The food here is beautiful and it’s a great addition to Ramsbottom. The menu doesn’t include many options and it is a really small restaurant, but even though we are fussy we both found at least a couple of things we wanted to order for each course. The food and cocktails that we ordered were delicious. The service was great!

Good pub with some nicely kept Ales, a friendly local with a good atmosphere

We thought we'd go somewhere we've not been before. So after looking at reviews I thought I'd try it. It was my mums 83rd birthday meal treat from me, nothing was to much, changing sauce to gravy for my mum. It didn't disappoint. Service was great and good was hot, fresh n tasty. We will be back!

Visited last weekend when the eating in section was quite busy. Visited a few local shops and easilyable to get a seat on my return. Had the steak and kidney pudding special, that came with chips, mushy peas, gravy and a slice of bread and butter. Also received a cup of tea that was most welcome given the inclement weather. Since my last visit the place is now under new ownership/management. Apparently it has been under this management for the last four years, which tells me that I need to visit far more often. The food fryer was a friendly young fella and he was ably assisted by two young women. Service was swift and the food quality was very good. There were only two things that I'd criticise and they are the gravy is a bit tasteless and the cutlery was absolutely freezing, where do you keep it? Other than that I was very satisfied with the experience. Food is cheap, cheery and plentiful. An adjacent diner was having the fish and that looked beautiful. I'll definitely have to try it the next time I visit!

We called in for a couple of pints on a week day evening bathed in sunshine, that experience was only made better by a fabulous beer garden at the rear which must get the majority of sun any day of the week. Reasonably price Morretti for and Inchs Cider for the misses, back ground tunes as well. Extremely nice spot
