Really nice place of really nice food I went with the double smash burger which was very very nice. Good value for money nice eating atmosphere and a great location.

Good was amazing,burger hot and delicious! Service was great but there were two girls who clearly didn’t wanna be there .. not a single smile, or welcome, not a single customer service skill shown. A very kind blond Young girl served us and she was extremely polite and nice.

What a wonderful experience I had there. Food was great, atmosphere was on par. Staff was attentative and I love seeing the manager around, assisting her staff. Will definitely come again

Burgers are great and tasty. The sriracha burger was great, and the onions rings are great crunchy, hot, and full of flavour. Chips are great they had a great flavour of Rosemary.

I dined on Saturday at this establishment and unfortunately experienced food poisoning afterward. While the overall service from the staff was less than satisfactory, I must commend the manager, who was outstanding. He worked diligently, observed everything happening in the restaurant, and missed nothing. His attentiveness was remarkable—he noticed that we didn’t have enough napkins and brought more without us having to ask. His professionalism and politeness stood out, and I believe he deserves to work in a better environment that matches his dedication and talent.

The service was really friendly, but unfortunately, that was the highlight of the meal. The coleslaw and salad were the best part of the whole experience, which says a lot. The burger patties were quite bland and could have used some seasoning—salt would’ve been a good start. The buffalo wings had a strange, old chicken taste to them, almost like they had been sitting around for too long and just reheated. As for the onion rings, they were dripping with oil and the batter was so thin it was practically see-through. Even the fries tasted a bit stale. When I go out for a burger, I want to leave satisfied, but sadly, that didn’t happen here.

The entire menu or almost all gluten-free, suitable for celiacs. The burgers are delicious! And the chicken fingers too. They also have a gluten-free beer and it's not even Peroni!! The only thing I didn't like without the onion jacks. Every time I go to the UK I go to eat at an Honest and there are many everywhere.

It's a single smashed, Chipotle mayo, with bacon can't go wrong. Homemade lemonade is a must

I came in about 3 minutes before this venue closed, very low hope for food. A lovely server let me know I could order food for takeaway. He was very prompt with my order and the food came very quickly. 10/10

Honestly, interns of healthy, not much better than McDonald's. I had their smashed burger. Which came with greasy, salty rosemary fries.The burger was just as salty, not sure if it was because of the bacon. But, the rest of the ingredients were not helping. Not recommended for people on low sodium diets, or high blood pressure. You'll be better off having McDonald's. Great atmosphere, good location. I myself would try just for drinks, but maybe you'll have better luck with your burger. 🍔

Burgers, beer, service and ambience are absolutely fine! You can do it!

Had a quick bite after work with a pint. Can't beat the sriracha with bbq sauce. They swapped the bacon for vegan bacon as don't eat pork. Very nice!

We always go to this branch every couple of weeks to get our burger fix. It's nice to be recognized and appreciated. Ordered our usual burgers debating whether to try the gravy or not - decided not to. When the order came it was magically there however offered as complimentary to try. It should be bottled! Thank you so much, the lady with glasses! We will be back

Quite Disappointed. Waited close to 30 minutes for my burger. The beef patty - visibly very small for the bun , the bacon was burnt…. Over priced for £16. I mean, my burger looks nothing like the 5 ⭐️ reviews… It lets down Honest Burgers Reputation.

They were quite busy and only four staff so took a while to get orders in and reminders to get the bill. Beyond that the food was decent. I asked for substitutions and they did it no problem.

Absolutely delicious burger and lovely rosemary chips (you get a large portion). The burgers here are far better than Five Guys. So glad I tried this place again as I haven't been for quite a few years. Nice restaurant close to London Bridge Station, and friendly staff. Thank you

We normally love Honest and will go in any of them that are around if we are in a place where there is one. The food was on point as always. However yesterday afternoon the service was awful, it was not even busy we got sat at a table as soon as we arrived and the waitress said she was going to bring the menus over, 15 minutes went by still no menu's, we then had to ask her to bring them over but we were about to walk out as she kept walking past us completely oblivious. It was then again really slow for her to bring our drinks over which was only four tap waters and a coke. We had brought our parents along this time and had said how good the place was and the service was such a disappointment, I had previously been to this same location at the end of June and it was so much nicer experience that time around. It is such a shame. The food was second to none as always though.

Anything less than 5 stars would be a poor show. We order various burgers and the taste was amazing, full of flavor and cooked to perfection. Service was excellent and our waitress was attentive. Atmosphere was great it was nice to sit outside and to just soak in what was going on around. If you are in the area well worth a visit.

We used to frequent Honest Burger a few years ago, but we stopped going after they changed the chips and the burgers lost their flavor. Yesterday, we decided to give it another try since we didn't have many options. I was pleasantly surprised—the food was really good. The chips were decent, and the burger was cooked properly and wasn't as salty as before. It truly lived up to its name as an 'Honest Burger'!

Honest burgers has been my safe place to come for years. Being a coeliac this is the only place I can have all fast foods and never feel sick and they had the best chicken wings ever, the reason for the one star review for food is because the chicken wings were removed and replaced with a new recipe that’s absolutely not impressive at all you could them from Tesco’s Please give us back the old original chicken wings

Atmosphere and service are as good as ever. But perhaps inflation is getting to them as I noticed a distinct drop in quality.

Average burger place. Some nice combinations but nothing to set them apart from their competition.

Excellent food but service was a little slow (especially since there were only about 3 or 4 tables sat) and server forgot to bring the second cider that I ordered.

Didn’t even get to try the food. Half hour wait for a seat, no problem. Then almost 40 min of sitting waiting for service after our menus were dropped at the table. Got up and left after we couldn’t seem to get anyone’s attention.

Always have such a lovely time here!! Our favourite honest to visit. Can’t compliment the team enough on their service and the quality of their food!!

The portion was good, we ordered the special burger with a lot of expectations but it wasn't up to the mark. While it was well cooked, the flavors didn't come out well. The chips were pretty good though and added to the portion size. The onion rings are not so good. The service and atmosphere was pretty chill though

The food was very good, not great but very good. Service was average to below average gave us the wrong bill, wrong food, and slow. Atmosphere was good nothing to complain about. Overall a good experience in my opinion.

Tasty burgers and friendly service. Chilli had some nice heat, the gluten free bun wasn’t dry and the meat was fairly medium. All burgers available gluten free and you are asked if it’s because of an allergy, or a preference, which is nice. Service was friendly and fast. Selection of local and regional beers, with 2 GF options as well.

Honest has to be the best one of the best and easiest places to eat in London. Great food at a good value.

Have visited the Reading branch a few times. This was just as good. The rosemary fries are amazing, staff were lovely, burgers were excellent.

We ate there two times while we visited London from Germany .The medium burger meat was outstanding like the fried chicken with house made dip. The price was really good compared to other places around and the service was friendly and quick. Thumbs up.

Arrived here on a Sunday afternoon. Enjoying my refreshing lemonade on a sunny afternoon. Burger and chips was absolutely delicious. Staff are genuinely happy to be working there and you can see a good rapport amongst them. They are professional friendly and service was delivered at a good pace. No customers were left waiting. Good experience for a quick meal when returning from a walk along the river. Good value for money for a quick meal. To visit in the afternoon for a promotion they had. For each sandwich a free drink, including beer.

Just happened to find this while walking around the bridge during our recent holiday to London. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the burgers were YUM! But what stood out for us was the service! The staff were all so friendly and this is what set them apart. Our toddler broke a water glass but the staff did not raise an eyebrow and made us feel very comfortable and cleaned it up quickly. More concerned about our safety than the broken glass. It’s a small thing but it matters given our experience at some other restaurants.

Delicious burgers, fries and salads, nice environment and clean toilets. Never had to queue but it does get very busy at times.

I went with a friend and it was truly an incredible experience! Located in a good location, good and fast customer service and the taste of the burgers and fries we had was unbeatable, plus the place is very cool and the food is very cheap.

Very tasty burger - lots of flavor in the patty and the caramelized onions add a nice sweet touch. The fries (chips) were nice and crispy too. Service was slow even with only a few patrons, and the restaurant itself is very hot to sit inside you feel the heat of the kitchens and all the noise of them too.

Never go here again. Hamburgers were really greasy. It's way too expensive for a glorified hamburger joint. They charge a whopping 10% tip!

the burger was tasty. we could choose from several types of meat. they smoothed out allergies and intolerances. cooked as we requested. actually spica lemonade. good location, pleasant atmosphere with music. we would appreciate a larger number of dishes to choose from. it was half empty at 3pm. we did not expect at all.

Very high quality of the meat and ingredients in general, the beer served is local Camden. The service was not up to par, waiting times of around 40 minutes because it was understaffed as admitted by the manager.

It’s the second time that we visited this restaurant and my partner and I are pleased with the service we got both times. Even if the second time we were waiting for more than 30’ to get served due to kitchen’s mistake for not informing the service staff (they run out of Buffalo burger), Justina made exceptional effort to serve us as soon as possible, showed honest interest and managed to offer a complimentary discount. This place has terrible customer service. The girl working at the front was very rude. We wanted to sit at a certain table because we had a child however they wanted us to sit next to the toilets which we did not want. We then sat at a table and waited for over 15 minutes to be served. Finally, they decided to come only to tell us that we couldn’t sit there because the table we sat at was for 4 people but we were 3 people. We then left the place due to the worst customer service!!

This place have a good selection of burgers but for my 1st choice I went for Tooley St Burger 🍔 ... it was a very tasty experience... so I definitely will be back there again soon to try other burgers on the menu, including vegan options 😀.

We came to Honest burgers and all I can say is that we were very disappointed with the food. The burger was tasteless and tiniest bit of cheese despite being charged an extra £1.50. the relish was too sweet and completely disguised the taste of the meat. The chips were so dry and all tiny broken crunchy pieces on our plates Not one whole length chip in sight. We did mention this to the waitress who replaced them with more disappointing chips. The seasoning on the chips was also disgusting and it was apparent that the oil that the chips have been fried in was old and dirty. There was absolutely no salt on our chips nor on our tables. A lady was allowed to sit next to us on the stalls with her dog wedged between herself and my companions armpit (who has severe dog allergies and is scared of dogs!!!). This is very unhygienic and unsanitary, not to mention unprofessional. We didn't even attempt to complain because the waitress looked fed up already! Onion rings were large and very oily. They lacked overall flavour and tasted mostly like oil and aniseed (not sure why). Was our first time eating at an honest burger branch and honestly, I think it will be our last. Save your money and go to McDonald's!

A great burger chain in London, every honest burgers has vegan and gluten-free burgers. There are even super delicious vegan and gluten-free onion rings 🤩. Prices are normal. Food comes quickly and is super tasty. Tip: order the vegan chili mayo as a dip.
