiting - would be better if there were more options to choose from as I resulted to in having a breakfast at 4:30pm due to limitations.

Great service and really friendly staff! Would 100% recommend as an amazing place to go for birthday or celebration drinks.

Went for bottlemless brunch while visiting my cousin on a weekend away. Service and refills were quick and a great welcome and service from Paul. Thank you Paul and team ☺️

On arrive I was greeted with a very warm welcome from all the bar staff and then the were nice all night every staff member was good to us all night

Bar staff surly. Obviously did not want to be working. Did not smile and was not very helpful - everything seemed a bit of an effort. Waited quite a while for a small order to be processed and cooked. I ordered the full English, when it arrived it was lukewarm and 'scrambled egg' was rubbery and a tiny portion. Would not recommend.

Been here multiple times and never disappoints. Me and my daughter had lunch and a few drinks, couldn't fault anything. Staff were friendly and prompt, despite it being very busy at the time. The manager Hayley was fantastic, helping with a couple af changes needed for my daughters dietary requirements. She is a star! Will be back soon

As a regular visiter to bottomless brunch I would highly recommend!! Just like anywhere in the world, go enough to anywhere, there is going to be good and bad experiences. However if you are lucky enough to have either Freya or James as your server during a bottomless brunch, I can guarantee a good experience. Freya should be a ambassador/trainer for the company in regards to training staff at being a server during a bottomless brunch.

my friends and i spontaneously popped in for a quick drink today, and we were pleasantly surprised by the chill atmosphere and friendly nature of the staff (especially holly and arwen!) i chose the gold digger cocktail, which was so beautiful!! i would definitely come here again on another occasion x
