We have dined at the Glasshouse on numerous occasions and the standards are unwavering. The food and service are amazing, the atmosphere is relaxed and it's a really brilliant way to give young people the life experience they need to create a great career. Love it!

A gluten free , vegan BLT . Wow - delicious and has to be one of the best GF , Vegan sandwiches I’ve had . So difficult to find gluten and vegan free food that’s well prepared - this was amazing Very impressed.

No matter how amazing a business is, you need great customer service skills or else you won’t go back. You can be the greatest chef in the world, but if you’re rude no one will go back. The greatest hairdresser, but if you’re rude the same approach applies. Anyway, my point is, is that the gentleman who works here is absolutely AMAZING. I am sure everyone other employee is too. This is my second review here and I am amazed at how kind and warming he is. Honestly, his genuine kindness was a dominating reason for me writing this review. I also ordered a vegan chocolate Orange chocolate log which was extremely delicious and a lovely hot chocolate.

Woodies cafe is spot on for a proper hearty fry up! I live in Ashton under-lyne and still travel an hour just for a woodies cafe. The staff are friendly and always happy to help Would highly recommend woodies to all my friends

I’ve been coming to Hug in a Mug quite a while now, and I can honestly say it’s something I look forward to as part of my daily routine, when i am at work. It’s got such a great atmosphere and despite losing Ed, Karen has carried on with the support of Grace, Rob and Matt, and all her customers old and new, who are now friends, because it isn’t just a cafe, it’s a safe welcoming haven and community space for everyone to feel as if they belong. The additional benefit now is the new chef Nuno, who is an exceptional talent in the kitchen. His food is amazing !!! Let’s keep being patrons of this great cafe as it is much needed and benefits a lot of people young and old. Thank you Karen for carrying on in difficult times, everyone appreciates your bravery and hard work. Looking forward to the new menu next year and all the great nights throughout the year.

Food and drinks spot on, staff friendly & welcoming. Top little bar with stuff going on at a weekend !! I'd recommend anyone to pop in to this place

Lovely, hot, fresh food and very comfortable seating. The staff are lovely and the cappachinos are the best I've ever had!

Got put in a freezing tent outside, shown a very limited menu, paid £20 for a fairly basic pie and a few kale leaves. Beer selection was pretty limited too. If going to mediocre overpriced modern restaurants and getting conned js your thing, go for it. If you're looking for a genuinely good pub with good food and drink , I would avoid. Staff were friendly at least

We went for a late lunch & enjoyed our food & drinks, The drinks were enjoyable (iced caramel latte & hot chocolate) & we had the Eggs Benedict & chicken burger , all of us would return & not badly priced at all :)

Love this place! The food is always excellent, the coffee is great and the bottomless brunch is fabulous and a great new addition for Boothstown. The staff are always friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Good local bakery & cafe which offers breakfast, lunch, drinks & and a range of baked pastries and cakes. Staff are lovely and the prices are very reasonable. Eat in or takeaway available. You can also phone your order in advance of pick up so saving time when you arrive. Only ordered a breakfast here which was lovely but the rest of the offerings look really good. Breakfast is tasty and cooked well.

My favourite place, never disappoints.. Staff are always upbeat and very welcoming. Food always 5 star. We're booked in again for Mothers day 💕

Great service and food. This is a welcoming cosy café serving good basic food and I highly recommend it. However why do they tolerate someone feeding their dog on one of the couches in the middle of the main room? Not the most appetising sight.

Bar man lovely very happy with him. We had breakfast plate extremely hot but not the food all tasted as if it had been well over cooked hash brown full of fat saysages (chipolata microwaved toastcwas thin bread not toasting bread lotts of grease on the plate we were the only people in
