Waited nearly an hour for our food. Shockingly, four other groups who arrived significantly later were served well before us, while our table remained empty. When I raised this with the waitress, she said she’d check and get back to us—but instead, she stood nearby, twirling her hair and avoiding eye contact altogether. As for the food itself, the quality simply did not justify the price point. To add to the disappointment, we were still charged a £4 service fee. This experience fell far short of expectations. Please take this as honest feedback to reflect and improve on.

Food was very nice. We got the curry chicken soup and the mixed beef pho. Both really good. The service from Lucy was also excellent.

Pho never disappoints my yearning tum tum. I crave its broth and beef brisket that haunts my dreams. Upon my first mouthful my existence on this earth was made valid. I was given purpose. I am worth something. Also Lucy was nice and my girlfriend said she was pretty

Meals are excellent for a vegan. I gave 2 stars because I’ve probably spent over £500 eating here. Never been given a discount or any kind of offer whatsoever. There is some variability in taste with the hot and spicy tofu soup.

The chicken pho was amazing the soup part was delicious. The summer rolls are tasty but the are a bit tricky to eat when they have stuck together in the takeout box. Peanut sauce is delicious order it.

Nice change to have Vietnamese food. Great menu selection and very good service. Bold Street is an interesting area of Liverpool and Pho fits in well. A great visit!

Lovely restaurant. Shirley, who served us was really helpful and gave us lots of recommendations. The pho was fantastic, and flavourful. We also enjoyed the meatballs with a peanut sauce. The fresh juices were also delicious. Would recommend this place 100%.

Great experience and lovely food

We came for dinner before attending an event . At first everything was fine . We ordered starters and a main meal each . After our starters were finished we waited for about 45 minutes for our mains - which all arrived cold . They did apologise but as we were attending an event we couldn’t wait for them to prepare more food . It’s a shame that they must have just forgot about us . There were so many other restaurants in that area that ewe should have gone to instead . Very disappointed .

It's a good place to get a warm Pho and a decent Vietnamese coffee. We have the halal one, as well. My tummy and my heart is full 🌻

Jodi was fab, very welcoming and charming! Food was lovely, as always. Chicken Peanut Curry is amazing and Chinese leaf is a must! Took a star away as the draft from the main door being held open is a bit off putting for the tables infront of it but apart from that - amazing!

The welcome on arrival was very friendly, the waitress was really helpful when it came to ordering. My hubby had chicken with noodles, I had chicken with vermicelli noodles, as I’m coeliac. The waitress went through everything with me as regards gluten free options etc. The flavour of the chicken was amazing, noodles were just ok. Altogether a very pleasant experience, we’ll be back on our next trip to Liverpool!
