Orderd deserts £22 worth tried to change the time of delivery instead greeting with a rude man who cancels my order and gave no refund!

Just eaten at this place and wanna say I've had one of the most oiled shawarma ever. And on top of that, the shawarma they present in the menu, has nothing to do with the shawarma you'll get at the table.

Fantastic food and speedy delivery - even when the person who ordered the food gave them the wrong address at first (me!!) - really understanding and friendly and our favourite takeaway!!

Great pub! I had an excellent Sunday Lunch. Great Ales and wines served by hospitable friendly staff. Best pub in a 5.95km radius

Worst food I ever had! Food made with 0 love and an absolute scam! £13.50 for 3wings ?!!!!

Went for breakfast and ordered my usual, the gammon. All looked good on arrival but the gammon was very tough. Asked for a steak knife and was told by my server I had one already. I explained the gammon was tough to the response of ‘oh’. When asked at the end of the meal how things were I again commented on the toughness of the gammon, I was asked would I like some more coffee which I responded ‘yes please’, only to be presented with the bill. Not my usual experience at Damons and for nearly £18 certainly not value for money. To be fair the rest of the meal and other staff were good.

Me and my partner travel from Nottingham every now and then for a cinema date night and always eat around the local area. We have ate from this Nando's once, I would rate the experience that ONE time as a 8/10. However every time since the one time we was actually able to be seated and served (which has been several times now) whenever we have attempted to eat at this Nando's there has been a 20-30 minute wait time. Which I understand its busy ext. The main reason why we have WALKED out each time after waiting for a lengthy amount of time is because there will be numerous tables free and no one will be seated, there will be multiple people waiting and the waiters and waitresses will be attending to other matters rather then seating customers. I asked today if they could begin sitting people as the waiting area is tiny and it was packed, PLUS they decided to tell people 15 minutes in there was going to be a extra 30 minutes wait on food once seated and all I got from the waited was “we’ll sort it”… 10 minutes later still no one else had been seated yet. Me and my partner walked out and promised to never go to this Nandos again. After countless attempts of eating here, we have been met with the same POOR service. I would NOT recommend this Nandos.

I ate here a few times while staying at the ajoining hotel — it’s clean and well laid out but options for anyone with dietary requirements are extremely limited and weren’t particularly appealing.
