The best restaurants serving British food in Riverside Southwark London

I was here recently with my boyfriend. Very nice service. Panos give us amazing Service. Nice, friendly. I recommend!!!

Servicio amable de esta comida para llevar popular, un menú extenso que incluye ofertas tradicionales de tiendas de chips más kebabs, las porciones son grandes. Sólo efectivo. La comida era decente pero no excepcional. Cerca de la estación de metro Bermondsey.

Awesome visit, the audio makes it all the better

We were looking for this place missing it three times with GPS and were not able to find it. After 25min of search one guy told us that this place “is gone”...

Don’t bother with this hotel, there are nicer hotels in London. Rooms very small, instant coffee, chilly room with no heat. Shower is hot then cold (not a nice experience. Breakfast buffet not with the price.

Un lugar precioso, tuve el tazón de desayuno acai y se veía tan bonito y estaba delicioso también. También tomé un café que era sabroso y todo llegó rápidamente. Encantador lugar para sentarse y relajarse también, muy recomendable.

Friendly staff, very welcoming atmosphere and lovely food!!! :) portions are a bit too big for mains but was great experience !

Vaya, qué experiencia gastronómica tan fenomenal. Tenemos la suerte de ser comensales regulares en restaurantes de estrellas Michelin y realmente nos alegra que fuimos a Story. La comida era excepcional, todo el personal era impecable en términos de servicio y amabilidad, genuino, educado sin ser congestionado o pomposo como algunos de los mejores lugares finales. Sin embargo, me pregunté quién hizo algunos de los platos (la pasta, el rodaballo, el barbecho) y todos ellos fueron cocinados por el chef Amelie, que también parecía estar ejecutando el pase! Creo que vamos a ver al próximo Gordon Ramsay o Claire Smyth aquí, ella era una chef realmente increíble, wow y gracias. Gracias de nuevo a todo el equipo por hacer nuestra noche tan especial, no nos olvidaremos de esto y volveremos pronto.

I took my mum here for the lunch special £8.95. You get burger fries and a can of coke. The burger was ok, inpaid £1.60 extra for bacon, which was only half a streaky rasher. The fries were dry and overdone, although the portion is large. When we arrived, the waiter and friend were blocking the entrance chatting with no attempt to move. I asked for a table for 2 and the waiter seemed quite exasperated when telling me to sit anywhere. The gentleman who got us the bill was friendly, but unfortunately, I didn't catch his name. Probably won't return.

Tarde - entró a tomar unas copas. Un ambiente muy agradable y el personal muy amable y atento. Aparecieron buenos bocadillos y las bebidas estaban buenas. No es barato, pero es justo para la ubicación. Volvería.

The server was exceptional and the food came out when it was ready. We really enjoyed the porterhouse steak and sticky toffee pudding

The pub with the most character we have found in London so far. The food was delicious. Fish and chips and bangers and mash . And the server was so friendly. Highly recommend

Great beer and atmosphere with helpful and friendly staff. It was open when our hotel bar was shut, and is a really fun place to go. We didn't eat there, but if I go to London again I would try it.
