Staff were pleasant enough but the owner ( Asian guy ) seemed very miserable and didn't give off a good vibe

Very nice place. The food is delicious with a wide range to choose from and the prices are more than reasonable. The portion sizes are brilliant and the customer service is lovely. Me and my boyfriend were served by Faye and she made sure we were satisfied and comfortable. This place is for sure our new favourite. (4th time here edit) Grace served us and she was very kind to me and my boyfriend. Thanks again for the great service guys!

A friend came in by chance and recommended here. Great call We visited on a busy Saturday lunchtime and were advised a table would be free in 30 minutes. It was, and that was the start of the excellent service we received. The food was delicious. I had garlic steak pho. It was perfect and didn't take long to arrive. Steaming hot and really fresh, it was perfect for lunch. Not too filling. Vietnamese beers are available and the condiments allow you to make the dish as tangy/spicy as you want. Great staff and well worth a visit.

Where to start...this was an absolutely amazing intro for me with Vietnamese cuisine. The place itself must do every plate a great justice. I saw most surrounding customers talk or react so positively to their choices. The staff were relaxed and it matched the vibe of the place for sure. Top tier addition to Bold St.

Lovely place and delicious food. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The Pho was well cooked and the perfect meal for a chill rainy day in the city. I also enjoyed coffee and ice cream for dessert which was all delightful. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic food and service, really pleased with the prices. Splashed out on drinks starters and dessert and all came to just £30 each. Katie was a great server, food came quick and water refilled without prompting. Can't wait to go back!

Ate today not the best experience , summer rolls very strange filling nice and fresh but rice wrap so chewy was unpleasant. Pho bowl Crab and Beef with Tofu not particularly hot some beef a little rare for me, crab apparently was in chunks of the omelette that was definitely not crab tasting and as I don't eat egg was not edible for me (no mention on ingredients about egg!) So I wasted probably 50% of dish... also side dish of fresh herbs to add into the pho was just lettuce?

Pho was a little too firm... should be softer. Apart from that it was decent.

Finally visited this restaurant and while the food was good, the service and attentiveness were poor which was a shame.

The chicken noodle soup is divine. Big portions. Probably one bowl is enough for two - but I struggle to share when it’s so tasty. Also the veggie spring rolls with the peanut dipping sauce just hits the spot. Great service as well, very attentive and friendly. This bold street restaurant, as well as the castle street restaurant, are both worth the five stars. I’ve eaten at both and it’s consistently good.
