I get it's a small shop but several times I've been in at 10am to be told no breakfasts today or no baps,sausage etc.Also very rare their isn't a staff member on their break during the busiest period. When it's available the food is great.

On my visit to Hyde today (Tuesday 12th November 2024) i noticed this chippy had a few special deals on the windows so i went inside. Inside the chippy was a price list. On the price list there was also a specials section ( Tuesday-sausage and chips £4.00 and on a Thursday pie and chips £4.75. Being a Tuesday i ordered 2 sausage and chips. I was told a different price than the one shown quite clearly on the price list board. I asked why it was a different price than the on shown quite clearly on the board and was told they dont do the specials anymore(if this is not a scam why Bosums leave it on the price list board knowing that they dont do it? I also think that this is illegal). I remember when this chippy used to be very busy now i know why it is not !!!! Places like this that deliberately try to deceive dont deserve your custom !!!! Give your custom to a business that doesn't rip customers off !!!. AVOID !!! SHAME ON YOU BOSUNS !!!!

I came here last year and I have to admit they had significant improvement, My gyros portion was super tasty and massive for a decent price

We came for a Sunday roast and was served by a lovely young lady called Georgia. She was so helpful and catered to all our needs with a smile on her face! What a fantastic asset to your establishment!

Great food and service the staff could not have been more helpful as my wife has some food intolerances, this was sorted out and we both had an enjoyable meal

My sons & myself came for food and a play in the soft play area. Quick service for our food and staff member Chris was very welcoming. Will come back again.

We have eaten here a few times and the lack of consistency always leaves you wondering what the experience will be like this time. The last time my mum ate here, they tried to charge her for a more expensive meal than the one she'd actually had. Three of us came for lunch on Monday and it was very quiet, so we expected the service to be good. We were sadly disappointed. The service began okay enough but declined rapidly. The food was nice but the time we had to wait for our main course (three pizzas) was far too long. We then waited a while for someone to come to ask if we wanted dessert or coffee so that we could ask for the bill. There were only a couple of other tables occupied but the waitresses seemed to prefer standing by the bar having a chat, rather than providing good customer service. Very disappointing.

this was a family occasion , the food was fabulous all you could eat , had the turkey and ham + beef + great service.the chef was very friendly and nice to everybody his name was conor thanks from michael and eva fleming cork , ireland

Called at short notice to book a table. A very pleasant staff member fitted us in. The service and food were very good. I had lamb and it was delicious with the veg very well cooked and fresh. I would recommend.

Poor roast dinner... Beef was so tough could barely cut it. Sprouts were hard as was the cauliflower cheese. Red cabbage and carrots were nice.

Arrived for Sunday lunch at 1 pm , told can’t order Sunday lunch because they had used all the meat for a kids party. Waited around 10 minutes then we were able to order. Food came around 20 minutes later, it looked lovely, unfortunately it wasn’t very hot, no stuffing on my turkey dinner, and the veg was very hard, the meat was nice and when I eventually got some stuffing it was nice and hot. The staff were lovely, on the way out I told the lady behind the bar that it was all cold . Was it worth £35 no definitely not.
