Honestly I never write reviews but the guy who runs it was out standing Customer service fantastic energy the was presented very nice and rated great wil be returning the other members of staff was great too hard of guys

A most disappointing experience. We have always rated Burger King over other similar brands on the basis that they produce fresh high quality burgers, They always got it right. Except this time. We placed our order using the automated touch screens and waited for them to call our number. We checked on the screen and everything we ordered seemed ok. Upon receipt, we noticed that the majority of items were incorrect and we had to ask for them to swap out a large portion of the products for the correct ones. Even then, they still got it wrong and we ended up paying over £30 for incorrect items. Ok it was hot and fresh, but still, if you cannot even get it right using an automatic system, then what can you do. BK, you have rapidly gone downhill.

Worst ever service , waiting alteast one more than 30 minutes only for naan , ridiculous experience in my life and specially staff don’t know how to treat the customer uneducated people

Shocking service. Went through the drive through and was sat there for nearly 10 mins before anyone took our order. We saw many cars leave because of this. When we got to the window we waited again as our drinks were being made. Thought drive through was suppose to be quick! Then when I got home, they had placed my cake upside down in the bag which meant all the icing was stuck to the bag. Why would you think this was a good idea! Rubbish!

Great idea, poorly executed. Inexperienced and disorganised staff. The ordering was seamless and the server very friendly and helpful. That was the only redeeming element of the experience. Waited 15 minutes for a shake to be made. Burger sat there for 10 minutes. When prompted, the server laughed and said the machine was playing up. It wasn’t. User error. Huge queues of people waiting for food that was ready. Replacing the current manager with extra napkins might improve the customer experience. Don’t bother.

We were tired and hot when we stopped here. Opting for toasted sandwich (foccacia, chicken and mozzarella and chicken and bbq sauce), and a cold drink, we cooled down and rested before continuing our journey. Sandwiches were tasty and freshly heated. And the drinks very refreshing: creme brulee brown sugar frappuccino and strawberries and cream frappuccino. Great service and great food and drinks for both of us!

We had not had dinner before seeing a movie in this mall and it was close to 10PM, I believe. We wanted something quick. The food court was close to closing. I had never heard of the place we chose, but I liked the menu and took a chance. Good choice. I got a steak cut into small slices. The meat was surprisingly good and perfectly prepared for what was just a mall counter place in the food court. The potatoes or french fries, I cannot remember which it was, was very good also. My wife got a lamb burger, I think. Who knows? The important point is that she also really liked her meal. It was more expensive than the Five Guys we had gone to in the mall when we saw a movie in the very same theater, but it was worth it. However, it was vastly superior in quality. Just had very poor service here. Waited patiently after a group ahead of us had placed their order and proceeded to wait a further 5 minutes. No mention of "we will just be with you in a moment from either staff behind the counter. This is something I would happily overlook as the cafe will be approaching closing time and jobs will be done ahead of close. However customers waiting always take precedent of these tasks. A little acknowledgement goes a long way. However, it was only when the blonde hair female staff member asked us if she could serve the lady in the queue behind us with no explanation that we decided to walk out. Even when we headed for the door, no attempt to explain was made. A real pity, when we've generally received good service. At £10 a visit, you've lost a customer unless I get some sort of direct response here, which judging by other comments no one bothers to reach out from customer services.

One of the nicest Subway’s I’ve had, so thought it was worth leaving a review. Sandwich was perfectly toasted. The store was really bright and airy and the staff all had a smile on their face when I walked in. Although I was just passing through as I don’t live in the area, if I did I would visit on the regular.

Tamworth services "Gregs" the sausage and bacon baguette, the advert, 4 sausages, the baguette 2 sausages,and to cap it off it was freezing but slightly warmer than the staff, this is becoming too often at Gregs, same thing at Gatwick at the beggining of the week, to the point where it’s time to change where I go, back to the caravans on the side of the road. Poor and rude service , little English, 2 bit of chicken dry and llleather slipper, another was barely cooked , crazy tasted burnt and to to the lot was charged extra money because it was after 11 pm in when ask where it states this was told look on t&c in which wouldn't download , month after making complaint and 30 phone calls to restaurant with no reply , Plenty of good places to eat so avoid if u value your health and money , they are thief's and can't cook , read other reviews aswell it's a franchise and needs shutting down

Una de las peores experiencias de mi vida. Uniforme sucio, mesa sucia, piso sucio. Afortunadamente, los clientes no pueden ver la cocina. Personal no profesional. Servicio realmente lento Necesitan un nuevo administrador (puede ser que no tengan ninguno). No hay comida una hora antes del cierre. ¡Oficina central! ! ! ! Por favor, haz algo con esta rama.
