It says that it’s open and we went there but it was closed and all boarded up

Come to this place most the time for lunch, but recently had an issue with someone called MANI. First gave me a burger with buns that seemed off, after giving it back instead of making me a new burger he just warmed them up and gave me the buns expecting me to make my own burger, ontop if that, frieds are uncooked most the time. Place is nice, only had a complaint against this one worker, also showed me attitude when i left the food and walked off telling me to clean up my mess, which i always do, only that one time I didn't because of the food being bad and him on the phone video calling his friend. Update - just realised the persons name is MANI and not DOMINIC. Dominic is the kind gentleman however MANI gave me the wrong name to avoid trouble. Harish and Dominic both were very kind and helpful excellent service from them 2

Impressive choice of food with heavy influence from Mexican cuisine. We ordered burgers, loaded fries, quesadilla, and chicken strips. The food was wonderfully cooked, and I had honestly nothing to complain about. As with most takeaways, they offer a spice level to their foods

I ORDERED LOADED FRIES AND COLECTED THEM. WHEN I ARRIVED A HOME THE FRIES WERE ABSOLUTELY RAW NOT BAKED AT ALL . I CALLED STRAIGHT AWAY THEY ASKED ME TO COME TOMMOROW FOR NEW ONE NOW I CAME THEY SAID I DONT GIVE YOU ANY. AND ALSO ATTACKED ON MY RELIGION AND SWEARED TO ME . BAD BAD BAD NOT RECOMENDING AT ALL.

Dot have any heating with open doors so not recomended to eat in and discusting raw food which never been refunded after rude conversation cannot recomend this plcace its horrible 😡😡😡😡

Website says you can order online but a postcode within 5 mins away was not recognised so we called the branch you said they don't offer delivery?? Anyway we ordered via deliveroo. Order burger meal 3 chips 6 wings 2 rice box's 3 drinks. Order came no forks no tissues no sauces and the burger double grilled chicken burger was very dry and felt un cooked. Chips were not fresh. VERY VERY POOR. AVOID. Not worth the money.

Customer services are not as good as used to be, nowadays everything is short when you order something. It has happened a few times to myself.

Sadly this branch is a let down. The one on Evington Road is 5 star. This Narborough Road branch isn’t upto standard. Visit 1. Burger was burnt. Visit 2 feta salad tasted off. Visit 3 feta salad chicken was burnt and didn’t taste right. Sorry.

3/4 stars really Half the food was good the rest was whack Avoid wings and the burgers Rice box was good and the loaded fries This meal cost me £32 so not cheap either

Ordered something from Chilli Flames for the first time and I was very happy with my experience! Great, friendly staff, fast service, and mainly absolutely delicious food! The wrap was burnt and they forgot to put salt in fries. Staff not working properly. Change it

First of all the young man with glasses has a chat with his co worker for a few minutes while I’m waiting to order. Then the man decides to take a phone call without saying a word to me as I’m waiting to order. He then talks on phone for 2/3 minutes. Them finally after another couple of minutes he makes the first contact and without any apology looks at me and awaits my order without any words coming out of his mouth! I place my order it totalled £5.50 I give him £10. He then asks for 50p I tell him I don’t have 50p and he stairs at me looking for answers. A minute passes by I take the £10 back and exit the shop. The worst customer service I have seen in a king time!!!!!

i ordered tenders and they weren’t tender. it was more like a chicken fillet. never ordering again

Couldn't find something to eat there

Visited 2 separate occasions, once during lunch hours and the second, at around 9 pm. The customer service during lunch was amazing, no fault at all and the food was very nice - this second time was horrible. The man taking the order looked visibly annoyed whenever I asked for anything, I asked for medium spicy in my wrap and he said nothing but when I got the food it was lemon spicy. My friend who ordered food with mine, asked for lemon spicy but when taking them out of the bag, discovering they weren't separately marked was annoying. I also asked to have my chips be peri peri chips, which I also asked for the first time I went and there was no issue - this time, the guy just shakes his head, saying nothing. And to top it all off, he didn't even give me a receipt. Horrible customer service the second time I went makes me never want to go there again

Just brought for from here and will not be going back! Pineapple burger has 3 chunks of pineapple??? Wtf.....brown Salad and looked like a 3 year old had put the burger together. The chicken feta salad......well what can I say.....bad tasting chicken and feta that was clearly past its sell by date/or not stored correctly, 10 kernels of sweet corn and 4 slices of black olive and 2 tiny pieces of pepper??? Really bad customer service, guy wasn’t helpful at all and slipped out to buy a tin of pineapple as he had none but clearly told us he had it in stock!!! Don’t visit will be a huge disappointment and a waste of your money and time....... Oh and just to say this isn’t the first time, been here on many occasions and it had rapidly gone down hill with each visit! It will be the last time as we’re not prepared to waste or money on substandard(if you can even call it that) food and SERVICE!!!!

Food is really tasty and generally value for money. The food is halal and card payment is accepted which are a bonus for me. I usually go for the loaded fries which is really filling and really tasty. They have a few veggie options too.

Healthy eating at reasonable price..

The price charged and the portion is absolutely ridiculous. Bought a peri peri wrap and it was just filled with salad and sauce and hardly any chicken! Had to threw it away as i felt like eating naan and peri peri sauce. If they charge £6.49 for a wrap, I'd expect to some meat in it. However their fries taste really good.

Service was really bad. Came from London ate inside and it was freezing. Burger portion was like a kids meal. Not allowed to use the toilets. Was told to go to another shop.

The burger is always spot on. The peri wedges are a great side and the cheesy bites are the icing on the cake. The addition of dr pepper makes it my favourite take away. Never change. Staff are always friendly too. Follow me back on Instagram though chilli flames please.

Very good place, food is similar to what you can have in a chain beginning with an N. Meat is fresh and juicy, decent selection of vegetables in the burgers and very good sauces. Staff is pollite and max time I've ever waited for food there was not even 5 minutes. The prices are kind of high but it's expected as they make your food basically from scratch while you wait. Oh yeah, fries are fabulous.

Chips were awful but proved the burger

The food was really good and clean, grilled chicken, I had the wrap and my friends had the burger meals, really good for what we paid and the service was great, really recommend to others to eat here.

Mild chilly wrap is proper hot. I cried eating it, but it was good. A clean place and griendly staff.

I came from nottingham only for chilli flames and they don't accept cards payment. We are in 2020 and they don't want card payments only to not declare the revenus to hmrc

Got a chicken salad meal from here. The chips where half filled in its case and the salad had a few pieces of chicken. Very disappointing!! The service is rubbish as it is and now the down falling the portions.

Had a really bad experience due to awful hygiene at Chilli Flames Narborough road. Food was thrown on the floor in the kitchen and staff refused to pick it up saying they are too busy.

The burgers are tasty and fresh, but they are always overloaded with too much mayo etc so the burger is always sloppy and falls to pieces. Also the chips are usually fairly soft and fresh, but I have noticed the last few times I have been there they keep re-frying left over chips so they are hard and too crunchy to eat. I think certain standards have dropped and may need looking at to keep things consistent going forward.

Tried to eat but i had no chance the chicken salad was too salty and salad was still frozen waste of my time and money!

Gave me rong order with cold chips ,when I try to complain staff was really rude and put the phone down ,need professional staff

Staff were extremely rude! And this were cold when asked for fresh ones, staff told me to cancel order! Terrible customer service! Won’t bother next time!

We were in Leicester for the day and found chilli flames, Narborough Rd, on the HMC website. Spotlessley clean place, friendly staff, my friend had a falafel salad whilst I had chicken breast with peri peri fries. My chicken was cooked to perfection and delicious, peri peri fries were lovely too. My friend said her food was equally delicious and she was impressed by the portion size. I would highly recommend this place to everyone and will come back here when I am next in Leicester.

My chicken was like leather so overcooked I gave up eating, I found out that they Steam or boil the chicken before they put it on a grill and ask them to do it fresh as you would think it would do. Chubby guy at the back said it will take 2 hours to do it fresh, what are they cooking a turkey, dude I've done barbecues I do cook, it takes about 15 minutes less properly.

Although the burgers are very tasty, their behaviour lacks peofessionalism and customer service skills. For example I politely asked for my order to be handed to me and one of the guys didn t even bother to answer me and took orders from other people and when he handed me the burger he sort of thrown it to me on the table/desk, besides the fact the burgera are taken with bare hands with no gloves and put on the frier. I will not buy again from them, there are plenty of burgers out there made by other places that know how to deal with customers such as Rockin’ Dinner.

I wish i give them 0star coz of customer service.
