A recent and un-communicated change in policy sees the punter forced to present physical ID at the front door. Whilst I can perhaps see the sense in this for those in the twilight of their teens, this reporter is nearing his 30th year and in no way could be mistaken for 18, or even 25 (as the good humoured bouncer admitted himself). Failing to accept even a high resolution image of my identification I was turned away. I cannot bear a grudge to the door staff who are simply required to enact a ludicrous policy, which would be comedic if not for the fact that it is carried out to the letter. I even witnessed prospective revellers well into their 40s and 50s turned away for a lack of suitable documentation. A word of advice to the management: in this day and age few drinkers carry physical ID and you risk losing swathes of business to nearby establishments if you persist with such a draconian decree and continue to put aside all common sense. Furthermore, if you are fortunate enough to be granted entry, a pint of Guinness will set you back no less than 7 Great British Pounds and 15 pence, which even in the current inflationary climate can be considered overly steep.

We were literally chased out of the pub at 3pm after our booking had ended despite the staff telling us that we could finish our coffee in peace as the following booking was cancelled. In addition to this, the roast potatoes were hard and the meat average. I will not be returning.

On a recent visit to the white horse, I was served by a lovely young lady called madeleine who couldn’t do enough to make me and my family feel.more comfortable and at ease. The food and service we received was marvellous and we will definitely be back soon for some feel good vibes.

Thank you to Nadine and the staff at The White Horse for helping us plan our “Baby Celebration”! From planning to the end of the night, all the staff were incredibly friendly, polite, so helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble!! We had wonderful recommendations on catering / food and the feedback from guests was very positive! The White Horse is ALWAYS a good option but if you’re looking to plan an event, their space is perfect with an acceptable minimum spend as well!! Would highly recommend and would 100% do another event here in the future!

We’ve had the BEST day catching up in the inimitable Sloaney Pony! Served the most delicious cocktails (highly recommend the spicy pineapple mescalita- or whatever it’s called?) & looked after by the lovely Madeleine who made sure our glasses never ran dry for long. Such a lovely reunion with a very special friend & really grateful for the amazing service throughout! We WILL be back!! Ps also wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Madeleine for running out in order to reunite me with my umbrella- not many places would have gone to such lengths but VERY much appreciated:)

This wonderful tavern was a sunny bright spot of my stay in Chelsea…great bar crew, pleasant patio seating, and nice crowds to hang out with, but not too crowded.

Brilliant pub for a Sunday lunch with the family. Staff were great, really friendly and efficient. Food was hot and drives quickly and although I had messed up and booked in line with a Chelsea game finishing the queue at the bar was dealt with quickly and nothing suffered as a result.

Went to ‘An evening with Hendrick’s’ back in July. Was a fun evening, hosted by the lovely Nadine. Had food beforehand and that was also very good. Beautiful pub with a lovely atmosphere, highly recommended 🙌🏼

I’ve been going to this pub for decades. I’m sorry to say that the service and staff attitudes now let the place down very badly. They have a ludicrous reservation system for tables that allows anyone, at any time, to reserve tables - even if there are already people sat at the table. We got removed from a table despite having been there buying drinks for a while. The staff were rude, and dismissive of our protestations. Their solution - to reserve us a different table and turf yet more people off that table. Ridiculous. Many reservations were never attended - the staff did nothing about it and told me it was my responsibility to come and ask about a reserved table. It just doesn’t work, and the staff don’t seem to care. Shame - it used to be a very friendly and buzzing place. No longer.

The general manager with the awful chest Tatoo spoke to my group in a very rude and aggressive manner regarding where we we had been told to sit by another member of staff (this member of staff along with the rest were great and provided a lovely service). However, the same can’t be said for the general manager and I was shocked at the way he spoke to us as paying customers of the white horse, demanding us to move the table back when we had been told it was ok to sit there by another member of staff, it was a shocking way to speak to paying customers! I have never been spoken to like that before in a pub by a member of staff let alone a senior member of staff and it left me feeling very shocked and upset. The rest of the staff absolutely brilliant.

This pub serves beers that are half head (foam) considering the already prices are already outrageous, and treats their staff extremely poorly. Would absolutely not recommend.

Appalled by the service in this pub. Beer was overpriced and too much head. Not worth the price.

The restaurant's appeal largely lies in its outdoor terrace, which provides a lovely setting. However, I found the food to be disappointing, especially the Sunday roast. Additionally, serving a Bloody Mary at a high price in a plastic cup without celery or any other garnish, particularly when clients are seated on the terrace, detracts from the experience. The application's service is efficient and helps manage the crowd well. Nonetheless, I am puzzled as to why I couldn't order a Coca-Cola in the middle of my meal and was instead instructed by the waiter to make the order through the website.

Cute and cosy pub with leather sofas...actually quite luxurious inside. Drinks are pricey. Although i didn't sample the food, it did look good (from what i saw going out to the punters)! Lots of the trendy and well-heeled Fulham crowd around...quite a few tables outside as well (excellent in summer). Like it.

What is the point of reservation if you cannot sit people at the tables at busy times? Absolutely ridiculous service. Will never come back and strongly recommend against going there - you just will not be able to even sit P.S. To clarify below response from the Pub; we have made a reservation one week before the reservation date but they simply did not have the table when we arrived (they could see the reservation); so the occasion is ruined. Beware if you are going there and think you have made the reservation.

Unbelievable accommodation of a group of people (20Pax) for the england game. Will always recommend for future events! Especially the professional approach of Matt or and extremely busy night! Joseph

This place is absolute outstanding! I don't give 5 stars often at all but I couldn't find a single thing wrong with this place, the staff are amazingly friendly, the place is beautifully tidy and the food is absolutely phenomenal!!!!! I highly recommend this place!!!

A large pub with a sizeable outdoor seating area (mostly covered) out the front. Plenty of space inside around an imposing central bar you just can't miss. The staff were very friendly and efficient as it was very busy when we were there. There are also 3 different rooms available for hire. The Guinness was excellent as was the Landlord.

Been here countless times and always great. Good indoor and outdoor space for food and drinks. Had a great salad here the other day after some pints with friends! Would recommend
