The best service I’ve ever received in a restaurant! We were looking for some fish and chips and somehow ended up here. They didn’t have it in the menu, but they went extra miles to make for us with what they had, to gave us what we were looking for. It wasn’t exactly fish and chips we were had in mind but we the exceptional services we received, we didn’t care much about it anymore. Thank you sir for making it a great dinner experience for us!

This is our favourite place to eat in Derby. Food is always fresh and tastes amazing, they have so many things to choose from and the new coffee is spot on.

We all did the loaded fries. The fries were fairly plain and nothing special or out of the ordinary. That wasn't a great deal of chicken on the fries. I thought amount of sauce although it did taste like it was just a regular sauce that could have been bought from a regular supermarket and squeezed over the meal. We had a very good warming greeting and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Next time I would possibly if I did decide to come again I would try a different dish.

FOOD-Pros: Flaversom, decent size portion, good selection of sauces, Heat options Cons: Mostly cold (definitely not as fresh as I would like, ice cold onion) SERVICE- Very happy Cheerful staff, helpful when making selection. Only people in restaurant and about 10-15 minute wait. ATMOSPHERE- Lots of seating, very comfy, warm, nice vibe

I would say it isn't bad for what it is, staff was friendly but to say it was a restaurant the food I would say it is more of a fast food feel than a restaurant

Brought my U13s football team for a mid season treat. The staff were brilliant, very organised and clear. They made sure every order was correct and that is hard with 20 U13s with all sorts of tastes. Food was spot on and the vibes were great. Thank you for a great afternoon

Ezzeldin is a a very patient and energetic counter operative. Even towards the end of the shift carries on with great customer service and stays respectful at all times no matter how difficult the customer may get.

Best grilled chicken for me. And l absolutely love their milkshakes sooo tasty.

On arrival my party and I were greed warmly , the service was perfect, we ordered some chicken and a side of fries, the food came with a free salad, the chicken was lovely the chicken had some much flavor , fresh from the grill. I went there three more times for the chicken, the prices are also fair.
