The best restaurants serving Asian food in Southampton South East

We needed to eat something before going to the Mayflower to see a show but did not want to go somewhere far or which would cost an arm and a leg. We found My Rice on the web, read the reviews on Trip Advisor and thought ‘let’s go for it’. We have not been disappointed! Food was really good, served quickly, pipping hot. Good portion sizes. And located less than 5 min from the theatre. Will visit again for sure!

My first time there, foor was brilliant, 2 beef bimbimbap and one tofu were delicious and the chicken was by far the best chicken ever. We don't get take away regularly but this will be our new favourite. Fantastic customer service.

Nice family manning this place but the food are very disappointing. The beef pho has only a few spices of hard overcooked beef and stock barely any taste. Spring rolls tasted like frozen off the shelf and the other items ordered weren't any better. I went by the decent ratings but looks most of them are from old reviews so perhaps when restaurant was under different management. Avoid if you're looking for authentic pho and decent Vietnamese food

First time at Blue Jasmine on a cold January evening and immediately taken by the location looking out over the Marina and the impressive frontage to the restaurant. Inside it is smart and modern but welcoming with several different aspects and table arrangements. The menu is designed as a mix of individual and sharing plates, a 'tapasia', offering a range of Asian informed food to suit all tastes and preferences. The food was excellent with group highlights being the sea bass with ginger and spring onion in a parcel, salmon massaman and diced beef fillet with a black pepper sauce. If you like your wine there are plenty of well selected bottles on the list and that was another group highlight. We had an excellent night out with first class service in spite of the weather - well worth a visit and we will be back.

Great food, really friendly happy staff and a relaxing atmosphere. Would 100% recommend to anyone. The buffet is great value for money and you will never leave hungry. Been coming here for years and still doesn't disappoint. Never had a bad experience with food, service or cleanliness. Thanks for being I think one of the best restaurants in Southampton.

Ceylon Junction in Southampton is a wonderful spot to experience authentic Sri Lankan cuisine. The atmosphere added beautifully to the dining experience; warm and welcoming, complemented by soothing Sri Lankan music playing softly in the background. It felt like a cozy piece of Sri Lanka right here in Southampton. Highly recomend!

Beautiful place with lovely staff. Food probably doesn't live up to the price and some sides are ridiculously over-priced : £16 for some broccoli!

Food turned up 1 hour and 20 minutes later than mentioned. The food wasn’t even hot when arrived. Very disappointed after ordering here from a recommendation.
