Absolutely delicious food. Everything was beautifully plated and generous portions. Even my brother, who doesn't like spicy food commented on how nice it was. The staff were obviously pretty busy but still managed to be attentive to our needs. A lovely experience overall. I'd heartily recommend a meal here to anyone.

I had a wonderful beef pho here and loved it so much! I finished the entire bowl because the soup was absolutely amazing. I'll definitely be coming back again. The atmosphere was great, and the staff were friendly. Special thanks to Shirley for her courteous service!

Just the place for a great Pho. “The Pho house” was really delicious. The service was very friendly and quick, too. The rice pasta was al dente and broth very strong. The place is not really Vietnamese, you can also have curry here.

Our server Caitlin was excellent. It was my first time at Pho and her recommendations were great, I enjoyed everything from the starter (morning glory) to my cocktail (Spicy lychee margarita, which I chose instead of a dessert). The food was delicious, the decor very nice, and the atmosphere pleasant. Emily, greeted us with a smile and showed us to our table. Will definitely be back soon. 👍

Very delicious, the Vietnamese rice noodles are very authentic. Especially Shirley's service attitude is superb! I will come again next time.

Really comfortable, quick, polite and helpful service. Owen was especially good at meeting our needs and making reasonable adjustment for disability. The environment is low stimulus and there is plenty of space around the tables. The restaurant is always clean and pleasant.

Fast service, great tasting Vietnamese food

Honestly, not authentic. The fried Pho wasn't good at all, extremely salty. After reading about how the chain tried to trademark the word Pho, I have nothing left than disgust for this restaurant. Yes, a white-owned restaurant chain in the UK tried to trademark the name of a Vietnamese traditional dish. The audacity is appalling. Look it up.

Dolcie (sorry if i mis spelled your name) was exceptional at making us welcome and explaining the menu. The food was sublime, tasty and filling. The iced coffee cocktail was an added bonus. A Great restaurant and a great find

We waited an hour and a half for our main course and were about to abandon ship when the food showed up. The waitress ventured an apology (kitchen struggling) and offered free drinks - but we didn't really want more liquid - just the food. She came back soon after and told us that we'd be eating for free. A potential bonus, but the mains weren't great though - better to turn the clock back, have it all good and pay full price for a nice evening out. I don't think I could ever persuade my better half to come back, it was all glum. If you're thinking of visiting, give them a few weeks to sort themselves out.

Very nice restaurant, delicious food and nice waiters. The atmosphere is very nice and in Vietnam style. I reccomend the pho meat dish, it is very tasty.

Had a fantastic meal, the summer rolls were a highlight. Staff went above and beyond, will certainly be back to try more.

Tried this place on a whim when passing. Actually turned out to be very impressive and memorable. Surprisingly big inside, plenty tables. The staff were so welcoming and friendly that we felt good immediately. Service was excellent and didn’t feel pressured in any way. Menu wasn’t huge in choice but was clearly explained. The dishes are big and use very fresh ingredients. Quality was excellent and large portion sizes. Had a very healthy feel to it as Vietnam food usually does. Price was reasonable for what we got. Overall a very enjoyable experience and we will definitely make it a regular eating stop in future.

I was in Liverpool for a work conference and saw this place by chance. They had a sign outside to say they did vegan food, perfect! Went in, it was very quiet with maybe two tables occupied. I ordered quickly due to only having a short dinner break. I ordered a ‘This isnt…’ chicken curry and rice, it was sooooo good. So much flavour! I only wish I’d had more time to try a few other things on the menu

The spicy noodle tofu dish tasted great and came within 5 minutes of the order being taken. The only negative here is that it was a tad pricey at 12 quid, but anyway it hit the spot so I won't complain!

The spicy chicken pho is the greatest thing to ever exist in our universe. Also the service is always great :) 10/10

Pho or Slo? Ate here on a Thursday evening, wasn't too busy inside. Was left waiting at the door before the lady behind the bar had to come over and seat us. Waited another 15 mins before someone came and took our drink order... By that time we'd decided what food we were eating. Starters came out pretty quick then another long wait for the mains. We noticed people around us were having to go to the bar to ask for their bills because of the wait time. So when they eventually cleared our plates we asked for the bill straight away. Food was actually really nice and the waitress was friendly but my god was it slow I think they were maybe understaffed as there was no checking in or offer of any more drinks. Doubt I will return.

We ordered a couple of starters: pork meatballs and crispy spring rolls. These were tasty but not hot or even warm. Next we each had a Pho, one with brisket and the other prawns, brisket and chicken. The bowls arrived and they were not even lukewarm. Service was super attentive and the bowls were speedily whisked away and microwaved. Okay - so the outer sides of the soup were warmer but when mixing in seasoning the cooler inner parts of the soup just cooled all of it off again. The pho needed all kinds of seasoning, lime juice, fish sauce, chile paste, herbs and anything else available. Conclusion great service, typical too brightly lit room and the food in my opinion was not up to snuff for a dinner out kind of evening.

Just go there - the food is next level. Thai is dead to me and chinese is only one flavour. Please, please, keep it authentic and don't bland it to satisfy UK tastes.

A place with Vietnamese cuisine, mainly Pho soup, several versions to choose from, plus flower tea or Vietnamese coffee. Soup with lots of additives and herbs. Payment only by card! Nice service, lots of tables.

Fantastic Unbelievable Experience

Love coming here, service is always fast, food is amazing and the staff are brilliant, just lovely. Today I had the wonderful Katie looking after me and she was brilliant, really kind and super helpful! Will be back!

The staff were super friendly, even when we arrived late to the restaurant, near closing time. The food itself was served in rapid fashion, and was brilliant. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a decent meal, a nice place to enjoy it in, and swift service, all for a great price too.

I had been in Liverpool for three days already, having arrived for the annual Beatles weekend. I had tried the traditional local dish of Scouse ( similar to Irish stew ) Italian, and curry. I was heading to a Greek restaurant on Bold St for some moussaka, then saw Pho. Haven not eaten there for a good five or six years, time was right for another visit. Last time was in Cambridge and it was great for a restaurant chain. This restaurant is small in comparison but was still similar in decor. It’s rustic shabby chic walls, wicker styled lampshades and chairs like you used to sit on in school. It was well lit, not ultra bright like some places. I was seated at the front of the restaurant. I had the pleasure of being waited on by four different servers, how lucky was I? Dulcie and her team were outstanding in hospitality and nothing was too much trouble. She meandered through the restaurant coordinating everything effortlessly and had a glorious smile. Staff were very attentive, engaging and professional. Makes such a significant difference when eating out. Onto the meal itself, I had chicken wings to start. They came with a spicy tangy dip, sriracha, garnished with coriander and fresh chili. Then I had the beef brisket soup which came with glass noodles. Tender brisket slow cooked in broth. There were small pots of chili you could also add for extra spice. The soup was flavoured to perfection and having travelled through Vietnam, I was delighted with its authentic taste.

Great food - the spicy chicken curry is a must try! Friendly service. And a peaceful atmosphere. Would visit again!

Food very bland. What the owners think that Vietnamese food tastes like.

My wife and I booked last minute and was not disappointed. The staff was so friendly, polite and helpful. The food was so enjoyable with the truly authentic taste. An experience that leaves us with memories of an enjoyable evening.

The food quality is bad. I got diarrhea after eating this food. Service of some staff is good other is extremely bad.

We asked inside whether we would be served/ could order outside. The answer was yes, but after nobody turned up and we left after at least 15 minutes

I liked how friendly staff were. The food was great I had charbroiled chicken bowl with rice and a salad roll with peanut butter sauce. The portions were great for the bowl and it was reasonably priced. Unlike most restaurants I visited in UK staff typically just ask you to tap. I was shown the bill and asked to review which made a lot of sense.

Dulcie was incredibly helpful and a amazing friendly server and was the loveliest meal, thank you!

Stopped off for some lunch whilst shopping and it was relatively quiet. Food was absolutely outstanding and the girl who served us was lovely. However, service was painfully slow. I had to get up a few times to ask for things we had ordered as they had been forgotten. Felt out of sight out of mind because we were sat outside. Will return of course just something to bear in mind as it isn’t the place to go if you are in a rush.

We come here often, it never disappoints. Food is always fresh & tasty, service is always really good - attentive yet not overbearing. Seeing as 99% of the menu is gluten free it's fantastic for me to not have to worry about cross contamination and being restricted as to what I can order. Amazing as always... 11/10!

Terrible service. Food took too long to come out. Left halfway through the meal, didn’t make it to the main course. Staff were rude. Withessed them shouting and arguing in the middle of the restaurant (two blonde girls). Would not recommend.

The food tasted ok, unfortunately the vermicelli was not well seasoned and tasted very bland. The curry was spicy. The food came quite quickly, but unfortunately the drinks didn't arrive until we were halfway through the meal. The drinks were very tasty.

Delicious food, lovely staff, great atmosphere. There are 7 vegan pho options!! Enough said. Oh yeah, and vegan crackers.

This is our go-to place in Liverpool for lunch! Over the past few years we've been here about a dozen times. Very consistent. Great service. Great prices. Pretty good cocktails! Delicioys food. We find 3 x small plates to share is ample. Great central location. Recommended!
