Warning. Don't use table service. Or go to this rip off place. They charge 88p per drink which is 15% on top over overpriced drinks. I ordered a drink which never arrived. So went to bar and got the drink myself. Was still charged £7.88 for a pint of peroni. I asked if that included table service, guy laughed and said yes. Told him he was a disgrace. Won't be back.

Where do we start with The Broadcaster and the incredible staff and management? We unfortunately lost our booking for a wedding reception when a nearby venue closed down suddenly only 7 weeks before our big day. Having approached a number of venues for a last minute reservation for 65 people, Cori came back to us and was immediately understanding and helpful with the blind panic we were feeling. Nothing was too much trouble from reserving the 1st floor dining area, getting us menus quickly, and even picking up our wedding cake on the day! Because everything was so last minute we never even had a chance to visit the venue or taste the food. There were of course some nerves that maybe the pictures wouldn’t live up to the reality but walking through the doors for the first time all those nerves fell away. The WOW factor on entering the beautifully decorated 1st Floor Dining Room will never be forgotten by ourselves and our guests. It was stunning. The staff, and there were a lot of them to look after us, couldn’t have been more helpful, smiling and you could tell they all wanted to make our day perfect! The food - incredible! And so reasonably priced. A delicious set menu which also catered for all allergies, vegetarians and vegans were loved by all. The canapés as well were extremely tasty and the cheese boards were HUGE! Drinks as well were reasonably priced and there was a great choice! The staff really couldn’t do enough to help us all through the evening. Microphones ready for us with the speeches, moving tables when we wanted to dance, and insisting on helping us tidy up and pack up at the end. Big thanks as well to the guy who even helped us get taxis at the very end! Lots of places will take your money and give exactly what was promised but no more. There are very few places left that truly want to under promise and over deliver. All at The Broadcaster went above and beyond to make our experience beyond our expectations! So to all the Team at The Broadcaster - THANK YOU! You really did make our wedding day perfect! Andy & Jo

I don’t like writing bad reviews and would never normally, but feel it’s necessary here to warn those with allergies or intolerances. Been here twice - both times we ordered the plant based Sunday roast. Both times we said we wanted the vegan roast dinner and both times we were given non-vegan / non-plant based Yorkshire puddings. The second time we specified this and were given them again. If you have an allergy or intolerance I’d avoid. As a vegan we don’t want to eat non-vegan food, but if you have an allergy or are celiac I’d be very cautious as you may end up unwell! They were also showing the euros (not England match), which isn’t a problem with me as I’m a football fan, but nobody in the restaurant (3 tables) was interested or watching and it was extremely loud. Could have just turned it down, especially as nobody was watching.

Rooftop bar is decent but be prepared to pay £7.50 for a pint and wait 15 minutes for it to arrive. In their defence it was a Friday night. Pint selection on roof is poor and doesn’t come in proper glasses.

Food very good we had a Monkfish scampi followed by veggie roasts. Service fabulous. Lovely small touches for a low key birthday celebration. The chef had written happy birthday in chicken on the dessert plate . Such a nice touch! Definitely would recommend!

Visited the broadcaster for the first time yesterday. Just want to say how lovely it was. The food was excellent especially the shepherds pie. We met Ashley the chef, so big thanks to him and his team. The staff were excellent especially George the general manager. When he knew it was my friends birthday he sent over a glass bubbly. Thank you. The pub soon filled up and it looked like they dealt with it so well. Next time, i am going to have the burger as its looked amazing coming out. The Brassiere of light at Selfridges in central London could learn a thing or two about good service by coming here!!!! Well done to you all. Thanks Majella & Karen

My recent visit to The Broadcaster in White City for a Christmas meal turned out to be more memorable for its disappointments than its delights. Pricing: We paid for the whole meal up front, and was told just to pay for drinks on the day. 5 people @ At £135 per person, the steep prices set high expectations, but the actual meal fell short of justifying the cost. The unexpected 12.5% surcharge at the end felt like a plot twist in a bad holiday movie. Seriously?? Not to mention £3 for tap water. Service: Getting the attention of the staff was akin to tracking down Santa Claus on Christmas Eve – a near-impossible feat. They seemed more focused on their own conversations, adding to the already high noise levels. Noise Levels: Unexplained Acoustics Despite the restaurant being barely over half full, the noise level was inexplicably high. This wasn't the cheerful buzz of festive chatter but an unidentifiable din that made conversation challenging. We noted the presence of two elderly ladies in our party, hoping for some additional assistance. Regrettably, this request seemed to vanish into thin air, instead putting us in a table in the middle of the room. Food: A Tale of Two Kitchens The culinary experience was a mixed bag. The disparity between the in-house prepared dishes and the outsourced items was stark. Most notable was the Christmas pudding, which had a mass-produced quality unfit for a festive occasion. The turkey, a centerpiece of any Christmas meal, was left largely untouched, speaking volumes of its taste and preparation. Parking: After a lengthy 3.5-hour drive, we were met with the final disappointment: parking. Despite assurances of available parking at a nearby Westfield, we were greeted by a closed lot with no alternative arrangements. Yes, this is London, but I’m still annoyed about being offered no alternative. To wrap up, dining at The Broadcaster was like tuning into a holiday special only to find out it’s a rerun of a show you didn’t like the first time. It seems the only thing 'broadly casted' here was a lesson in how not to do a festive dinner!

F45 Shepherd's Bush Christmas Party and Awards Night 2023 We had a private area near to the bar and the entrance so that it was easy for the members to find us. The team set up welcome drinks for us all and were really attentive with getting drinks and food sorted quickly. Everyone had an amazing evening and we can't wait for the next event!

An amazing evening celebrating my daughter's birthday. Real New York vibe at their roof top bar. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the food scrumptious and the cocktails flowing. A fun evening for all.

Went to the Broadcaster after travelling up from kent. We were suppose to see loose women. Unfortunately the day was over subscribed and ended up having a bite to eat and drink in the Broadcaster. Well I got to say service by Dooa was impeccable as was the food and selection of champagne and wines. Made up for a disappointing start to the day. Definitely recommend

We had a late lunch here on the roof terrace and thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service. The staff were very helpful and the food was lovely. There are views across to Westfield and the TV centre from the terrace. Definitely worth a visit.

My friend and I went here after a TV show and as it was sunny headed to the roof terrace. The staff were attentive and friendly. Food fresh and well presented. House wine good and prices reasonable for such a setting. We will certainly go back when in London.

Attended on Friday 4th August 2023. The staff are so attentive, polite and the service is very efficient. Food was very delicious, as was our bottle of wine, and dessert (the most yummiest pavlova ever!). The ambience at this rooftop bar is amazing- went just to grab lunch and ended up staying there ;eating, drinking, chatting) for almost four hours!!! Most definitely recommend a visit. Nearest tube station is Wood Lane (stone throw away). Westfield shopping centre is opposite and so is the ITV studios

Lovely views from the top floor. Staff friendly. Food pricey for what it was, but tasty. Only downside was the 12.5% 'optional' service charge was already added to the bill. (I felt uncomfortable asking for it to be removed). I think customers should be given the bill and then given the choice of whether they want to tip. It seems it's just the expectation that people pay for this - sorry if I'm old school here! I always tip when I think service is good.

What a disaster! Was looking forward to a meal to celebrate my wife’s birthday, before heading for an event at Television Centre. Ordered drinks and arrived eventually. Ordered starters and mains, 1 starter arrived eventually, but no others. After waiting for an hour and three quarters we gave up! They then tried to add a massive charge for ‘service’ … what a joke. Witness 3 members of staff aggressively arguing with each other! To give them there due, when I objected to the charge they wiped the whole bill. But too late, we won’t be going back again.

We waited over 20 minutes to be served. The queue was quite long. I noticed people paid first before be served. So my son went to pay whilst I waited in the queue. The staff member serving us proceeded to tell us off . I thought he was very rude. I was not impressed. The making of the ice cream was impressive. My son enjoyed his ice cream.

We found the Raven to be a nice surprise while we were staying nearby. Cozy: it has two fireplaces and a resident cat and dog. We did find the price of a pint by one rather high, but then we were lucky enough to arrive on a Tuesday evening: they have a special for £35, two pizzas, a side, and a bottle of house wine. The food was particularly good, served to us by the chef himself. Previous reviews mention different food options as well as Thai, but in its current state it is a pizza pub with kind service and comfortable seating.

As a bartender I am pretty fussy when it comes to coffee, however I was very impressed at St Clements also by the friendly service of Freya who was very helpful.

Davon wusste man leider nichts.
