The best restaurants serving British food in Riverside Southwark London

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the staff looked after us fabulously. Even so far as giving us a delicious piece of chocolate cake.

the big man behind the counter was calling my friend baby then came out from behind the counter and started touching her hair and stroking her back, she felt so uncomfortable and left the shop shaking, this isn’t the first time he’s done it. His behaviour is unacceptable and he should be thrown in the chip fryer.

Service and atmosphere was good. Food was Nothing special, and not so impressive.

We were looking for this place missing it three times with GPS and were not able to find it. After 25min of search one guy told us that this place “is gone”...

Don’t bother with this hotel, there are nicer hotels in London. Rooms very small, instant coffee, chilly room with no heat. Shower is hot then cold (not a nice experience. Breakfast buffet not with the price.

Lovely little place, I had the acai breakfast bowl and it looked so pretty and was delicious too. I also had a coffee which was tasty and everything arrived quickly. Lovely spot to sit and chill in too, highly recommend.

Friendly staff, very welcoming atmosphere and lovely food!!! :) portions are a bit too big for mains but was great experience !

Really nice place of really nice food I went with the double smash burger which was very very nice. Good value for money nice eating atmosphere and a great location.

I had an awful experience at this restaurant. There were mice running around, and my food arrived much later than my friends’—cold and without any sauces. The fries tasted sour, almost like they were spoiled. Absolutely terrible:(

Is this the most miserable landlord in any London pub. You are not made to feel welcome in any way shape or form. Zero people skills.

Great beer and atmosphere with helpful and friendly staff. It was open when our hotel bar was shut, and is a really fun place to go. We didn't eat there, but if I go to London again I would try it.
