I visited your tea room with a friend today to have some breakfast. When I went to make my order at the till, I was served by a young man who was polite but told me I couldn't order any food for 15 minutes as the kitchen was busy. Which I totally understand. I ordered my coffee and juice and went and sat down. Your tearoom was very busy which I can totally understand as a restaurant manager myself. But all I can say is that it was total chaos watching the staff running around and watching several members of the public getting frustrated and upset that they have queued for ages to be told they couldn't order food. So, when the 15 minutes had passed, I got back in the queue and waited patiently. There was a couple information of me ordering food who had just walked in! At this point the queue was out the door for customers wanting to order food. When it came to my time to be served the girl (blonde, glasses and wearing g blackly black hoody (who I later found out was the person in charge!) told me that I couldn't order food as the kitchen was busy! I told her that I was told 15 minutes 20 minutes ago that I could order. At this point I was not happy that I had to queue a couple times to order and that I would not be quoting a third time. She said that she would ask the kitchen and u said thank you. She came back with ok I can take your order abut there would be a wait which my response was ok that's fine. i sat back down and enjoyed the lovely coffee which had become cold at this point. Then I moved seats to seat 5 from seat 1 telling the girl this. Whilst seat someone form the kitchen shouted quit loudly did table 1 order food, she shouted back loudly for all customers the here yes but he's moved to table 5 it's the one!!!!! That wasn't happy!!! (To which you will find that you had several unhappy customers that morning in the time I visited) Which I find very unprofessional and quite rude! This made me feel so awkward and embarrassed. I don't think this behaviour is acceptable in any way. When I asked to speak to a manger, they said there wasn't any manger on duty. So, I asked for the senior member of staff I was told it was the girl that served me so I asked for your email to be given a wrong email that won’t deliver this message!!

Gran ubicación y buena elección de aperitivos. Gran servicio de Allison que trajo nuestra comida a la mesa. La ensalada estaba fresca y los sándwiches se veían muy bien.

The poshest wetherspoons I've been in. Went for the breakfast and ate every last bit. Plenty of seating. Staff all friendly and helpful. The free refills of coffee are amazing. Veggie breakfast superb. Love it.

I have same issue I have sent my application special delivery guaranteed and it says delivered and signed but when I keep calling them they say nothing on the system. We want answers because we have paid for the service what’s wrong with you people. Is there any management or they not bothered to sort people applications

Chain pub, no atmosphere bright lights, TVs on all the walls. Why spoil a pub in a great location by making it like Blackpool?

Stopped here a couple of times for warming hot chocolate. Staff were polite and the toasties were very nice too

El personal era amable y sí se llevó dos porciones de patatas fritas de la factura debido a los problemas con la comida. La mayoría de las comidas no estaban calientes para cuando llegaron a nuestra mesa. Dos personas tenían el plato de pescado que dijeron que era muy agradable, sin embargo, no venía con muchas patatas en absoluto. El pollo tikka masala no era realmente un pollo tikka masala (más bien pollo tomate) y un plato de pollo diferente estaba realmente demasiado cocinado.

La comida era normal, pero tenía una copa encantadora de Chardonnay. También un saludo masivo a Jennifer que era una camarera increíble muy atenta y amable

Ordered two 'Croque Monsieur' and what arrived was two ham and cheese toasties lathered in poor quality English mustard? Why English Mustard? With stale crisps and wilted lettuce. Very poor and given the price quite surprising, especially given that there are numerous much nicer cafés in the city. Staff rather surly as well.
