What a lovely visit to this establishment today. My pal and I, had a lovely breakfast with coffee. The place was packed at 8.30am on a Sunday, but we managed to get a table for 2. We are both from the manor, even though I moved down to Bournemouth 23 years ago, it still feels like home. We couldn’t eat all of the breakfast, as there was so much of it. Lovely service also, and Austin the owner is a diamond. We shall be back soon. Thank you

Friendly staff, tasty food and a great place to sit and chat.

My wife and I had our wedding reception here just before Christmas 2024. Andrew, Chris and all the staff could not have been more helpful when it came to planning everything. We had 110 guests for a seated lunch, and every single one of them said the food and service were absolutely outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better party venue and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a cosy and atmospheric setting for any type of event.

Lovely generous portions of everything, and four (!) vegetables included on the Sunday roast. In an age when vegetables are not often part of the meal advertised, this was a real treat. Real connected to the community atmosphere.

We were looking for this place missing it three times with GPS and were not able to find it. After 25min of search one guy told us that this place “is gone”...

Tuvimos una celebración de cumpleaños con 12 miembros de la familia y tuvimos una correspondencia muy eficiente con Cece para reservar nuestra comida ya que éramos un grupo tan grande. Tenía el entrante de vieiras y chuletas de cordero para principal que eran absolutamente deliciosos. Todo el mundo en la fiesta deliraba sobre sus comidas también, que incluían las gambas, tarta y croquetas para empezar y la lubina, filete y hamburguesa wagyu para la red. La decoración es preciosa y acogedora para una noche de invierno. Sin duda recomendaría! El menú del brunch se ve bastante impresionante también.

If you are looking for specialty coffee, you found it. The barristas make great espresso. My wife enjoyed her cappucino. I had the Racer from Rwanda. Bought a pack to brew at home.

Don’t bother with this hotel, there are nicer hotels in London. Rooms very small, instant coffee, chilly room with no heat. Shower is hot then cold (not a nice experience. Breakfast buffet not with the price.
