If you're after a solid meal and a side of great vibes, Bills at London Bridge is the place to be. The food is reliably delicious—think proper British comfort with a twist—but what really makes it special is Alex. He's the sort of chap who could make waiting for your food feel like an event, with his charm and wit. He's so cool, he could probably convince your grandma to order dessert, even if she's already full. Definitely worth a visit!

The big breakfast was fantastic! (Excellent value too) Atmosphere - warm, inviting and felt like being cuddled on a cold, wintery Saturday. Great vibes and lovely music. Service was spot on too - thank you Esther :)

Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker. Ich habe nachgefragt, ob ich nur den Burger ohne die Pommes bestellen könnte, was leider nicht möglich war, ohne den vollen Preis zu bezahlen. Dies habe ich jedoch in Kauf genommen, da ich nicht wollte, dass Essen verschwendet wird. Einer der beiden Kassierer hat leider sehr undeutlich gesprochen und uns im Nachhinein sehr aufdringlich dazu aufgefordert eine Bewertung zu schreiben. Daher ist jetzt hier die Bewertung :)

Unfortunately a terrible experience this time, though I’ve been once before and it was great. This time, it took an hour to get some water, nearly 2 before we had food. We had to seek attention any time we wanted something and the toilets were a state. I’d get it if they were really busy but we came at 5.30pm. Probably because all the best staff worked new years but a sad experience for us.

This was our second visit to Bills at Clink Street. Our waitress Izzy looked after us very well and the food was great. Highly recommend.

Restaurant was full but we were accommodated outside where the heaters helped on a very cold day. Maria gave us excellent service and the food came quickly. Excellent food and an enjoyable meal.

Visited the 2nd time but was totally disappointed. Seems they have new managers who come across as rude and not customer oriented. Service was poor and our drinks came much later than the starters. When they did arrive, they bungled the non alcoholic with alcoholic drinks and didn't even bother to apologise. Requested water at the get go but didn't get that till mid way through our meal. Will never be going there again.

Such a warm welcome and brilliant options on the menu , even the gluten free menu. Maria and the rest of the staff were so accomidating with their service , so happy to help with anything we needed and making us laugh. The quality food and drink were amazing! Good location, close to London Bridge station. Nice restaurant, not too big, always busy. Our waiter Vineeth was polite, friendly and efficient.

I have visited yesterday for dinner with my friends. The service given by Vineeth was very great, he was so friendly and good at sevice. We had Burgers which was delicious.Will visit again soon.

Lighting was nice. Ordered the "Bill's Big Breakfast" and it was decent food all around. Toilets were not good to say the least. However the worst thing was the service: took near to an hour to receive our food in a restaurant that wasn't hugely busy.

I had a truly enjoyable experience here after coming for brunch. I had the Biscoff pancakes, which were delicious. Special shoutouts to our waitress Christabel, who provided an excellent service. She was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.

They took us later than the reserved time, They took an hour to serve us because the waitress finished her shift and did not pass the order. The drinking came quite a bit later than the food. Because everything was running so late, they didn't let us make dessert because the kitchen was closed. The bill was brought to us very quickly, inviting us to leave. It was a bad experience, although there were some dishes that were good.

Bill’s is very average for breakfast. We struggled to book some of our tried and true places for breakfast, so we settled for Bill’s as they had bookings available. I read a lot of the reviews, which helped to keep my expectations in line. A few points: -Service is friendly enough, but quite slow. So you’ll need to be patient. - If you are looking for light, fluffy American style pancakes, this is NOT the place. The pancakes are heavy, very sugary and turn hard/tough fast. They are very cakey.

I had a great experience at Bill's Restaurant! The food was delicious (I had the bottomless pancakes) and the restaurant was warm. Our waiter Vineeth was incredibly kind and attentive, constantly checking in to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Very pleasant experience. Came with my friend for New Year's brunch. Stayed nearly whole day😁 Vineeth and his colleagues were very nice and helpful. Definitely comming back again.

Fantastic service as per usual. Again Monica has jokes for days and never fails to make me laugh. She is really good at talking to people and making them laugh. She’s cool. Nelson made myself and my companion feel comfortable and at ease. I don’t know about you guys but I always feel relaxed whenever I come around to this restaurant and again the pancakes are delicious. And shout out the staff and the bartenders

Great food and lovely service. The only thing that let it down was that the general cleanliness of the restaurant wasn’t very good. Dirty floor and grubby toilets.

We had our work night out here on 12th December and after a rocky start with our table not being ready as the last guests hadn’t left, we waited 15 mins and were showed to our table (s) split across 2. There was some confusion with drink orders and some people not being asked or some peoples drinks not turning up but you can see they were incredibly busy and even made some changes we needed so we were grateful of this. Then came out Nelson who was super speedy with the playing of a great game for which we won a bottle of prosecco! Then our food came out which was tasty, well presented and hot! Everyone else commented on how nice the food was as well especially given a set menu how many of us there were and how busy the place was. Service then really picked up and the bill we worked out we could all pay what we owed which was nice and easy as a group. Our christmas meal was a success thank you Nelson and the team at Bills Clink st! :)

We have just left Bills in London Bridge. Sadly I did not get a photo but there was a mouse happily wandering around the restaurant. We immediately alerted the staff who could not have cared less. The manager insisted they did not have pests.....while we both watched him scurrying round the tables. We cancelled our order and left. The staff did absolutely nothing about it except stand and look at it and laugh.

Had a Christmas dinner here. Pretty poor food, and not great vegetarian options. Why is the only veggie Christmas dinner a tart with tomatoes? Doesn't go with the gravy. Portions, very small for a roast. The roast potatoes were unfortunately very tough. The sticky toffee pudding was very good but small. All felt quite overpriced. The service was fine, but was difficult at times to get waiters' attention to order drinks etc.

Zita is giving you a great experience, she was really friendly. We had a great lunch!

Christa our server and she was amazing. We had a really lovely time with our friends and all of our children. They were all very welcoming and made the kids feel right at home which is really important when your families.

After a lovely walk around Southbank, myself, my husband, 2 kids, and our dog had a really warm welcome at Bill's. Maria was a star, very kind, friendly, and professional. The burgers were delicious! We'll definitely come back.

We already knew Bill's in Soho and wanted to try the one in Borough Market. It is smaller but we find the same atmosphere. The service is very professional and smiling. The dishes are generous and really very good for good value for money. To be tested without hesitation

I can only recommend this place. The food was really good and the service was very friendly and answered all our questions about the menu. The menu also was quite extensive and have plenty of different options for all tastes. Perfect for brunch with friends :)

As a black person lol, I was staired by a lot of ppl , the system of assigning waiters were odd, seemed like everyone needed permission from the manager to do the most basic thing even getting a water, not enough staff, RUDE STAFFFFF, very unfriendly , unwelcoming but hey, FOOD WAS COLD , NO FLAVOR

Recently, we visited this restaurant with my wife and four friends, and although we were initially concerned about the longer wait time for a table, it was absolutely worth it! Once inside, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, and even though there was a slight delay with the food, the anticipation was enjoyable because the aromas already hinted at something extraordinary. When our dishes arrived, we were truly amazed! Everything was served hot, carefully presented, and, most importantly, absolutely delicious. The portions were generous—perfect to satisfy our hunger—and the prices turned out to be very reasonable, highlighting the excellent value for money. Each of us ordered something different, and we all agreed that the meals were of the highest quality. We have no doubt that we will return to this place again! We already recommend it to everyone looking for a delicious meal in a friendly atmosphere. This is definitely a spot you need to visit.

We were with my wife and friends for dinner, the atmosphere was excellent, the food was delicious and the service was very nice, the prices were very good, you could even say that we were surprised because the bill for four people with drinks came to less than 100 pounds.

Service was so slow after 2 hours I had to leave to catch my train having only had my starter!

The food was nice but had some chilli in it, which was not on the menu and I wouldn't have ordered it, if that was the case. Waitress was excellent, friendly and responsive. Bills is always a good choice for extensive menu and quality.

Scone is the best!! This restaurant has a cozy atmosphere inside , and chilling outside. The foods are variety and delicious with reasonable price. The staffs are also nice and eagerly to help. 🩷

All in a sudden a member of staff came to tell us that they needed the table. They only allocated an hour and 15 minutes for our lunch. No pudding for us unfortunately. Incompetence is everywhere, not just amongst politicians.
