Up,out and about on a beautiful sunny morning, my twin brother and I decided to jump the train down from Kirkby to Liverpool City Centre, exiting Liverpool Central Railway Station we spotted this cafe and decided to check it out and what a great find. T4 is a lovely petit cafe ,light and airy interior, whitewashed walls ,lovely decor and furnishings and seating options. We ordered a passion fruit tea ,service was quick and presentation spot on ,the tea was amazing, so many delicious flavours, so refreshing, just what we needed to set us up for our day of exploring around our wonderful city. T4 is easy to locate in Liverpool Central Railway Station. Opening hours are; Monday to Saturday, midday till 9pm. Sunday, midday till 8pm. Well worth checking out if you're in the railway station.

Thank you for such amazing food.

Visited today and was sat downstairs in the Liverpool brewing company. We wanted to try momo’s so went upstairs to get a table. Every table was full of plates of food, so there was no where to sit (no customers, just dirty tables with food on). We stood around for a few minutes, then in the end asked if we could order and eat downstairs. They said this was fine and gave us a menu with a QR code to order. We ordered food at 4:33 and the email confirmation said it would take 23 minutes. 40 minutes later we went upstairs to ask if our food would be much longer. We stood at the counter for a few minutes while there was 3 staff working. Eventually they asked how they could help and I showed them our order number. They was really confused checking the system, asking to see the order number etc. Eventually the guy behind the counter said ‘give me 10 minutes’. I asked if they had even started cooking the food and he said yes, then another staff member said no. After waiting 50 minutes at this point, I told them to not bother and we left. What a complete waste of time, we will never come here again. Funniest thing was that there wasn’t one customer upstairs when we went checking our order, so it wasn’t even like they were busy. Highly recommend that you do not visit this place 👎🏻

Honestly, not authentic. The fried Pho wasn't good at all, extremely salty. After reading about how the chain tried to trademark the word Pho, I have nothing left than disgust for this restaurant. Yes, a white-owned restaurant chain in the UK tried to trademark the name of a Vietnamese traditional dish. The audacity is appalling. Look it up.

Lovely little place tucked away from the high street. Food is excellent and great portion sizes. The mega chicken is fantastic!

I must use Chinese to evaluate I don’t know if the boss lady can see that I went to this store to recruit workers, and I took my good friends to eat with me. I originally thought that the lady boss would be more polite, but unexpectedly I just asked what is the difference between raw beef and your beef (raw beef is ordinary beef, beef refers to beef slices, which is different in English) and the lady boss said it's just you. How dare I recruit you? I'm so confused. I'm here to eat. Is there anything wrong with asking? In the opinion of the boss, we international students only rely on our families’ money to go to school. If we don’t study hard and go out to play every day, I’m sorry. I not only study hard, but my college entrance examination is a serious institution. It’s not just a look of disdain from you. To sum up, this has been going on for a year, and I just feel that it is very uncomfortable to be looked down upon. I don’t know if this boss lady can see it, but I will keep giving it one star anyway. I remember her name is boss lady. Mary? Please be nice, respect is mutual, keep a line in your behavior so that we can meet again in the future.

Staffs were kind. Unfortunately, it was very different from korean authentic style, mixed with chinese style I believe. No high chair or no access for wheelchair. Both my partner and I got mild food poisoning after having this meal ( we had late lunch and skipped dinner, got belly pain next morning).

First impression - lots of empty seats but is it really that bad? As i entered on my own for lunch i wanted a table for 1. They looked at me funny but whats wrong with a table for 1? Anyway I was short on time as I needed to catch the train. I opted for the beef noodle soup but WOW it was so BLAND. Pho is supposed to be flavourful within the broth but i couldnt even add salt to justify the taste. Im not one to complain as i love my food but I would like to inform others that you may find better elsewhere

Came year years ago and remember it being very nice - quite a classy joint! Unfortunately that's no longer the case. There was nothing wrong with our visit per se - the food was fine, the service was fine but it has lost the special feeling it had before. The floor was sticky, it was very noisy, felt quite rushed and, despite the 'no sportwear' policy, a lot of people seemed to be wearing what I would class as sportwear. It like it's now 'catering to the masses' rather than somewhere you'd go for a special night out.
