Took my Filipina wife, step-daughter and her British boyfriend for his first authentic Filipino experience. My wife wanted the promo loaded fries which were advertised as being £1.99 with ANY meal. We tried to order ChickenJoy but could not add the loaded fries. Ended up speaking to the manager who upon viewing the pending order, explained that the loaded fries are not available with the ChickenJoy meal, even though the advertisement clearly stated, available with any meal. He never even offered to de-escalate the situation by giving us the fries anyway. 🤔 The food was very disappointing. I have eaten at many a Jollibee in the Philippines and also Jollibee Cardiff. The spaghetti was not very sweet at all. My Filipina wife reckoned there was no condensed milk in it and the chicken coating was very bland. Overall a very disappointing experience and not a truly authentic experience. Jollibee Cardiff food is much better but has suffered from service issues when we have gone there.

Jollibee Liverpool Branch is a must to visit. The food were amazing - tastes like nasa pinas talaga. The crew were so nice and friendly - one of the crew ( I forgot her name) she checked up on us how's everything and if there's anything that can be improved on with certain taste of the food or any food that they can cater. We suggested pancit palabok and burger steak please and thank you po 😊 ☺️

I have to give 1 stars due to a frustrating experience with the service. When we were called to pick up our order, the staff hadn't checked it properly, and we were already far from the store when we realized they missed 2 Chickenjoy orders. We drove back to claim the missing items, and they gave us a new bag. Unfortunately, after traveling for an hour and finally arriving home, we discovered that they only included 1 Chickenjoy instead of 2. This kind of mistake is unacceptable. The staff should make sure to double-check orders before handing them to customers. To add to the disappointment, the security guard seemed unpleasant and uninterested in his job. No smile, no greeting—just a generally negative attitude. It definitely affected the overall experience. The one star is for the Filippina who asked an apology even though it wasn't her fault. I hope this branch improves their service, especially with order accuracy and customer interactions. This incident occurred on 6 Sept 2024 8:30pm.

I tried this place for the first time and it won't be the last ,I don't normally eat chicken that often but this was absolutely beautiful I got a double fillet burger and I was asked normal or spicy so I said how spicy is it so the manager suggested I have a normal fillet burger and a spicy chicken fillet burger and for the same price ,but I noticed something even better the manager was going around and patting his staff on the back and encouraging his team with love and support absolutely brilliant to see all his working staff was all happy and smiling ,you can not buy that work effic so so nice to witness lovely food and exceptional service I urge anyone to go try this place

gravy added barely any flavour to what i was eating and the pineapple juice should be more refreshing and light to your taste buds, instead it was just really strong..

We've craved a chicken joy and travelled less than an hour just to satisfy our cravings. We've decided to take it out just to find out at home that they've given as the wrong order. They gave us a spicy one instead of a regular one which was so disappointing as I can't eat spicy food! Can't even return it as it's a waste of time.

The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The highlight, of course, was the food. I tried their famous fried Chicken, and it did not disappoint! The chicken was incredibly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a seasoning that was simply mouth-watering.

Jolibee is must visit if you are craving for something different in the fast food scene. the restaurant is vibrant and welcoming with friendly staff who provide quick and efficient service, even during the busy times. Prices are reasonable and the portions are generous.

The best chicken you’ll ever taste, the burger too! I travelled 2 hours for it and let’s just say I’m coming back not before long! it’s Liverpool so make sure you guy’s have spare wheels in the boot though 😉

We would like to thank you to Mary Ann for providing us an Excellent Service, there was an item missing when we order at the kiosk, the day shift supervisor was hesitant to provide the missing item, Mary Ann was there to rectify the issue, she checked our receipt gave us the missing item, with additional complimentary cutlery, take away bag for left overs, polite and friendly smiles. Decent if you’re looking for some Halal friend chicken. Super clean unlike other greasy spots around liverpool. I asked for no salad in my burger but it came with salad, Miley quickly sorted this for me, really kind customer service 👍🏽

The chicken is fried very well and cooked inside, and very crispy outside. Oh i can eat a whole bucket!!!!! And the chicken sauce, i drank it like soup. Very tasty!!!! 😜

The food was absolutely great, just like a taste from the philippines especially the spaghetti that I ordered. I would definitely say the cleanliness of the restaurant is better than most fast food places and I would like to thank Miley who was very kind towards us.

Best Jollibee in the UK. We’ve been eating here since 2022 and I would say that the serving of rice is now bigger and cheaper, spaghetti became more Pinoy style. Tastes like home 😋

Fast food? What a joke! Waited 25m for order and it wasnt even busy. Staff moving at glacial pace. Manager briefly appeared to chat to someone then disappeared. Call that team leadership? One staff member appeared to be struggling to separate buckets from a stack, it's not exactly rocket science. When I finally went up to collect the order the girl handing it over got distracted as I was asking for plates and ketchup. FFS. Would never recommend this place. Also, no rice.

Joliebee is really good just today had to wait around 20 Minutes for food as no chicken Milley on the floor is really nice thank you.

The chicken was 2 different colours. Some were old chicken. The lettuce in one of the burgers was rotten and the burger smelt gone off.

Recently ate here. Its a bit disappointing to be honest. Floors werent swept at least and table is dirty i have to wipe it myself. The security guard looks not bothered at all ,just sitting and on his phone. I was hoping he would at least greet people like how we do in Philippines. Food is ok kids loved it.

The service is average, they don't talk to you directly, they just give you your order. The burger and fries are really bad. The burger is the smallest you will find and the fries are made with old oil and soggy. The cleanliness of the place leaves a lot to be desired. I will not return nor recommend.
