Disappointed to see Itsu have gone a bit strange on the menu/recipe change for salmon sashimi. They seem to have decided to reduce the slices to 5 like wasabi did but now they have introduced peas and chopped peppers alongside the edamame Creates a very strange taste mix for me Having to revert to Wasabi sadly

It was a great spot with excellent service. We had a nice and cosy experience with very friendly staff. PS. The cocktails were amazing, thanks to the good references of Saksham!

Pedí cupcakes, se suponía que iban a venir entre las 11 am a las 3 pm y llegaron más a las 5 : 45 pm. Además de esto fueron amables, respondieron cuando les pregunté qué está pasando con el pedido, pero me hubiera gustado que informaran con antelación. Viendo sus comentarios parece que tienen problemas con la entrega. Así que si usted está buscando la entrega a tiempo, tal vez no es el mejor lugar para pedir. Los cupcakes sabían bien. Si no tuvieran los problemas de entrega, podrían ser un lugar líder en Londres.

Food are drink are typical pub fare. Sam was a solid server with great recommendations for London and Edinburgh. She was even kind enough to split the bill for our group!

Stopped in at the Bull in Westfield, during a recent shopping trip. Great food, quick and pleasant service. Will go there again.

El servicio siempre ha sido bueno y he estado patrocinando este lugar durante mucho, mucho tiempo Me propuse visitar al menos una vez cuando estaba en Londres. El pato asado (criado irlandés) es grande, carnoso y imprescindible. El personal es muy amable, aunque no hay mucho tiempo para atraer a los clientes durante las horas pico.

Sadly, as I was a reasonably frequent Balans guest, I am compelled to write a bad review. Cocktails were fabulicios, but alas, that is where the fabulous ended. The menu seems reduced, so we picked bites and sides; croquettes, mac cheese, chicken strips and skin on chips. These I sum up as cold, cold, burned and old. We watched the burned chicken, croquettes and chips in the windows for at least 15 minutes so they were stone cold, even the dishes, when we eventually persuaded the hard pushed waiter to bring g them to us. The chicken was black in places; however, the most inexcusable was the chips. No skin and very old. When I say old, the potatoes had clearly been cooked once and left for a day or two to go grey and powdery. Whether they were fried again on the day I do not know as they too, were cold. All in all, for £127, we had six cocktails and the disappointment of having to order a pizza when we got home. Really disappointing, as Balans used to he a bit if a staple of mine and only ten minutes away. Sorry, Balans, once loved, but from now on forgotten. I recommend the Bull next door feom now on.

This place has now permanently closed with the owners opening a new business in a similar location at Westfield London, the new business is now called "Catch Me". They have changed the menu entirely so it's not just a name change but an entire makeover.

I always throughly enjoy coming along to the M&S cafe in Stratford, Westfields, whereby I am greeted with Billy. I have met Billy on numerous occasions and always goes above and beyond! Such a valuable member of your staff- don’t let him leave!

Was not impressed with the food. I do not understand why a£1 upcharge for a modified tartar sauce and fries? I thought fish and chips are eaten with malt vinegar and not lemons!!!!
