We'd heard and read so many glowing reports about Go Jos that when were nearby we stopped off for coffee and breakfast baps. What a revelation, really hit the spot! Everything looked delicious so we decided on some sausage rolls to take home. They travelled well from Halling to Herne Bay. We always love it when our son and partner come to visit, but even more so now that they pop into Go Jos on their way and bring us some goodies! Halling you're very lucky to have Go Jo on your doorstep!

Amazing little cafe in a horse box, delicious farm shop bacon in home made bread, and coffees so good that they turned a tea drinker!

I love going to this characterful little haven of a morning for a coffee and bit of toast and a sausage for the dog. It’s a sure fire way of preparing myself for whatever the day may throw at me! Jo makes the best sausage rolls and cakey bits and as a coffee lover I can honestly say this is the best coffee in Kent. You can also order beautiful homemade loafs of bread that again, is simply the best I’ve had. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend taking a trip into Halling to enjoy a walk with the dog and making a pit stop at Jo’s for a coffee and a bacon/ sausage sandwich/muffin etc. Absolute magic 👌

A converted horse box is the setting for this excellent food outlet Open from 630-930 on weekday mornings and slightly later on Saturday. The best coffee and using produce from a locally situated farm shop, the best sausage and bacon sandwiches .... ever. Couple this with Jo's excellent home baked bread and cakes and you can't go wrong. Highly recommended!

Updated Feb 2025 Had Sunday roast which was poor, its was stodgy. Slow service. Nice surroundings but not a great Sunday roast. Took a while to arrive but food and drink was good and lovely surroundings. Nice place to go for something to eat.

Sure it’s a lovely pub but it’s a real shame that you shut at 9pm on a Saturday, weird.I got there to have a pint and all doors were shut with lights off.
