Subway in West Lancashire

One of the nicest Subway’s I’ve had, so thought it was worth leaving a review. Sandwich was perfectly toasted. The store was really bright and airy and the staff all had a smile on their face when I walked in. Although I was just passing through as I don’t live in the area, if I did I would visit on the regular.

Although the staff are really nice, they aren’t trained properly at all… managed to find a long hair in my subway. Didn’t want to complain because don’t want to be that guy. Won’t be coming again unfortunately it’s pretty disgusting.

I ordered food for lunch and the sandwich was taken from the toaster and left so long it was cold. The more senior female staff member was not listening to her own staff who were telling her they had run out of some items . The younger female staff member kept touching her nose and at one point bent down to retrieve something with one hand on the floor. All this with food handling gloves on, then straight back to the food. The male staff member dropped an order on the floor then picked it up and put it in the delivery bag. The staff are more interested in filling ins eat orders than people queuing in the shop. The shop is dirty and untidy. First and last time I’ll use them.

Ordered home delivery of nearly £30 one item was a tuna salad box - next to no tuna and telephoned to complain and clearly they were not bothered at all. Very poor and will not be ordering from here again. Burscough outlet much more helpful and better quality

An excellent value for money sub platter. Tasty, fresh and well presented. Helpful and friendly staff.

This place was closed before midnight at the weekend. I was very disappointed. There was no reason on the window to say why it was closed.

First time I’ve been to Subway for a while. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quick service. Sandwich was good but very expensive.
