Disappointed to see Itsu have gone a bit strange on the menu/recipe change for salmon sashimi. They seem to have decided to reduce the slices to 5 like wasabi did but now they have introduced peas and chopped peppers alongside the edamame Creates a very strange taste mix for me Having to revert to Wasabi sadly

While it was quite tasty I don't like meals that aren't hot or cold just in between but again taste was good clean cafe One thing here that was outstanding was the orchard display it was tops

Got food poisoning here...I had been there a few times and had no issues, then this Sunday I went to get a small salmon Nigiri box with a miso soup. The miso soup was heaping with seaweed but I didn't think much of it. Monday at 3am I woke up with a horrible case of food poisoning and Tuesday I ended up in A&E. The only thing I could get my stomach rid of (to out it nicely) was seaweed. I work at a sushi restaurant (not chain) and I drink miso often, and have the seaweed with it, so it's not a general issue. I hope it was just me - and after the trauma I don't think I will eat here again unfortunately

Pickled ginger sachets were missing, otherwise always a good idea to have Japanese food here

It's fine but, as ever, they only really do salmon sashimi - no tuna, let alone anything more interesting than that - and you're paying £10-12 for what would be £4-5 in Tokyo.

I spent £20 on sushi at Itsu, and it was an absolute waste. The rolls were so poorly made that they fell apart as soon as I picked them up, and the salmon lacked any freshness . The staff didn’t seem to care about the quality of the food or the customer experience. Honestly, it would have been better to stay hungry. This was my first and definitely my last visit. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

They have sushi that is very close to the real thing. The taste is not bad and the price is not too high. If you're craving Japanese food, give it a try.

Great atmosphere, very spacious

Had a lovely worker called Asia, so sweet she immediately helped us and had a lovely personality!! Amazing customer service, her attitude was uplifting!

Visited here on 28/3/24, when realising they didn’t have what I wanted in the fridge, I ordered it on the screen hoping they would make it to order, needless to say they couldn’t make it to order because it was close to closing time, which is totally understandable,I considered this when ordering but thought I’d give it go. Anyway the bloke who dealt with me was very apalogetic and issued a refund because I wasn’t interested in anything else.I assume he was manager, he a real is real credit to the branch,I really appreciate good customer. Been a fan of itsu for awhile, Decent overall and worth the price. anyway even though I didn’t purchase anything it was still a pleasant experiance, thanks

Terrible ambience. Moderate food. Nice waiter

Ordered the veggie gyoza noodles. Taste wise was good but as I was enjoying the meal, I was shocked to notice that the veggies were all spoiled and not fresh. Most of them have turned black. See photos as proof. Ended up picking out all the veggies and discarding them. Truly a disappointing experience and so upset to know that such an established place does not have quality control.

A simple and cheap Japanese sushi restaurant. Of course it doesn't have the authentic Japanese taste, but it's definitely worth a try.

Food was pretty good I had miso noodle soup as a snack! It doesn’t look aesthetic or pretty but service was very very nice and atmosphere was oki! I will definitely come again sicne it’s very cheap imo If crave something small and hot(soup)

Mistakenly gave my vegetarian friend chicken noodles and there was no effort to apologise. Then offered to swap it for a cheaper meal. Noodles were cold and food was average. I personally do not recommend.

Nice itsu, food is great as usual but a little busy which is to be expected in Westfield, but otherwise great place for a pitstop.

Very clean, inviting staff, fresh food 🍲 of course it’s itsu! They make sure we eat beautiful 😊 The girl with hijab, amazing personality down to earth and very helpful. Itsu is Itsu. Diners here know what to expect and they deliver good food consistently. That's what one hopes for in a busy shopping centre like Westfield's (SB).

Gorgeous layout; there were even purple lights on the stairs - it looked exactly like the Dubai branch!

Very nice and clean place. Situated in Westfield White City. I go here normally 30mins before they close were everything is half price.

The girl who serviced me was very kind, friendly and helpful. I ordered Miso soup and salmon sushi 🍣 😋. Delicious and fresh. The restaurant was tidy and clean, and the atmosphere was perfect. Love Itsu!! ❤️

Essen hat mir leider überhaupt nicht geschmeckt, war jedoch schnell zubereitet. Zum Service kann man wenig sagen, da sich der Laden hauptsächlich auf Terminals beruft. Essen war eher Teuer und beim Verzehr im Restaurant noch teurer.

Used to come here all the time. Hadnt been for a while. Now a computerised ordering system. Im not sure how that provides a 5 star customer experience. Food was the same standard however now more expensive and Im sure the pots have shrunk. I dont think I'll be going to an Itsu again. 😔

Disgraceful behaviour Grabbed my sushi and went to the till (self checkout) to pay. Only to be stopped by an east European lady snatching the receipt out of my hand because her colleague signaled to her that I didn’t pay. Not even an apology for wronging me. Embarrassing and disrespectful experience. Would never go back. People should learn what respect and manners are, especially when they judge people based on their appearance ( I am a muslim hijab lady)

I usually get the salmon sushi set for a quick healthy meal after a long Westfield shopping day! Great sushi every time!

It's all card based now you don't have to go to a human (although it is an option) which means the nice and fast, with 4 different payment points. Good selection of food lots of seating and always clean

I got scammed. They sushi was so dry and the katsu curry stir-fry didn’t taste like katsu. And the miso soup tasted like fish.

Food is meh-ish. Ordered a brown rice bowl, and asked to remove the greens and ginger but the server did not even check with the kitchen and outrightly said no. I’m not even asking to change the ingredients or whatnot. I’m simply asking to not include that in. How is that “not possible”? Unacceptable and so ridiculous!!!!!!!!!

The picture they show while paying looks like a big meal but you will get 40% of it. Mini meal for 9£ and too salty. Sorry that isn’t healthy.

Jeff and the team are amazing at keeping the shelves filled with great tasting sushi and hot food! The restaurant is always clean and bustling with hungry shoppers, kids and adults alike!

If you like sushi and Japanese food this is your place. Their food is always fresh, beautifully displayed and the ambiance of this place is just lovely. I was pleasantly surprised to see the self order machines as I haven’t been to Westfield since the beginning of the pandemic. The machines are easy to use and no queueing. They have a good choice of vegan/vegetarian dishes and sushi including soups, dumplings, noodle/rice bowls and rolls.

More relaxing dining experience compared to the food court where you are constantly on the lookout for a vacant table. No waiting around here, food is delicious and reasonably priced. Staff are pleasant and friendly. The dining area is clean, bright, and airy.

Used to love itsu but this brunch has gone downhill I ordered a coconut chicken soup which was so thick I had to use a fork ! The staff are lacking in customer care! And have a really bad attitude also whilst we was waiting a member of staff who I assume was waiting to start her shift was eating behind the counter using her hands. Will definitely not be returning.

In case you don't like the queue in the foodcourt this is an alternative nearby. Great ambience, more seats available, has charging ports(usb) Note: if you will order something with rice make sure you confirm it first with counter so that you dont have to wait long

The staff are very friendly, welcoming and patient, especially the guy who worked tonight, he let us stay while we finished our food while they were shutting and cleaning. He also found my lost bag and handed it back making sure he gave it to the right person. Super nice thank you! :) also the food is great, cheap and loads of free great sauces and seeds to add to the food! Thanks again!

Nice place to be if you're in a hurry and just wanna get something on the go. Their soups are amazing.

After a terrible experience a few months ago I decided to try this itsu again and to my surprise is whole new staff. Been back twice now and Jack is a breath of fresh air. His customer service is outstanding please recognise his good service.

Recently the sushi seems to be almost rock hard.. this seems to be happening more frequently.. The service is also hit or miss, some staff are extremely friendly (which is a good thing) and 1 or 2 seem to be moody and rude. UPDATE I since went back to give another go and to my surprise a whole new bunch of staff. I was pleasantly surprised by 1 individual. I think his name is Jack. He's like a breath of fresh air for this itsu. Please recognise his fantastic customer service. Kind regards

the blonde girl should be fired for her arrogant and rude attitude. the manager should also change position or job, she tried to excuse her colleague by saying “sorry she is a woman “ ... and ?? Because she is a woman, she can treat customers badly?

I came today get box of sushi , I had some question about the Itsu app and the screen we using to pay . I asked the blonde hair lady on the till , she was very rude , she gave me feeling like I should walk a way , why I bother her , her answer wasn’t helpful. I had to wait and look for another person on the shop floor to help me . I had to wait for the lady from Kitchen to step outside to help me .

The food is good .they have changed their delivery desk. Wished the lady on the desk was polite to explain. Missed the warmth of personal touch. However food more than made it up ...

I had the special, which I enjoyed. Was not happy, though, that all the cold drinks were warm.

After been served and seated (and eat the first box) they said we are closing in one minutes.....so I had to finish the second box outside around the Westfield.....

Always a good sushi at the best price

Was charged 3 pounds for dine in. But they did not allow us to sit in any free space upstairs(Said they were gonna be cleaned and closed). Had to walk out because downstairs was already full and cramped. The food and drinks were good though. Can’t complain.

i was given the wrong order for the second time when using uber eats. i was then ignored when tried to call the restaurant. Shocked at how unprofessional they are. i have been in store as well and i am well aware that it is mainly machine operated. Taking this into consideration you would think staff would have more time to pack the correct order or at least answer the phone if there is almost no customer interaction in store. Having working in a restaurant that does delivery’s i am aware this can happen however it is the restaurants job to answer the phone to sort these things out in order to satisfy customers. Honestly ridiculous!

Sushi&Miso soup here are so good, self checkout no que and the place was nice and clean. Highly recommend

I used buy my lunch from Itsu a lot, but I have noticed the potion is a lot less. The sushi is around 20% smaller, but the price remains the same for some boxes or increased in price. The taste isn't as good as it used to be. I think its largely to do with cut back in ingredients and staff due to the global financial issues. Shame really.

I was the regular customer till I found a bunch of hair in my food. Unfortunately can't eat from them anymore.

Lovely place to visit and have a snack while shopping. Clean, well stocked with friendly and very informative staff. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, nice and airy restaurant, lovely sushi and the hot pots are very tasty. All of the food is fresh and healthy, including the teriyaki table sauce. I love going here.

I brought what was labeled vegetable fusion dumplings which actually turned out to be pork. I do not eat meat so this was totally disgusting and unacceptable. Staff didn’t seem to bothered. Will not go back. Mislabelling products is extremely dangerous.
