You can never go wrong with these burgers! I love Honest, the burgers are always so good!! They taste amazing, the beer is also great! They have friendly staff and it's always a great spot to come, I love the fact that the chips come with the burger included, nowadays there're plenty of places that you have to add the chips as additional and they are not tasty like in Honest. Definitely, one of the best places for burgers in London!

Very hot spot for burgers! I went and tried their new smash double burger and I was actually impressed!! I had been at other Honest restaurants but this one is now my favourite! Lovely atmosphere, really urban but welcoming. Good service and quick delivery! Portions are decent for the price even though I would have love a bunch of extra chips. Recommended!

Service wasn't too bad, but the food was not Honest. The chips were dry, cold and had no flavour. The burger was average, I asked for a glass of wine but got half a glass and will not be returning to this place. When using a name Honset is so deceiving.

Best burgers with rosemary fries and mint lemonade.

Seated at a table by a waiter, only to then be told by a different waitress that the table was taken by another group who were waiting. No offer to be seated elsewhere, just a giggle and "sorry about that". We left. The place was extremely quiet with a strange atmosphere. Organisationally - an utter shambles so likely a bullet well dodged.

Served wrong burger, fixed and didn't charge for it.

I dined at honest burger today for lunch with my family. The food was lovely, great portion sizes and pricing. The bbq mayo sauce was to die for! We were served by a lovely gentleman with curly hair who answered all our questions and was very attentive to our needs even though he was super busy with all the over tables. Lovely overall experience with the bbq mayo being the star of the show.

I visited on a busy Saturday evening with friends. The waitress informed us it would take approx 20 minutes for us to get a table, and we agreed to wait. She spoke to us a couple of times to reassure us that we would soon get to sit down. Once at the table, our order was quickly taken and it did not take long for the food to arrive. We had a very pleasant dinner and enjoyed our meal. The restaurant is welcoming and clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. I will visit again

I always come in here every time I go to London and come in here before I go home and never had any problems and the staff are very nice and friendly and welcoming I would very highly recommend this place

Two of us visited on Wednesday 27th November, I had the blue cheese burger with fries. Less than 48 hours later I experienced a violent episode of an upset stomach followed by vomiting. I believe it was the burger because my friend had the same symptoms. I am only just starting to get my appetite back. Please be careful where hygiene is concerned.

They’ve changed their smashed burgers to include a horrible relish, but haven’t reflected this on their menu (at least on food delivery apps). Nasty and unwelcome surprise. Food also took ca. 40 minutes to prepare - a smashed burger is meant to be quick.

Honest Burgers is absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel so welcome. The atmosphere is fantastic—perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. If the weather’s nice, the outside seating is a great option to enjoy your meal in the sunshine. Now onto the food—everything we tried was incredible! The Tribute burger was so juicy and flavorful. I recommend trying it without the bacon; it’s even tastier that way. The chicken wings were perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. Their fries are some of the crispiest and most delicious I’ve ever had—definitely a standout! Portion sizes are generous, so be careful not to over-order. We also tried their housemade lemonade, which was refreshing and a perfect complement to the meal. Highly recommend it! If you’re looking for amazing food, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere, Honest Burgers is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back for another round of those burgers and fries.

The name says it all (HONEST ). Osvaldo, Ganiyat and Augustine provided exceptional service. I could not fault the services give by those 3 (michelin star). Great food, great atmosphere. I will be visiting Honest Burger again. PHILIPA HAVE AN ISSUE THO. I found her dismissive and rude. I think training might be over due. Except that BRAVO❤️

Went here for the first time.. and it was amazing! Burger was delicious and the gluten free onion rings I was a bit preturbed by but they were scrumptiously crunchable

The burger was so small width wise it's like you are eating a kids meal. I asked the Spanish waitress if the chips had skin on them. She said no. When the chips arrived, they had skin on them. She works there and erves food and doesn't know if they have skin on them? The cherry on top was my chips consisted of all the small hard leftover ends from the frier. I had hardly any long chips. I left a lot behind as I couldn't eat them. Not good. First time at Honest Burger and probably my last.

This is a busy place! That should tell you all you need to know. I've only had a chance to grab food on the go from this burger place. Each time the food has been fab! Delicious as packed with flavor. The service is awesome considering the staff are usually rushed off their feet. Honest Burgers gets an honest thumbs up from me 👍

As for the food, we never know if it tastes good or bad because the waiters completely ignored my friend and I. We waited almost 20 minutes to take our order, we saw how the waiter started serving another customer who arrived after us, also the guy at the door had already seen us but he simply ignored us, we even saw that both of them were talking while we were waiting for someone to take our order in the end we felt bad about it and decided to look for another restaurant. Without a doubt the worst experience we have ever had.

Had a quick bite after work with a pint. Can't beat the sriracha with bbq sauce. They swapped the bacon for vegan bacon as don't eat pork. Very nice!

The location was great, but there were no vegetarian options available at the restaurant aside from a fake meat burger , which we didn’t feel comfortable trying. With only two vegetarian choices on the menu, I was surprised they weren’t available. We ended up having to leave and find alternatives. Additionally, we couldn’t sit upstairs due to limited staffing, which was also disappointing

Super nice restaurant. Looks like a Fun and clean place to eat and so it is. Smashburger is like they say, very crispy! If you want you burger to be more meaty, take a normal patty since the smashes are really thin. The bun is amazin!!!! Great rosemary fries! Really enjoyed our meal! Friendly staff, lovely young lady upstairs who took care of us!

Good was amazing,burger hot and delicious! Service was great but there were two girls who clearly didn’t wanna be there .. not a single smile, or welcome, not a single customer service skill shown. A very kind blond Young girl served us and she was extremely polite and nice.

What a wonderful experience I had there. Food was great, atmosphere was on par. Staff was attentative and I love seeing the manager around, assisting her staff. Will definitely come again

I dined on Saturday at this establishment and unfortunately experienced food poisoning afterward. While the overall service from the staff was less than satisfactory, I must commend the manager, who was outstanding. He worked diligently, observed everything happening in the restaurant, and missed nothing. His attentiveness was remarkable—he noticed that we didn’t have enough napkins and brought more without us having to ask. His professionalism and politeness stood out, and I believe he deserves to work in a better environment that matches his dedication and talent.

Burgers are great and tasty. The sriracha burger was great, and the onions rings are great crunchy, hot, and full of flavour. Chips are great they had a great flavour of Rosemary.

The service was really friendly, but unfortunately, that was the highlight of the meal. The coleslaw and salad were the best part of the whole experience, which says a lot. The burger patties were quite bland and could have used some seasoning—salt would’ve been a good start. The buffalo wings had a strange, old chicken taste to them, almost like they had been sitting around for too long and just reheated. As for the onion rings, they were dripping with oil and the batter was so thin it was practically see-through. Even the fries tasted a bit stale. When I go out for a burger, I want to leave satisfied, but sadly, that didn’t happen here.

The entire menu or almost all gluten-free, suitable for celiacs. The burgers are delicious! And the chicken fingers too. They also have a gluten-free beer and it's not even Peroni!! The only thing I didn't like without the onion jacks. Every time I go to the UK I go to eat at an Honest and there are many everywhere.

It's a single smashed, Chipotle mayo, with bacon can't go wrong. Homemade lemonade is a must

I came in about 3 minutes before this venue closed, very low hope for food. A lovely server let me know I could order food for takeaway. He was very prompt with my order and the food came very quickly. 10/10

Honestly, interns of healthy, not much better than McDonald's. I had their smashed burger. Which came with greasy, salty rosemary fries.The burger was just as salty, not sure if it was because of the bacon. But, the rest of the ingredients were not helping. Not recommended for people on low sodium diets, or high blood pressure. You'll be better off having McDonald's. Great atmosphere, good location. I myself would try just for drinks, but maybe you'll have better luck with your burger. 🍔

We always go to this branch every couple of weeks to get our burger fix. It's nice to be recognized and appreciated. Ordered our usual burgers debating whether to try the gravy or not - decided not to. When the order came it was magically there however offered as complimentary to try. It should be bottled! Thank you so much, the lady with glasses! We will be back

Quite Disappointed. Waited close to 30 minutes for my burger. The beef patty - visibly very small for the bun , the bacon was burnt…. Over priced for £16. I mean, my burger looks nothing like the 5 ⭐️ reviews… It lets down Honest Burgers Reputation.

They were quite busy and only four staff so took a while to get orders in and reminders to get the bill. Beyond that the food was decent. I asked for substitutions and they did it no problem.

Absolutely delicious burger and lovely rosemary chips (you get a large portion). The burgers here are far better than Five Guys. So glad I tried this place again as I haven't been for quite a few years. Nice restaurant close to London Bridge Station, and friendly staff. Thank you

Anything less than 5 stars would be a poor show. We order various burgers and the taste was amazing, full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Service was excellent and our waitress was attentive. Atmosphere was great it was nice to sit outside and to just soak in what was going on around. If you are in the area well worth a visit.

We normally love Honest and will go in any of them that are around if we are in a place where there is one. The food was on point as always. However yesterday afternoon the service was awful, it was not even busy we got sat at a table as soon as we arrived and the waitress said she was going to bring the menus over, 15 minutes went by still no menu's, we then had to ask her to bring them over but we were about to walk out as she kept walking past us completely oblivious. It was then again really slow for her to bring our drinks over which was only four tap waters and a coke. We had brought our parents along this time and had said how good the place was and the service was such a disappointment, I had previously been to this same location at the end of June and it was so much nicer experience that time around. It is such a shame. The food was second to none as always though.

We used to frequent Honest Burger a few years ago, but we stopped going after they changed the chips and the burgers lost their flavor. Yesterday, we decided to give it another try since we didn't have many options. I was pleasantly surprised—the food was really good. The chips were decent, and the burger was cooked properly and wasn't as salty as before. It truly lived up to its name as an 'Honest Burger'!

Honest burgers has been my safe place to come for years. Being a coeliac this is the only place I can have all fast foods and never feel sick and they had the best chicken wings ever, the reason for the one star review for food is because the chicken wings were removed and replaced with a new recipe that’s absolutely not impressive at all you could them from Tesco’s Please give us back the old original chicken wings

Excellent food but service was a little slow (especially since there were only about 3 or 4 tables sat) and server forgot to bring the second cider that I ordered.

Average burger place. Some nice combinations but nothing to set them apart from their competition.

Atmosphere and service are as good as ever. But perhaps inflation is getting to them as I noticed a distinct drop in quality.

Didn’t even get to try the food. Half hour wait for a seat, no problem. Then almost 40 min of sitting waiting for service after our menus were dropped at the table. Got up and left after we couldn’t seem to get anyone’s attention.

Always have such a lovely time here!! Our favourite honest to visit. Can’t compliment the team enough on their service and the quality of their food!!

The portion was good, we ordered the special burger with a lot of expectations but it wasn't up to the mark. While it was well cooked, the flavors didn't come out well. The chips were pretty good though and added to the portion size. The onion rings are not so good. The service and atmosphere was pretty chill though

The food was very good, not great but very good. Service was average to below average gave us the wrong bill, wrong food, and slow. Atmosphere was good nothing to complain about. Overall a good experience in my opinion.

Tasty burgers and friendly service. Chilli had some nice heat, the gluten free bun wasn’t dry and the meat was fairly medium. All burgers available gluten free and you are asked if it’s because of an allergy, or a preference, which is nice. Service was friendly and fast. Selection of local and regional beers, with 2 GF options as well.
