Food was cold sadly overall okay

I am beyond frustrated! I came from work and had to wait a ridiculous 45 minutes for my food. When I asked about it, they said it would be ready in 2 minutes, but then I had to wait another 15 minutes. On top of that, there was no cutlery or tissue provided! The staff was incredibly rude and completely careless about customer service. This is unacceptable and shows how little they care about their customers!

My food was picked up taken to the opersite side of the city & then brought to me stone cold. Bad service.

When I orderwd the food the delivery time stated it would be delivered within 30 to 45 mins, this was not the case and the food took nearly 1.5 hours to arrive, I wasn't very happy about this as I had two hungry kids waiting to eat.

Placed an order at 16.30 wanting it for 17.30.... App said it would be delivered between 18.00 and 18.20....not a complicated order 2 burgers and a wrap so was surprised it would be so long..... At 18.20 our food arrived delivered by a courier on a bike.... Unsurprisingly the food was stone cold so we had to reheat it... Bits of it were OK at best.... I don't understand as a takeaway why you deliver so far if the couriers on a bike... Shant bother again

there were several items that were missing from. our order. what did come was lovely we enjoyed the food that was delivered.

They put extra hot sauce on both dishes instead of medium, making the dishes inedible and resulting in them both being thrown in the bin. Very disappointing.

Food was cold and gave me a stomach ache instantly did not taste fresh

I ordered the chicken rice box, and the advertisement, as well as the poster in the store, stated that a free drink is included. However, when I asked for the drink, I was told I had to pay extra, so I didn’t buy it. I only received the chicken and rice, which is misleading as it was not what was advertised.

Asked for utensils was ignored, will not order with this branch again

My wrap had only sauce and a few chips inside, it was barely edible. I only recieved two onion rings.I did not recieve any of my sauces and I got a Cola when I explicitly asked for a Dr Pepper .The only thing that was edible was the loaded fries.

Waited 30 mins before someone was ready to take my order, wanted 2 items which were both not available, I took a second to look at the menu again to maybe order something else, guy serving asked are you ordering or what?!! I walked out in disgust.

i placed my order at 20.35 and it said it would be delivered at 21.05. they only started preparing at arround 21.35 and got delivered at 20.50, . chicken was really dry , like pre-cooked chicken just warmed up.

The order was really bad and really cold. I would like a refund on this is was not worth it at all. Had to go in the bin.

If you have allergies, don’t bother. Horrible staff. Left within seconds of the staff being absolutely disregarding of our allergies which is rather just a straight “yes” or “no”. Don’t bother, plenty of better places close by.

11.30 on a sunday night and took over an hour to make my order plus an additional 20 minutes on delivery. An absolute joke! As expected 1 and a half hours later food turns up cold soggy chips, stale burger to the point the bun has stuck to the box, cold dry chicken and salty rice. Literally the only thing that they got right was 1 of the 2 drinks. The 2nd drink was the wrong one. Ive had chilli flames before, first time at this and definately the last!

Very bad customer service I ordered no spicy and they made how they wanted an after this they started arguing with me

I usually order the pitta, and it's my only favourite food option on the menu! Good taste and spice. The place could be cleaner so for eg. the tables are clean for the next customer. The price point is great for the food you get and it is filling! Good take away spot for when you want a quick meal!

Service has been very poor, same girl who’s always here is very unprofessional. Was speaking in another language about clients which I could understand and it very poor from chilli flames.

The food was cold and the original wrap I ordered wasn't crispy enough on the outside, it has grill marks on it so I'm guessing it's supposed to be crispy but the taste was great.

Usually have chilli flames from evington branch never had a problem this time I ordered off Uber eats came from chilli flames on granby street very disappointed as fries had to much spice on it was not edible.

Had takeout today. Reason giving rating 3 is, chefs who are preparing food are not covering their moustache and beard and just serving the food like that. Very disappointing.

I wouldnt ever order from these guys again either of deliveroo or uber eats. They asically make you pay twice for fries with drink when it comes with the meal. Its cheaper to just buy a fries and drink separately rather than adding it as a meal. Im sure theyve purposefully done this and have scammed many people by it. Ridiculous.

Excellent customer service is what all businesses should aim for. Small adjustments should be the least the staff should be willing to do to provide excellent customer service and achieve customer satisfaction. I placed an order on Uber eats, then called the store instantly to let them know that I would rather have strips instead of wings in the flaming munchbox (in store you get the option to choose between the two but this has been missed off on the uber eats app). The lady who took my call said sorry we can't change it after the order has been placed. (The last time this happened I was told to place the order then call so they can find my order and action the request, so that's why I placed my order then called after this time round). I explained that the order was placed through literally a minute ago and she said yes but they've already started packing it so it can't be changed. But my estimated arrival time was an hour away so it made me question whether she was lying that my order had already been packed because she couldn't be bothered to make any adjustments or whether they literally pack orders and then delay sending them out. Obviously the first assumption makes more sense. Therefore Im giving this place 3 stars because the customer service could be better. Food on the other hand, is delicious.

Do not order any burgers. The burger bun was very hard. I complained, I was given another burger but the chicken burger was very hot even though I requested medium

DISGUSTING- the food gave me food poisoning for a whole week from just a few bites, I wouldn’t feed my worst enemy food from this horrible establishment.

This place is a joke! The customer service is awful definitely need to train there staff. Food was not great either as it literally made me feel ill for days.

This place is amazing. They have so many different items like burgers- The loaded fries are the best. You have to try it. I would totally recommend this place to any one. I’m definitely coming here again.

Wasn’t the best pitta wrap also the wedges was all stuck together and really soggy. Not really happy with how long it took aswell. Overall decent for a late night munch.

Absolutely revolting. My mate got food poisoning, vomited 20 times, had to go to medical centre at 4 in the morning and currently getting an iv drip from a Mexi salad she ate two days ago. Workers refused to let me speak to the manager and when asked compensation for the taxi they refused and said it’s not our issue. Unless you wanna end up on the toilet for 5 days and in hospital, don’t touch this place, wouldn’t feed my dog this food!

Visited Leicester with some friends and before leaving grabbed something to eat. This place was very busy then again I understand why as the food was excellent. I had some loaded fries and a chicken wrap and my friend have loaded fries and a chicken salad. Great to have fresh chicken instead of friend food and definatly better value then Nando's. Next time in Leicester we will definatly go again.

After spending my order the guy then decides to tell me it’s going to take 15 minutes. Fast food is meant to be fast food I might as well have gone Nando’s or something

Ridiculously small portin of chicken on loaded fries, with very little cheese ... basically they sold me chips with sauces for £6. Never again.

Loaded fries are really good, portions have become so small that it does not fill even a baby up. Awful.

Always order the same thing which is loaded fries. Always get the same heat level which is extra hot or their hottest one but it's not hot. Maybe they should update the heat scales for people who like their food hot.

Ordered food via app. Called restaurant for multiple missing items and wrong items! Informed its out of their hand - unhelpful and unapologetic. Food is tasty. I been there at 4.00pm. My side order was peri peri wedges, but served chips. I told the crew, he said wedges “out of stock” When I order he didn’t say anything abt lack of stock.

Chilli flames it's most beautiful place in city center and it has somany dishes to serve customers and also it give take away and deliver service is also I love rice with chicken it's taste very amazing like my home country and also other dishes are also very taste full

Ordered a homemade burger meal, was overcooked, the burger buns were drier than the Sahara desert, the whole burger itself tasted like gandhis battered flip flop, really disappointing.

Ordered two Quesadillas meal from here service was sort of alright but other than that it’s ridiculous how slow service they provide you! Food was ready in 20 minutes and it wasn’t even piping hot! Place was not even that cleaned no idea how people can even sit and eat their food in Such establishment.

got a mexicana burger meal. my food was not hot, fresh or tasty. fries were cold. my can of Lilt was the highlight. shop is full of sri lankan tamils, dont know if they are new owners but they definitely have no idea what they are doing. HMC certificate no longer display either.
