One of the hidden gems in Colchester! I used to come here during my time at university, and it quickly became one of my favorite spots. The ambiance is cozy, perfect for lunch/dinner. The food is always fresh and flavorful.

Gave me mouldy rice. The lamb tikka masala wasn’t good either, so I ate the lamb and binned the rest. Service was fine.

Dinner as a group of four friends on 16/8. Two of us had been here a few times previously and service has always been very hit and miss. However today we had no problems as service was very good and I would say this was my best Giggling Squid visit. All the food we chose was well presented, well presented and tasty. A very pleasant evening.

As someone who tried Thai food for the first time I must say this restaurant made it a memorable experience. Each dish was beautifully presented, making the meal visually appealing. I also appreciated the restaurant's interior, which features a charming floral design that brings an elegant touch to the dining experience. Definitely worth a try. I’ll probably visit again to explore more of the menu.

I visited this restaurant with my daughter, the food was excellent and well priced. A lovely atmosphere, staff friendly, what more could you want.
