I use this cafe quite a lot and always have a great meal and the staff are very friendly I would definitely recommend this establishment for a nice meal

I love this place, nice staff and amazing playground. For secound year we made my son birthday party. Staff is helpfull, managers support us in every case. The party room is clean. Highly recommend!

Went here this morning to spend £11 on 2 sawdust sausages, the smallest rashers of bacon , quarter of a plate of mushrooms a lake of beans to rounds of toast with margarine. I didn't get asked if I wanted the tea or coffee that came with the breakfast. All in all not impressed as apparently the waitress was in training. And won't be back again I can see why the breakfast scene is getting smaller each day if the service is poor .

Absolutely fantastic. Always go here, great staff, great food and great value. Everyone is always really friendly and enjoyable for adults and children!

I use this cafe fairly frequently and I realised that I haven’t give it a review yet!! I sometimes visit with family or friends and the food is always hot and tasty and good size portions. The owner is always polite and friendly and makes you feel welcome. It is my favourite cafe in Harold Hill. I can personally recommend the chicken bacon and lettuce (Harold wrap) it is lovely.

Great for a quick breakfast. Service and food was good.

Very nice café out in the green and near some ponds, looks out on to the car park. It has a cosy feel to the café, was very busy when we went full of people of a certain age. We ordered Breakfast 1 & Breakfast 2. We enjoyed that. It did take a little while to come, but appreciate they were busy. Staff were friendly enough. You have to bare in mind this place closes at 3pm.

Staff lovely, great allergen knowledge and couldn’t do more. Good they have a ‘non gluten containing menu’. Due to a change of plans we needed somewhere for Mother’s Day. Staff were lovely, Coeliacs friendly menu has some good staples (not the widest selection, but food good and hearty). Nice steak and they even adjusted the Sunday roast for my Coeliac mum

Lovely sunny garden to sit and drink, really enjoy the chicken curry, staff really good and friendly, nice place!

Went back last week and the door was closed and the carpark blocked I do hope its a refurbishment of the pub and not a closure because this is a great place to be.

We had a Pre booked a table for Mothers Day Lunch. We waited to be seated for over an hour and within that time there was some confusion on table availability which left our group frustrated. After the one hour patient wait we were taken to a table and handed menus then abandoned for over half an hour by staff who never returned to take our food order.By this time we had had enough and decided to leave. We asked for a refund of our deposit at the reception which was chaotic. The staff were very unorganised,overwhelmed and un apologetic, and the manager was nowhere to be seen.I wonder why! Would I recommend this restaurant my answer is a resounding NO! In my opinion the restaurant were not able to effectivly manage their bookings on this special day.
