As I passed the shop on the way, my nose caught the smell and I immediately found myself inside. The food was very good, the staff was wonderful, there was a very nice atmosphere. Especially Hakan, whose name I asked from the staff, was very respectful and understanding. I congratulate Grillzilla for having an employee like Hakan.Thank you all.

Service was great (served by a big spectacled guy named Hakan i think), atmosphere was nice, very clean and safe enviroment, food was acceptable. We had the following. Mixed chicken and beef sizzler -nice clean plate of food grilled meat, rice and salad, enjoyed it. Piri Piri chicken wrap -standard chicken wrap with everything in the correct proportion, ticked all the boxes Cheeseburger -could have been a beef burger (on the menu) with cheese gherkins ketchup and cheese, big beef patty but tasted tough and a bit rubbery probably frozen wasn't great tbh Chicken tenders -decent had the hot chilli and garlic mayo dips with them Chocolate Shake -basic the kind of milkshake you expect some of the larger chains to serve out of a ice cream machine with some chocolate syrup Banana and Strawberry Shake -basic

It was my first time visiting the place and I was greeted by a young lad, I believe his name was Afas but I may be wrong. He was great he recommended the loaded fries and wow it was amazing. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks you Afas for the amazing first experience.

Right from the get-go, Afas greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable. I’ve got social anxiety, so ordering can be a bit of a challenge for me, but Afas was incredibly patient and gave me all the time I needed, which I really appreciated. His professional and friendly attitude made all the difference. The rest of the staff were also helpful and polite, creating a great atmosphere. The menu is solid with plenty of options for a quick bite, and the portions are generous definitely good value for money. The food was spot on, but it was Afas’s top-tier customer service that really stood out. I’ll be heading back to Grillzilla, and I hope they keep up this level of service!

Great team and amazing food quality

The chicken is nice, and iv always had it as a takeaway. But I'm ngl we need to talk about the state of the toliets here, iv seen Wetherspoons with better toliets than this, it was actually vile and has kind of given me the ick about eating here.

I absolutely love to eat here! The young white cashier bloke (sorry I never asked your name 😭) is such a legend, he gives such great customer service - checks if you’re enjoying the food, offers pots of sauce if we need it. The food is bleedin’ marvelous, I like the Chicken Tikka burger and their grilled wings. I highly recommend Grillzilla!

I came in and was greeted by a delightful young man called afas. I have social anxiety and struggle to order when I go to get food and took time but the man was paitient and allowed me to take my time which people have not done before in this same establishment. The food was excellent but the customer service provided by afas, who was always smiling , made the experience so much better

Went to this restaurant with 4 of my colleagues, as we were eating our food we see a mouse running across the seating area other customers were present at the time also and saw the mouse. Informed the manager, who was absolutely clueless and didn't know what to do. I have video evidence also. This was within 10 minutes of eating my food. I stopped eating at this point as it completely put me off. Waste of £12 and still hungry. Manager didnt even try to compensate us for the food we didnt eat just walked around clueless. Will not be going here again!
