La comida era genial muy buena salsa, siempre el mejor kfc, conseguir aparcamiento es un poco de un dolor, pero vale la pena, el personal siempre está trabajando muy duro y son muy agradables, probablemente podrían hacer con más personal, ya que normalmente solo hay 3 de ellos

Mierda sobrevalorada. 4 hamburguesas muy comunes, 4 bebidas y 1 patata frita, £ 63. 45 . Hazte un favor y ve a McDonald's por la mitad del precio. ¡Nunca más este establecimiento me estafará!

it was nice but i got scutters. i got the popcorn chicken and fries. its cheap but at a cost. that's why i give it 2 stars

recent visit to this establishment, left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. service was poor. in fact to the point of rudeness, woman behind counter rejected the qr code I presented in such a condescending manner, she even asked had someone sent it to me, with the suggestion I had somehow hacked it stolen it I embarrassed, in front of my friends by this action, paid for all our orders. this was not an insubstantial sum for what turned out to be colder than expected beverages, and dry cake, we questioned the cleanliness of the cups presented s the outside appeared smeared. This has been a singular disappointing experience, other franchises in this chain having been delightful, but we shall never use this particular outlet again and I strongly advise other patrons to think twice.

I’ve visited this branch at least 5 times over the last 2 years but I’ve never managed to have warm fries - even once. Today the fries were stone cold, as was the chicken wrap just thrown together and managed to come apart in its box. My husbands double cheeseburger and fries were cold also. Honestly this place isn’t worth it and is dragging the brand reputation down in my opinion. In my last 2 visits here are the issues….. 1. Cold food 2. Thrown together 3. lacklustre service 4. Fizzy drinks that were flat 5. Incorrect order I would say not to bother stopping here. There’s better run franchises if you like this brand. If this place was my only experience of McDonald’s- I’d absolutely hate it.

This place is putrid. The toilets are the foulest thing I’ve encountered in a place serving food. I hope this isn’t an indication of how the food preparation area is. No toilet paper, no soap, the smell is horrendous and you have to ask staff to open the door. I passed this on to a staff member and she looked almost annoyed that I was speaking to her… “I’ll pass it on” was her response. I was trying to take my 3 Grandchildren to the toilet, this is disgusting we had to deal with this. Shame on you KFC. I know you don’t care, but we will NEVER step foot in one of you filthy stores again.

So I got a box male was a singer Todd male when I got back home I opened it on the burger has been reheated this is not the first time this is the second time on the monitor was on to night he was so rude he said it was not hated up but I told him I know it was hated up I used to work in KFC so I know when it's been hater

Ordered two meals them watched them walk around with thier masks around thier chins while rubbing thier noses and handling our food. Ask for a refund and got handed a mountain of change after we had paid by card. Supervisor offered no apology and did not then ask any of the staff to change behaviour. Disgusting

Order 2 items, I was delivered one correct item on wrong item, I phone them up and the guy came back straight away to collect the wrong item then came back 5mins later with the correct item. I don’t care who are where my food was but it was with another customer who had To open the box , same as I had to to see it was wrong. But to do a simple swap is not hygienic nor is right. The food should be taken back and fresh food made and redelivered to the correct house. I was offered discount Voucher for the next time (didn’t even get it)…. I asked for a fresh delivery and I was told they were really busy and they didn’t know how long it would be. I understand mistakes can be made and the young lad was pleasant enough but I do not agree with domino’s policy to collect and swap, people might say they didn’t touch it but you just don’t know.

we went through the drive through and had asked for an item when the girl on the headset simply said “no”.. no elaboration. so then had to ask again when the girl bluntly said “can’t do that.” so then sat in silence for another minute, then had to ask again for why she couldn’t do that to which she eventually told us the options that we had. then we get to the drive through window and were dirty looked by pretty much all the staff, then practically got our things thrown at us when it was ready. anyways overall a very miserable experience and all i have left to say is to the staff and that’s ‘cheer up’.

Family visit, kfc fries were worst I have ever tasted, like strips of soggy soap, second visit -both experiences aweful!!! where are the managers? Is this standard exceptable by the firm?

If ever there was a place where a manager should be sacked it's here. Took kids today for lunch and 90% items not available. PATHETIC

Kfc Ballymena should be ! shut down ! How can a place run understaffed with zombie like worker's is beyond me. I waited in a cue for over 50 minute's and finally got my order through when my 4 year old daughter needed the toilet, so I took her into the men's toilet's to find faeces all over the wall's, I was horrified. I quietly let the cleaner lady know after for her to look at me as if I had two head's. The worst indoor dining experience I have ever had, whoever run's this establishment should be ashamed of themselves!
