Jollibee Liverpool in Liverpool

I'm giving 5 stars because this is great food at a reasonable price in central Liverpool. Sure, it's fast food and you can find some good restaurants in a similar price range... But it's really a great experience where I liked everything, even the sweet bag. Křídélko and strips (tenders) are certainly better than at KFC (the closest competitor in the Czech Republic). I hope that they will reach us someday. The only negative was probably the very long delivery, which lasted more than 15 minutes. But it was worth it!

What happen to Jolibee Liverpool? They serve basmati rice and also the person who serve our order didn’t inform us that they are out of gravy until we ask. We were already in the 2nd floor when we realized so we went back downstairs and ask. Not good service. And also the chicken sizes is worst so far.

Very poor food, no iconic gravy available during the check out!, rice is dry and very toasted (tutong) kids dont like it! Service is not good they give us incomplete order luckily o immediately complained otherwise we will walk again to a very high strair!

Dining at Jollibee Liverpool was a delightful experience that brought back memories of enjoying Jollibee in the Philippines. The atmosphere was vibrant, the service was friendly, and the food tasted exactly as I remember. The Chickenjoy was perfectly crispy, and the Jolly Spaghetti had that signature sweet and savory flavor that makes it so unique. However, I did miss one thing – the corned beef they serve in the Philippines. It’s a comforting and flavorful dish that I hope Jollibee UK will consider adding to the menu. It would make the dining experience even more special for those of us who know and love the full range of Jollibee offerings. Overall, a fantastic place for anyone looking for an authentic Filipino dining experience in the UK. I’ll definitely be back

great food. 10/10 food. okay staff. rude security. makes eating in uncomfortable and unpleasant.

First and last time visit to this branch. Waited over 20 minutes for a chicken burger, fries and drink only to be told at collection that the fries fryer was out of action so they offered a portion of rice instead of the fries or a full refund. I explained that they could have said something sooner to save me waiting, but also that I still wanted the burger and drink. They couldn’t accommodate and said I could only accept the alternative or get a full refund of the order and go reorder the burger and drink. Surely, could have just processed that replacement order for me instead of sending me back to the self-order point? Took my money elsewhere instead.

Given this is a Filipino fast food restaurant, it has zero Filipino charm compared to when it first opened. The word fast is not in their dictionary, as we waited over 30 minutes for our food, along with everyone else, with the staff (including the manager) looking a bit lost. It's really disappointing given what Jollibee stands for.

Terrible , undercooked , half the items missing , a long wait for very cold food also to see delivery drivers leaning over your meal and making contact with it while it waits to get colder before they give you half of it , filthy

Indian manager was not considerate for us with baby to wait inside which the weather is bad, its raining and cold.

This restaurant serves good fried chicken, BUT during busy times, the food tends to be overly oily. It seems the staff doesn’t have enough time to use the drying machines to handle the rush. As shown in the photo, I had to use tissues to dry the chicken myself. Two stars for the price and atmosphere. As you can see the tissues are full of oil and still needs more drying !! The management should find a solution for this problem. I am a frequent visitor, have been to the restaurant many times ..

Waited over 2 hours for my food to even be on its way, then all of a sudden it had been delivered 2 hours ago? It was never delivered!

Food was thrown together in a destroyed bag absolutely freezing cold will never order again

My order never arrived. Waited over 2 hours for an order update after it said “preparing” and then out of nowhere it said order delivered. Not sure where it was delivered to but it definitely wasn’t me.

Waited over an hour past the delivery window but it didn't arrive even though tagged as delivered.

Ordered from Ubereats and literally the whole order was wrong or missing. It wasn’t that big an order either.

Best ever Jollibee dining experience here in UK. Good customer service and salute to Ms Eva...you'll feel like you're only in the Philippines at Jollibee...I also remember the time when I became a Jollibee crew which is just a smile when the customers win 🙂

Jollibee is my favourite place to get fried chicken. I consider myself a lover of chicken sandwiches and their spicy chicken sandwiches are irresistible. They don't hold back on the spice at all. I am also a big fan of their mango pies. Even if not stopping for a meal, me and my partner have a habit of stopping to get a pie while travelling through Liverpool. Where Jollibee can improve is in the cleanliness of the store, as the walls are somewhat dirty. It's a shame as the store has a nice look with interesting art and info about the brand on the walls. It's got an upstairs for more seating which is nice, although the stairs I find quite difficult as a disabled person to deal with. there's less seating downstairs which tends to be filled up during busy hours so it can be a bit hard to find a place to sit down if you are disabled. Overall I would recommend Jollibee. The food is both delicious and fast. And as a less common fast food brand I feel most people owe it to themselves to at least give it a try.

Mi hermano gemelo y yo estábamos en bares y pubs dando vueltas por esta parte de la ciudad cuando decidimos pasar por Jollibee, hemos estado aquí antes, siempre lo pasamos bien y así lo demostró en nuestra última visita. Un gran restaurante de aspecto, el interior es magnífico, gran decoración y mobiliario y un montón de opciones de asientos repartidos por todos estos restaurantes, es un gran restaurante para relajarse. Pedimos una hamburguesa de pollo crujiente con papas fritas y cola, el servicio fue rápido y agradable, comimos nuestras comidas de hamburguesas que eran totalmente deliciosos, la hamburguesa era picante, crujiente y muy bien cocinado, las papas fritas eran totalmente delicioso y la cola helada fría, no podía faltar nada sobre nuestra visita aquí antes de seguir adelante, no puedo esperar para ir de nuevo la próxima vez que estemos en el centro de Liverpool. Jollibee es fácil de localizar a lo largo de Whitechapel. El horario de apertura es; De lunes a domingo, de 10 a 22 horas. Vale la pena comprobar si estás en la zona.

The toilet was very dirty and they closed upstairs so early so it wasn't convenient for a family of three to be sitting with a child on the bar counters.

Oh wow, what a discovery. The food from Jolibees is wonderful. The chicken is crispy and fresh, the burger are awesome and the chips and gravy are the perfect accompaniment. I took £30 worth of food back to my hotel room as not to offend the clientele while I made an utter pig of myself. Great stuff.

It’s always disappointing as a Filipino that every single time we order through delivery, there’s ALWAYS something MISSING, not even counting sauces/gravy. No order ever gets right whether dining in-store or delivery. Some of the staff look unfriendly and seem not to like their job (there are others who are and always smiling though). Don’t get me wrong, Jollibee’s food will always be my favourite, but the service on this branch ALWAYS sucks and always has been.

Disgusting experience. Arrived at 1900, upstairs had already been closed, every table downstairs was either dirty or occupied. We waited 15 minutes for our order to be made which was given to us completely cold. We ended up getting a refund without an apology from manager that couldn't care less and went to Burger King. A crap first experience with this brand.

Actually quite nice and is different to other fast food places by its menu. Gravy is nice as are the loaded fries. Amended review from 4 star to 5. Been coming regularly now and always really tasty food. The one time there was an issue with the payment on the self serve it was resolved quickly and without hassle.

Very filthy unsanitary surroundings! Food hygiene is poor. I ate there dine in last 3 oct and 5 oct i ended up feelng nauseated and sick. Tables toilets are filthy . I am for sure this is not managed by original Filipinos

Every time I order multiple meals from here they forget half of my order. As a Filipino, I love the food here, but what's the point if they don't give me any of it!? This happens regardless of whether you dine in or get delivery—two thirds of my order is missing and I couldn't chase them up about it because I would've missed my train...

I had the pleasure of being served by April at Jollibee Liverpool recently, and I wanted to share my experience. From the moment I walked in, April's friendly demeanor and helpfulness made me feel welcomed. Overall, my experience with April was exceptional. Her friendly personality, helpfulness, and dedication to customer service made my visit to Jollibee a memorable one. I would definitely recommend visiting the branch where April works, as her positive energy is sure to brighten your day.

Waited 1hour for food Sunday 29th Sept. 4 people working in the kitchen, manager kept disappearing and not really doing very much. I ordered at 14:15 and got my food exactly 1 hour after ordering. Despite the kitchen being completely overwhelmed and short staffed customers were still placing their orders not knowing about the backlog. I called the "manager" over to complain I'd been waiting for 30 minutes. There was no apology just "we are busy, you can see how many people are working" Disgusting attitude. Once orders were completed they were placed on the counter without the binber being called, the person on dispatch was seeing on the till and it was obvious she'd forgotten what numbers had been called meaning people's food was sat on the counter getting cold. I asked for my drink while I waited and was refused, said I had to wait for my food. I noticed the "manager" had placed an order that looked like mine on the counter with no number called. I had to ask if that was mine. It was but without the rice I ordered and half a portion of chips. I was told I could wait for chips to be topped up and refunded for the rice as they had ran out. (Which I didn't get) Pushed and shaved by impatient delivery drivers. Overall. Manager is not good at his job. Staff members are slow and unorganised. Food was poor and 1hour wait is beyond disgusting. No apology. Poor experience. Do better.

Jollibee is a home away from home for us who live abroad. Welcoming atmosphere and approachable staff is great. Aroma of chicken joy and the Filipino spaghetti is always favourite. Special mention to Joy who greet us upon entering. Lovely meeting you.

They don't care about delivery drivers, more focus on the customers even though us delivery drivers are waiting for YOUR customers

Terrible! I placed an order for 4 people via deliveroo. 3 meals were missing, and all sides/dips were missing. I tried to call the restaurant and the number online was not recognised. My friend then went down to Jollibees on Whitechapel, and the manager was not interested the slightest. He was very rude and disrespectful, not willing to help at all! The customer service was not existent! This establishment is only interested in taking money, not in the service they offer.

Half the order I order I paid Ior didn't arrive. What did arrive was cold, overcooked and inedible. Customer service is quite frankly apaulling. Avoid at all cost. £40 and most of the food the food I paid for didn't aŕive.What did arrive wad overcooked and stone cold except for the canned drinks which were quite warm. Unprofessional and Disappointing I used to love this place, but my last visit was awful. I had to wait way too long for my order, and while the staff seemed overwhelmed with tons of orders, A guy seemed like a new manager didn’t even bother to help. Instead, he was busy taking pictures of his colleagues not offering help while they struggled. It was clear the kitchen was chaotic, and the whole vibe felt toxic. Definitely not coming back if this is how it’s being run now.

For a while, I had been coming regularly due to the excellent cleanliness, great service, and hot, fresh food. However, lately, things seem to have taken a downturn. I’m not sure if management has changed recently, but the place has become uncomfortably dirty, the service is slow, and the food has been cold and dry. I don’t recognize many of the staff anymore, and if management has changed, it doesn’t seem to have been for the better.

So for awhile I haven't been coming due to how disgusting dirty it had been and the lack of service and cold dry food I've come back and I don't know if management has changed recently but it's been absolutely perfect and I don't recognise any of the employees so it looks like it's changed and it's the best decision made of management has changed in the last few months or so

Uno de nuestros pedidos fue entregado a un cliente diferente, lo que significa que tuvo que ser rehecho tomando en total 30 minutos para 2 piezas de pollo y algunas papas fritas. Cuando le dijimos al gerente que estaba muy tranquilo y en realidad nos ignoró y dio la espalda cuando estábamos en el medio de la palabra. Solo nos ofrecieron un reembolso si no tomamos la comida y eso fue después de esperar más de 20 minutos de todos modos. Generalmente el mal servicio al cliente y la comida media, probablemente no volvería.
