We come here often and it’s always a lovely experience. Ambra especially always goes out of their way to ensure our 3 year old has a great time, which is really wonderful! Food can be a bit pricey but the service is engaging, quick and super friendly every time, we love it here

We were excited to try the all you can eat pancakes and showed up at 10:30am, only to be informed that the offer was only available from 3-5pm each day. We were thoroughly crushed. Bait and switch? The pancakes we did get cost the same as the all you can eat, so not sure why the restrictions. The server was surly and in no mood for conversation, and apparently there's a 12.50% "optional discretionary charge" - why not just call it a markup and be honest about it?

I need to stress that this is based on food/ kitchen service alone. It’s a shame as the food was decent..but the way it was timed and also items missing from our kids meals was poor.. the only reason for my 3 star is for the staff saving the day with there service and nature to try and resolve the issue. My food was cold due to waiting for extras we ordered that did not come even after two attempts. My girls ( 4 of them ) came in two stages that left one of them out while the rest were eating. The front of house did there best from what I could see and really tried to keep us happy. In the end the manger came and gave the meal complementary which of course makes things better but this was not the aim, just wanted a nice family meal.

Upon arriving we were greeted by a extremely friendly member of staff who took us to our table. We had a fantastic meal. I dined from the set menu and my son from the kids menu (10). All throughout the meal the staff were friendly and chatty to both of us and service was fast and food delicious!

Good food, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. It is also dog friendly and even includes a dog menu.

The food was good, the price... It's very touristy, so the price is high. But it is what it is.

Sat outside tables where battered metal white garden tables no cover looked horrible like it was dragged out someone garden from the bottom They say kids eat free yet there nothing suitable for kids to eat not even drink The water decanters where rotten and the water smelt off like the unclean water in your washing machine there also bits of black floating in the water Waiter was rude but waitress was polite enough We cancelled order and left Disgusting venu would not recommend it at all

Big shout out to our friendly waitress Samanta! She gave us some fantastic recommendations of what to order eg the duck salad, which was delish. We’ll defo be back :)

Very cozy, friendly welcome and we were seated straight away even though there was no reservation on Sunday. The food is very tasty and the selection is large, with the extras you can choose from, you can complement any dish as you wish. Our server was Samanta, she was great, courteous and unobtrusive.

I’ve had such a lovely evening at Bill’s! Maria was incredibly attentive and nothing was too big of an ask. She was knowledgeable about wine pairings and which cocktails would work best with our mains. I cannot stop singing her praises and will be back because of such a great service. Can’t wait to tell all my friends about this place. The food was tasty too. Thank you so much for a wonderful time. See you soon!

12.5% nonsense “optional” service charge, and then they have the gall to add a 5% tip default

Not as spacious as other branches however it is nice nonetheless. Friendly Maître d' showed us to our table, a booth seat in the corner which we appreciated for its privacy. Service was prompt with no issues. The Big Brunch was excellent & I recommend adding black pudding. The Eggs Benedict was ok but the eggs were over cooked & the sauce was very thick, it also arrived slightly cold. It also says "Eggs Benedict & Fries" on the menu but the description doesn't mention fries & they the didnt arrive anyway. Generally it was a good experience except for that one dish.

Late lunch was very good, had the chicken two ways and my friend had a salad with grilled chicken which was an alteration. Shanniah our waiter was kind and helpful . Would come back.

We really enjoyed this typically English place. The food is very good, and the staff are really friendly. I recommend. And remember to book!

Overall a fair enough experience. I got the big Bill’s Breakfast which was great I did swap the tomatoes and black pudding out for avocado and extra bacon and it was nice that you don’t get charged extra for this. It did take a while for someone to take our order and when the food came it was lukewarm. If the service was a bit faster and the food was hot then I would have given 5 stars.

Food is always good but the service could have been better. I felt that we were imposing when we arrived and ordered etc. It wasn't busy.

Possibly the worst breakfast I’ve ever had out, which is an achievement. Stale bread, freezing eggs, mushy brown avocado. Oh well, you live & learn - not coming back to Bills again. (I did tell the manager, who offered fresh toast, to be fair. And the tomatoes were genuinely delicious.)

From start to finish - poor. Upon entering the silent establishment, we waited to be seated for a few minutes before anyone paid attention. Despite the vast array of empty tables, we were queried about a reservation and after hesitation seated. We then waited for 15-20 minutes before anyone came to take our order. Smoothie & juice ordered were pre packaged despite the menu stating freshly pressed and tiny considering the price point of £5.50 each. The breakfast was appalling, undercooked poached eggs, warm plate, bread had seen better days, cold food, pickled onions looked like they’d bee out for a while, dry and flavourless. Only thing that was edible was the halloumi slice. Knew we should have avoided. Take heed of my warning and steer clear, not worth the money. Far better places that are worthwhile.

A delightful birthday lunch for my friends 60th. Unfortunately my Eggs Royale was served cold but immediately replaced when pointed out and struck from the final bill completely. Well redeemed and full credit. I'll be back!

Went for the bottomless pancakes offer (weekdays 3 - 5pm, £7.50)! The two options are chocolate or strawberry. We had 2 portions each and the offer was def a bargain. The actual pancakes were on the dry side & weren't the most fresh - though easily sorted by layering up the sauce/ice cream between the stack. Overall, loved the concept and had a good time

Food was lovely and waitress was fantastic but make sure you check your bill. We had multiple items itemised that should not have been charged due to replacements or inclusion on brunch. This was rectified quickly but only because they were pointed out. Whilst the restaurant area is great, nice atmosphere and clean, the facilities are not pleasant, toilets are dirty and smell horrendous (urine) which is never great in a food establishment.

We ordered chicken swarma , duck salad and calamari large. Chicken swarma was not swarma it was grilled chicken with very bad long wait salads. Its a main food but the chicken was very little and because the salad was very bad its not enough for the main food. The taste was awful.Also there was 2 pieces garlic bread and the taste was not good again. Everything was like waiting long time . Duck salad was also do strange . They put a few duck pieces in a bowl. A few lettuce pieces in a glass . And there was watermelon pieces and sauce. I was expecting salad as a salad not just ingredients and you need to mix everything yourself. But the taste was good. Calamari - The taste was good but i think its ready product they are not making there. It was overcooked and oily but the taste was good. I have been Bills Soho and Covent Garden before the food was much better in these locations. I don’t think i will go again.

It was a quiet monday afternoon so not very busy, the food was good and the staff friendly.

Just ate the poached egg and smoked salmon. Hands down perfect beautifully cooked egg ,soft salmon and a slightly spicy seasoning that brought the breakfast together 100% will return.loved it

Nice and chill restaurant with friendly servers. We got the seafood linguine, the buttermilk chicken burger, and chili and garlic flatbread. Its great that they already had a slice of lemon on the side because squeezing it over the dish really did make the ultimate difference! The buttermilk chicken burger also tasted great, however the chili and garlic flatbread was anything but chili and garlic, the bread was just dipped in oil and served to us. Not a single hint of chili nor garlic, but good thing the dough was perfect. Overall we had a good time, I recommend.

We were in our way to the theatre and the staff were happy to hurry out order along whilst also catering for our special needs daughter. A really great experience

We had a wonderful brunch at Bill's while on holiday. They have a great gluten free menu and the supervisor (?) was very attentive to our gluten free restrictions. Our server was ok. She didn't smile or show any emotion to us. I think her shift was ending so she wasn't happy that she was sat another table. But everyone else was really lovely. Which is why I gave 5 stars for Service. For the food, our GF family both really enjoyed their meals. The GF Eggs Florentine and the Bills Big Breakfast were very tasty. Our other guests enjoyed the Chicken Sandwich and Avocado Toast. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back.

Fastest service possible for bottomless brunch!!

Really lovely atmosphere for our team Christmas lunch. The team could not have been more helpful or welcoming and the food was delicious.

Conveniently located near London Bridge, I have been here a few times for brunch with my girlfriends. Went recently and we had avocado with eggs on sourdough and hippy bowl salad, with some prosecco. Also had their espresso martini which was well mixed. Great place after or before somenearby sightseeing. Relaxing environment with friendly staff. I would recommend booking a table.

The second time, I've been here this year. The generous Salmon & King Prawn starter was fresh and full of flavour. Following on from that was the Chicken Shawarma. A large plate of fresh and tasty salad, warm Chicken and bread. It was excellent! My wife couldn't finish hers. A lovely bottle of red wine went down well with this tasty meal. Our service was equally attentive and helpful.

I love this place! The location is fantastic, food is delicious and the price is reasonable. The service is amazing, we had Kunal taking care of us and he promptly swapped my fries by avocado with no extra charge. Always a great choice :)

Having been to Bills on a number of occasion’s, this particular visit was disappointing! Firstly, warm bottled beer and no option of returning once opened, no Xmas crackers like other establishments offer and when taking payment at the end the waitress said that ‘normally we take company credit cards for large tables’ didn’t mention to us when we arrived and seemed very put out by this. Not the nicest of endings to our evening even though we still paid a very nice service fee! Won’t be returning in a hurry!!

Very friendly staff, I had to change order due to train strikes and it was not a problem for the restaurant. Vegetarian food options for Xmas set menu are great and everything was served together even though there were 10 of us. Liked it so much I booked another xmas meal for me and my bestie. The St Albans branch should take note.

We enjoyed our brunch very much! Since it was raining hard and we were very tired, we were allowed to stay at the patio with heat turned on! Very nice! The big breakfast is very nice! The sausage is very tasty. All the pancakes no matter bacon and fruit were well made. The Egg Benedict is very well made.

London was heaving and we were surprised to get a walk in table . I immediately went to the unisex toilet, the female waste bin was overflowing, the general state was very poor , I advised my other half not to use it . Staff repeatedly asked if we were ready to order/wanted more food/drinks etc to the point it became intolerable. Sausage starter was really chewy and not great. Main PIB burger was excellent. Having been to this Bill's before and having a commendable experience, this visit was really disappointing.
