I have been visiting since 2013. Great food, service and ambience in the restaurant. Often phone an order through while travelling to pick up and have at home.

Fantastic Indian takeaway as usual. Been coming here for 15 years and never had any problems. Would highly recommend

Have visited this restaurant many many times over the years and it has never been disappointing. The restaurant itself is a pleasant relaxing environment, the service is always attentive, informative and without delays. There is a large choice of dishes, explained and adapted to your taste if need be. Always happy with the dishes, tasty and hot. Good prices too. Have visited with my partner, friends and family.

We visited on the weekend, not from the area but were there for work reasons, found this and thought we'd try it. We were really pleased with our meal and had a great time. Staff were attentive and very accommodating for nut allergies which is not always the case in Indian restaurants. Food was good and really great value for money. Would recommend and return again should we happen to be in the area.

Service was warm and food was tasty in generous portions. Spacious so it's suitable for young kids. A good variety of offerings in the menu. Quiet and relaxing ambience for an evening out.

The food came hot, I ordered peshwari Nan and bhuna chicken, with Chana sag! Starter was vegetable samosa, was very nice and the waiters information on the dishes was very helpful... We tipped the waiters and was pleasantly surprised to be offered a extra drink on the house... Thank you for a great experience.

We had a wonderful evening, the waiting staff went out of their way to help us with our food choices and the food was lovely. Exquisite service.

Checked out reviews online and their website that states £8.95 for an adult buffet. We arrived at 4.15 on Sunday and were told it’s not ready, another family had already waited half hour for it. We ordered drinks which we waited 15 minutes for as the phone took priority! Was eventually handed a plate that was dirty! They don’t offer Korma... who doesn’t offer Korma on an Indian buffet?! Was told the Diet Coke is in cans yet he filled our glasses with ice them topped up with Diet Coke and no can! £1.45 for half a glass of Diet Coke! When we ordered another can he said they were room temperature! Nice! He then took a call loudly opposite our table. Once finished and while we were all still eating, the manager came over and moaned about the call in great detail. While we were trying to eat! Customer service was severely lacking. Only 8 people in the restaurant in total (4 of us) and it was dire. To top it all off we were charged £9.95 an adult, although £1 cheaper on their website! Not great variety and we had to continuously ask for dishes where the trays were empty. I waited 10 minutes for naan bread... my dinner was cold by the time it arrived. Hardly busy! 8 people! We felt uncomfortable asking for food all the time and being told it’s on its way, they hadn’t catered for 8 people and we had to race with the other table when the dishes came out. Embarrassing! We won’t be returning at all. I’d rather eat my own arm!!!

Three words... authentic Indian food!!! Honestly one of the greatest restaurant I’ve ever been too.. service was hands on exceptional and the food was mouth-watering delicious... I’m a vegetarian with a nut allergy so I find it hard for some Indian restaurants to meet my dietary requirements; so I’d like to personally thank Cinnamon Lounge for a great and yet catering experience... Can’t wait to go back and try out the rest of the menu.

Food arrived early and hot. Vindaloo was great as was the pilau rice and keema nan bread. Slightly disappointed with the masala popadoms which were really salty but overall pleased with the order, would recommend.

Portions were amazing, called to verify delivery and even the call was easy to sort. the food was absolutely anzining also, my first time using their services as I’m around different hotels a lot. I won’t be looking any further this next few weeks, I’ll just be adventuring through their menu lol... love your work guys! I have been ordering from Cinnamon Lounge for past couple years now and have always had great respect for the consistent fantastic quality tasting food and customer service, they cater around you and your taste buds. Every dish has its unique character and taste, the sauces are rich in texture and flavours throughout their menu, its by far the most authentic Indian cuisine in the area. Delivery has always been between the suggested arrival time and ariving to my door Sizzling hot. I will recommend this to family and friends and there will be many more regular orders.

Food late, no apology. Driver rang doorbell despite me asking them not to (awake child with autism). Tandoori chicken was charred and dry. Have been a returning customer for a long time now but going to have to think about whether it's worth ordering again. If this was my first experience i wouldn't be back.

Food was delivered early. Lamb Ceylon and korma lovely Chicken tikka masala could be improved but was still nice. Delivery man was friendly. Would order again

We have eaten in the restaurant a few times and the food and service is always great. We ordered takeaway this time and the dhansak was as usual extremely tasty 😋, food was hot and the lamb was lovely and tender and plenty of it.

We absolutely love this restaurant’s food. usually my husband an I order a little snack, such as the tandoori mix and a bottle of wine to nibble on when the kids go to bed. however, tonight I got a whole tandoori chicken and my girls loved it!! delivery is always on time or often early, the staff are very kind. The owner delivered to me tonight and I had to thank him for such wonderful food and service. have recommended to friends and would like to recommend this restaurant to anyone reading the reviews.

This restaurant has a 5star certificate from food standards agency (scores on doors) and as I have worked in kitchens in the past like my food to come from a place with high standards. My order was delivered and it was hot, all items received and 2 dishes had special requirements which were correct as well. The naans were cooked perfect and not burnt. The Lamb tikka was not tough and had a lovely taste. Our curries all were excellent as well as the starters and rice. . After trying a few Indians over the last few months and receiving cold, bland food with items missing I was desperate for a decent curry and about to give up. Cinnamon Lounge will definitely be getting repeated custom from me.

Upon arrival for dinner I found just two other diners, finishing their meal. The gentlemen providing service was somewhat idiosyncratic and largely immune to considering the comfort of his customers. In addition to appearing hard of hearing, he had a disconcerting habit of pacing back and forth in front of my table incessantly. The food was mediocre and the speed of delivery slow considering there were no other meals to prepare. I shan't be returning.

Not good, I'm a regular customer but was very disappointed with my order, either the curry was off and they gave the wrong curry, either way it wasn't nice and the rice was cold, probably won't be ordering from here again

I ordered the lamb shank, opened to find a big piece of bone with a few strips of meat and a big piece of potato with loads of sauce. Not going to order there again.

Visited this restaurant on 5/9/17. Evening weather wasn't good so it wasn't busy but that doesn't distract from having a very good meal. There were four of us and we tried different dishes. I had a tandoori mixed grill and it really was very good. So I can only speak as I find and would thoroughly recommend a visit. I will certainly be going again

We went here 2 months ago with a group of 4 plus a toddler for Sunday buffet lunch. On arrival there were 2 other small groups eating so not many people. When we asked for a mango lassi we were told they don't have it but can try to do it. After asking what this means he told is he needs to check and come back to us. We er used to have other drinks then... When we started to get food there was barely any left at the buffet. We asked if there will be more soon and the waiter said yes. Once the food got refilled 2 of us went to get some. Son food was restocked but lots still empty. The buffet was refilled so slowly the whole time that we all had to eat after each other which was very annoying and my son got restless. Overall the starters were ok but the curries were disappointing. Barely meat but very oily. A shame really but we won't be back.

Took my mother out for a birthday treat along with 10 family members. We were very much looking forward to this, and had chosen Cinnamon Lounge after having previously had good experiences of dining here, and regularly ordering take away from the restaurant. Atmosphere and decor were good as usual, however unfortunately on this occasion I found the staff quite rude and lacking in basic etiquette skills. When placing the food on the tables they leaned over our heads with no mention of the words excuse me at all. The staff were not friendly or helpful when asking their advice regarding the menu choice, as it appeared that us taking time to explore what we wanted to eat was more of a frustration. Whilst I can understand that there were a large number of us, this is not in the slightest what I would expect by way of hospitality, and spoiled the experience for my elderly parents. Furthermore, the portion sizes were minuscule, with the meat dishes consisting mainly of gravy, and very little actual meat in them, and the rice portions so small they would not fill a 4 year old. They were ridiculously small. I left hungry and wishing that we had chosen a different restaurant. This feeling was solidified, in that on our return home the majority of us who had eaten, ended up with diarrhoea and doggy tummies. As we have not eaten in the restaurant recently, it appears that there may have been some changes in management/staff since we last attended, as this was not the experience we had been met with before, and had it been so we would not have returned. I would not recommend this restaurant, and will be looking for an alternative restaurant to order from in future.

Delivery man was a really nice warm friendly guy. Sorry to say the food wasn't good. Bhindi was burnt. Both the chefs special dishes were too oily and rich (tasted ok though) and gave us both bad stomachs through the night and into the next day. So much so that we had to go and get some gaviscon this afternoon :-0

I ordered for 10pm as we were not ready to eat any earlier food arrived 9.30 as we were not all in till 10pm food went cold. Delivery time is important, being too early is just as bad as being too late.

Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery and when food arrived it was just below standard. Korma's were overly sweet and Ceylon dish was spicy but tasteless. This is my local restaurant but I will be looking for a new one as the service and food we received today was unacceptable. If you get your staff to blame traffic make sure there is traffic firstly and seeing that I live 5 minutes away I think 2 hours is excessive. If I could give you 0 stars for delivery and service I would.

A while ago, I'd have said Mehek was the best curry restaurant in Enfield/Waltham Cross, but they have been going downhill, so I am really glad that my old regular, Cinnamon Lounge, is still doing top-notch food - we had a very nice curry, everyone enjoyed their food. Our order was correct and promptly delivered too.

Used cheddar instead of actual paneer cheese and was full of lots of sugar yuck. Use spinach cheese and spices !! Everything was bland and vindaloo had no heat at all Good delivery time though
