Title: Exceptional Service That Saved the Day! I recently visited Bar MCR Airport and had a memorable experience—though not entirely for the reasons I expected. When my meal arrived, I unfortunately found a hair in my food. I was a bit taken aback, but the way the staff addressed the situation turned my disappointment into praise. The management was incredibly responsive. As soon as I brought the issue to their attention, they were extremely apologetic and acted swiftly to rectify it. Within minutes, I was presented with a fresh plate of my meal, perfectly prepared, along with a complimentary drink as a gesture of goodwill. Their quick response and genuine concern for my dining experience were remarkable. It’s not just about the food; it’s how a restaurant handles challenges that truly defines their service. Every time me and my friend fly we get Bloody Mary’s and they were the best ones we’ve ever had! Great service from the polish bar maid, she deserves a bonus!

We spent £70 in here got 3 chicken bites for £9.50 so had to go to Burger King for chips then got thrown out for sitting with the rest of the family

Unfortunately we had a rather bad expirience. We sat down at around 10:45am and tryed ordering online but the QR code didn't work at first. We went up front and they told us to order online and so we tryed to. For some reason the payment never went through so we went back up and wanted to order there. It was 11:01am at this point. And they didn't serve breakfast anymore after 11am so they denied us breakfast eventho they saw us sitting down 15 minutes earlier. Rather sad.

Came here in September and ordered cheesy chips. I must say they were the best cheesy chips ever, when I came here today i managed to get them again and my god they did not disappoint 😊❤️

Amazing staff and calm atmosphere. I spilled my coffee early in the morning before my flight and the staff couldn’t be more helpful, they cleaned the area and moved us to the clean table whilst offering fresh coffee for me. Really appreciate it as they couldn’t be more helpful and kind. Highly recommend if you flying from T1.

Daylight robbery. £11 glass of house white wine. Poured in the last of 3 different bottles. Classily gaff - not. Don’t let yourself be taken advantage of like I was. Disgusting bar

Nice ICELAND quality English breakfast Diddy… £16 No toast included…£4.75 for “fresh orange juice” squeezed straight from a plastic bottle, they won’t even hide from you, just served in front of your eyes to make you feel stupid. Atmosphere is quite ok and they have very nice sofas, what makes even less sense, proper prank! Very unhappy staff. Overall plastic food from mediocre quality. Will never comeback, I promise.

Didn't quite get the eggs right the first time but the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Even though it was a busy time, they sorted it straight away and fixed up a fresh plate which was delicious. Super friendly staff even at silly o'clock in the morning.

To be honest it would’ve been a 4 star but the crazy lady with the hair was a bit too militant for my liking. Everyone else was a dream. The breakfast was okay. I’ll be travelling again so deffo be back 😂

I inquired about gluten free and vegan options and was helped by Bruno who spent a lot of time going through the options with me until I was ready to order. He was so thorough and caring, I felt so well looked after, great place for anyone with food allergies!

Excellent service from a really nice lady called Beatriz she was happy always smiling and extremely helpful. A credit to your organization. Food was delicious and well cooked. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for good food and great service.

I know airports are meant to be a miserable experience but this place is next level - nary a smile or ounce of charm from any member of staff. The discussion about why my second round cost more than the first (despite being identical) captured the existential angst of this broken nation.

The ambiance was lively, and the atmosphere was perfect. The highlight of the evening was the excellent service provided by Shahad. Who was attentive, friendly, and ensured that all our needs were met promptly. The drinks were well-crafted, and the overall experience was top-notch.

T1 best ever bar. Always smiling staff, especially Thomas. Make us feel welcome. Food was delicious and delivered fast.

On the 13/624 my travelling companion experienced a medical episode in this bar. The young man behind the bar whose name I cannot remember, acted promptly and ensured para medics and airport customer services arrived swiftly. My companion is now, hopefully recovering in his local hospital but my gratitude to this young man will never be forgotten. Well done and thank you.

5 people working, 5 people in the queue yet it’s taking 20min to be served. Never seen such a disorganised bar/restaurant

Ordered a breakfast at 7:01 sat down and waited out drinks had come after ten minutes as for the food it never showed up we asked where it was at 7:45 so they apologised and said they would refund us for the food and send us a breakfast so we waited until 8:10 asked again and turned round and said they had refunded us so we wasn’t getting any which is terrible try to avoid here and go elsewhere if possible

Not bad for some food before a flight, prices not terrible for an airport. Food comes out fast, maybe even too fast, took less than 5 minutes. Better than too slow though I suppose. Okay ish food, think weatherspoons but more expensive.

I took the Pulled Beef Yorkshire Pudding Wrap (14£) and there was so little meat inside that they should put it in the Veggie options!! Juste à shame!

Absolutely rammed, no seats available. 10min queue for drinks, got through security quicker! Then got charged over £44 for 4 drinks.

Great staff very pleasant kept the bar and tables cleaned food was hot and tasted great reccomend fries with nacho cheese and chicken bites . Would use this bar again no hesitation thank you.

One barman very good, other one (manager?) Only able to serve people standing in front of him

Manager refusing and tyrning people away from the bar because he wants them to use the app to order. He needs to be aware that the app is very slow and some people don’t have the time to wait around.. also, some people aren’t very good with technology, especially the older generation. I’ve sat here for 40 minutes and watched the manager turn away 50+ people and has been quite rude. Others may want to pay with cash. This is not good customer service on his behalf. He needs to be more people friendly and smile.

This was a great place to start off our trip away for a few days. Lots of seating overlooking the airport, varied menu and quick service. On the expensive side but no more than any other airport eatery. Worth a visit!

Very friendly service, our food arrived very quickly, nice and tasty. It was nice to see friendly staff after having a terrible experience next door at The Grain Loft.

This bar is located after security in Manchester Airport. It has a light and bright location with views over the airport. It has printed menus on the table and takes cash. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed a light breakfast before our flight.

Food: Breakfast was shocking for knocking on £16 and not 1 item on the plate was warm let alone hot. A breakfast that doesn't come with toast at nearly £16 is just pure greed. £2 for 1 slice of toast nah. Will remember for next time and go to Giraffe at least I know the service in there is better. 5 stars for atmosphere as you can't expect much at 5am.

The staff are amazing and full of personality especially the one with the bright pink hair! If only everyone looked like her. Also, the food is probably the best at the airport and it probably has the best atmosphere as everywhere else feels too busy and cluttered in comparison. Would 100% recommend to anyone travelling abroad.

This is the best place in T1 to have food and drinks, the staff and entire team are amazing if I could give 6 stars overall I would, thanks team MCR for making our holiday getaway the best ever!! Keep up the great work
