Ordered through uber eats, sadly my burger was missing (likely uber eats fault). I called the shop and explained the situation. They kindly agreed to prepare another burger for me. When I arrived at the shop to collect, they even offered me some chips on the house for my troubles. Good food, good people. Important to support small local businesses like this

Donner wrap was barley warm but everything else was good

Food arrived quickly. BONUS. Unfortunately the chips were just warm and the saveloy was not only cold (as I bit into it) it was full of water and lacking flavor. As it was my first order with them, thought I'd pop it into the air fryer....nope. absolutely disgusting (I know they are full of rubbish anyway but this was gross). Thought I'd feed back to them. The staff just listened and said absolutely nothing. No customer service at all, not even a sorry. I didn't even want anything back, just an acknowledgement of their poor quality. Nothing. Could not have been more dissatisfied.

Delivery good but item missing from order.

chips luke warm and pie was frozen

The food was dripping with oil. When i opened it the oil dripped on my clothes. Normally the food is good here. But this time the quality was bad. Swmming in oil.

The cod was lovely, but the chips could of been beta, seemed as they had been sitting around in the box for a while.

Had large cod which must of been on a diet before it was caught hardly no fish at all

Food was delicious, but more importantly the server in the shop was so lovely. There was an elderly lady in there who seemed to be quite vulnerable. He sat and chatted with her for at least 20 mins when I was in there. Gave her food/drinks, helped her open her ice lolly. Was so refreshing to see a young man being so kind to the elderly, I’m unsure of his name but he had a lot of tattoos and a bun!! If you see this your kindness doesn’t go unnoticed!! :)

One of the two medium cod ordered was replaced by two small cod, which seem to have been left in the warm store too long as they both had hard batter and the fish inside both of them was dry and tasteless so most of it ended up in the bin

The quality has gone down. The portions have shrunk and are not consistent each time. I’ve just gone on to order again for easiness and now the sausage and batter meal has gone up again to £7 it doesnt warrant that cost at all u barely get any chips

Fish was awful it was dry and smelt but not of fish under the batter the fish was brown and dry only fit for the bin so disapointed would not order from them again

Amazing food delivered bang on time - couldn't be happier!

delivery was quick and food was hot, kebab meat was nice (lamb doner and lamb shish) and portion sizes were ok. unfortunately a portion of chips was missed which I had to go and pick up as they didn't have a driver to send it out. some of the chips were undercooked, cucumber in the salad was slimy and yellow. bit expensive compared to our usual place but we tried it out because there was a discount offered.

Nice food and huge portions. However, it could be nicer if the chips were cooked for a bit longer and there weren't so many small potato ends

Delivery time kept increasing by 5mins for 30mins. Arrived securely packed and delivered (heat) hot. Food although good not up to usual excellent standard.

My large Cod was piping hot, batter was light and crispy and the inside was fresh and delicious. Medium chips portion was a decent size but the overall quality of the chips were very average.

that was the best fish and chips I have had ever...in this area...highly recommend..

Been a few times,hoped the chips would have some potato as got more crispy bits than chip not great portion either. Pies nice though.

Such a shame I don’t like leaving bad reviews as food here is nice but my order was ruined tonight I ordered a mixed shish with garlic sauce and it had chilli sauce all over it I couldn’t eat the kebab I was able to eat the chips

Ordered a mini cod and chips for £8.00. Was cold and horrible . Gave me around 13 chips and the cod with batter was shaped in a circle with minimal fish . Waste of money and very disappointed. How can I get a refund ?

The food was delicious as usual the batter really crisp just a little on the cold side as a delayed delivery but looking at the map I wonder if the delivery driver did another drop off before us but still edible

I have been coming to caspian since i moved to Romford, amazing staff always on point with food, its nice to have a conversation while i wait for food. When i see they are busy and i placed my order i have no issue waiting as it allows them to have ease when preparing, nothing wrong with having patience. Food is great. Poor customer service from the 2 women (one older and one younger) who work there. You get attitude from them just for asking questions. For this reason I would never go back there.

This is my favourite fish & chip shop in the area! Amazing food, especially the chips.

The food arrived hot and fresh. All of it was delicious. The cod was extremely tasty and the children loved the cod bites.

This is by far one of the best fish and chip shops around here! Although we found the lamb doner wrap extremely greasy this time! It’s usually absolutely amazing!

I placed an order online and forgot to order the curry sauce.I phoned Caspian to see if I could get this added to the order and pay in cash .I was told this could not be done.When the order arrived there was a pot of curry sauce with a smiley face.What a lovely gesture, my new favourite chippy in Romford.Will definitely be order again.The fish and chips and chicken was amazing. I order doner kebeb without onion but receiver with planty of onion, big minus for salad , and kebab arrived cold only two star I give....

If we had received the cod might have been 5 stars! Its just annoying when one person doesnt get their food and you cant re-order the missing item without paying delivery again.

ordered with chilli sauce and extra chilli sauce, even states this on receipt. delivered smothered in some sort of mayonnaise. only fit for the bin, total waste of money.

Chips clearly the last ones and the fish was more batter than anything. Rubbish

I have lived in Romford all my life and have never found a good fish & chip shop. I ordered from Caspians first time today, regret not doing it earlier!!! Best fish & chips in Romford! Food was fresh and amazingly tasty. My new fav fish & chip shop which il be ordering from going forward!

Portion small chips hard and cold onion rings over cooked cold I live round corner next time I’ll go to the shop

Due to time taken to deliver food was tepid, chios had become soggy, fish appeared to be overcooked and was dry and hard around the edges

Ordered a regular sized Kebab and chips and it was absolutely delicious. I will get a large one next time as portion was a little smaller than I hoped. Other than that I am really happy with the quality and delivery. Would order from again!

Can't fault the restaurant, but the JustEat driver seemed to take a very long route, meaning the food was cold upon arrival. The restaurant is about 10 mins away in car at most (i dont have a car at the moment, hence why ordered for delivery), but I was watching the driver on the map and he took an awfully long route which wasn't necessary. He basically went around in a circle and ended up back at the road of the restaurant before delivering to me. Ordered at 1:10, and arrived at 2pm so almost an hour later. Sadly, the food wasn't very enjoyable as it was cold once arrived, and cold chicken and chips isn't awfully nice :(

normally have fish and chips which has been really nice. but had a kebab this time and the lamb was a bit chewy! and the sauce was already in the kebab. personally I prefer it in a pot so I can add my preferred amount.

Can't get tastier chips anywhere and the fish is yummy too Had apple pie after ( similar to the apple pie get in McDonald's) Got fried chicken too but will have that for supper . If you live local go nowhere else, can't be beaten!

Very nice food. Chicken wings tasted like the wings I had many years ago and had a nice spicy kick to them, unlike some of the wings you get nowadays at other places. Chips were nice and the burger was very good. 👍

Waited 30 mins for my food to be told they have forgot to do my order told me be another 15/20 min /50 min for fish and chips and mushy peas Will not be going back especially when been working all day and starving and got to deal with spastics
