Very poor service need more staff especially at the bar had to ask 3 times for a drink

Wonderful, friendly welcome from all the staff. Very comfortable, and warm, rooms with everything provided- fresh milk, himemade shortbread, great bathroom products, even an umbrella! We ate in the bar on both nights- lovely food, great choice and again superb service. Breakfasts were everything you could wish for. We will be back!

Second visit in the last few months after my wife persuaded us to give it another go. It’s worse, this once great pub has lost its charm, good food and service. Food cold and inedible, staff uncaring and more interested in organising who was going for a break. Will not return.

Just had a nice meal here, being a Monday evening it was quiet but the service was good and the food also good.

Food took over 30 mins to arrive warm!! Not approached by staff or see staff to approach

My visit to greggs this morning was terrible , the Staff were really rude n huffing when I was asking for things.Customer service skills are shocking !!!!

Really excellent food, well cooked, good quality produce, decent price, excellent portions, very pleasant serving staff.

Just a great place to eat or drink local ales and local fresh food what's not to like

The breakfasts are getting smaller and expensive,they're not as tasty either, I won't have another meal there. I advise you look elsewhere for a decent meal.
