Sugiero encarecidamente que Brett vaya a un entrenamiento de servicio al cliente. Starbucks necesita hablar con este caballero. Insistiendo en que moviéramos asientos porque teníamos algo de equipaje y dice que estamos en su camino. Completamente fuera de servicio. Siempre me encanta un Starbucks pero Brett y su impactante servicio ha dejado un sabor agrio.

Mi compañero y yo visitamos esta tienda de KFC el viernes pasado para comprar algo de comida para llevar el viernes por la noche al llegar a la tienda, había una larga cola que bien puede ser normal un viernes por la noche, así que no me quejo aquí, pero aquí va. Pedimos un cubo de ganga de 14 piezas, todo bien, hasta que acabamos de salir de la tienda, la bolsa se partió desde el fondo y el contenido del cubo de la competencia cayó por todo el camino. Con solo mirar la bolsa, el cubo debería haber sido doble, pero no era demasiado pesado para la bolsa que se entregó. Uno que regresó a la tienda y le explicó al llamado gerente que no estaba interesado, no dijo nada que ver conmigo. También pedimos un reemplazo o un reembolso, pero él simplemente abandonó sus habilidades de servicio al cliente y es lo peor que he visto hablando con un cliente como perro caca que este hombre debería ser despedido. Llamé a la línea de atención al cliente y le expliqué todas mis quejas y me dijeron que me enviarían un cupón para el depósito. Si los miembros del personal i. mi. al así llamado gerente no le gusta que su trabajo lo deje y lo haga en otro lugar, pero no para servir al público. Su actitud apesta y se informó que evitaba evitar.

I do love a Starbucks - as does my husband. And today was no change. He opted for a latte with an extra shot, which Itried their Lavender Iced Latte. He despairs at my choices, but I do like to the try the limited editions. Staff were friendly and polite, and helpful. I will say that due to location, I was unable to get on the app and this has resulted in not being able to record my purchase. This has resulted in my needing to ring head office to add my points. Please sort this so you can add them in store!

I tried to place an order at the till with a visa card and was refused. I was told to use one of the electronic ordering stations. I was advised it was franchise policy. ...even though there was card machines at the till. I don't like using electronic kiosks so left and took my business elsewhere. Wont be going back.

Cashier didn't realise I was waiting to pay. Accused me of jumping the queue when I had a cold drink in my hand from the other side of the counter. Rude & unapologetic. Despite telling her we were staying in, drinks were given in take out cups.

Honestly I never write reviews but the guy who runs it was out standing Customer service fantastic energy the was presented very nice and rated great wil be returning the other members of staff was great too hard of guys

A most disappointing experience. We have always rated Burger King over other similar brands on the basis that they produce fresh high quality burgers, They always got it right. Except this time. We placed our order using the automated touch screens and waited for them to call our number. We checked on the screen and everything we ordered seemed ok. Upon receipt, we noticed that the majority of items were incorrect and we had to ask for them to swap out a large portion of the products for the correct ones. Even then, they still got it wrong and we ended up paying over £30 for incorrect items. Ok it was hot and fresh, but still, if you cannot even get it right using an automatic system, then what can you do. BK, you have rapidly gone downhill.

One of the nicest Subway’s I’ve had, so thought it was worth leaving a review. Sandwich was perfectly toasted. The store was really bright and airy and the staff all had a smile on their face when I walked in. Although I was just passing through as I don’t live in the area, if I did I would visit on the regular.

Fui a esta sucursal de KFC a comer solo, me sorprendió que un trabajador masculino me tratara muy mal. Quizás la KFC no sabía del empleo de su personal o no tomó medidas contra él. De lo contrario, no espere tal comportamiento de los empleados de dichos establecimientos.
