The best restaurants serving British food in Medway South East

Lovely afternoon tea so fresh and very nice had to take two cakes home as so filling!! Pots of tea by the cup full (four pots) really lovely not rushed, staff so pleasant. Would recommend.

The Service is just right & very helpful. The Food is first class & they do the best Bubble would recommend this Cafe beat the one across the Road hands down for Service & Food

We'd heard and read so many glowing reports about Go Jos that when were nearby we stopped off for coffee and breakfast baps. What a revelation, really hit the spot! Everything looked delicious so we decided on some sausage rolls to take home. They travelled well from Halling to Herne Bay. We always love it when our son and partner come to visit, but even more so now that they pop into Go Jos on their way and bring us some goodies! Halling you're very lucky to have Go Jo on your doorstep!

There are less and less of the old school greasy spoons. The SAS Rogue Heroes 2 recce crew think it is the dogs ......

Food was delicious and was prepared fast. Best chips I’ve had in years. Service was brilliant - really lovely couple of chaps who were very helpful! Will be back

Beautiful setting, delicious food. Friendly faces upon arrival and all throughout the evening. This has been our go to for family Xmas meals for the last couple of years and we already decided it will continue next year. The warm beautifully decorated restaurant sets the scene for a lovely festive get together. Massive well done to the waiting staff and chefs for the top quality service and delicious meals.

Best breakfast u can ever get in medway food a good quality it not overcooked and is lovely and the place is very clean one of the best in medway and quality good price too.

Been good before but food was awful tonight. Everything was so watery and the chicken looked grey, really unappealing. Satay was good but the yellow curry and chicken in oyster sauce was woeful. Won’t bother again

We visited for Sunday lunch yesterday. Excellent meal, food portions are great and all the staff are very welcoming and friendly, gives a great atmosphere. A real gem. Think this is going to become our not so local, local!

Loved the place. As far as looks is concerned it's ok. But the food is amazing. Very homey feel. Will be back Friday for round 2.
