Pequeña ubicación. Asientos al aire libre. Asientos interiores limitados. Bienvenida amable.

This was one of the nicest coffees I’ve had in London this visit. It’s in the fairly recently revived coal drop yards area and a perfect place to grab a quick boost. The staff are friendly, and whilst I didn’t have one the doughnuts looked amazing!

I never write poor reviews. Times are difficult enough, and I sincerely try not to negatively impact a business if I can help it. But the doughnuts here were so uniquely awful, I felt compelled to leave an honest review this time because at £4.50 PER doughnut - I was gobsmacked at how bad they were, and I think people deserve to know. The texture of the "doughnuts" I tried reminded me of stale hotdog buns you might get that are a day (or two) old at a gas station in some small town somewhere in the middle of nowhere in the US. I tried the pandan coconut, the chocolate hazelnut and the tiramisu - and all three were abysmally dry and stale tasting. The fillings were okay, but the "doughnuts" themselves were truly terrible. I wouldn't eat these again even if they were offered to me for free, much less pay £4.50 each or £13.00 for 3 again. To try and end on a positive note, the young ladies working there were absolutely lovely. They were so kind, professional and wonderful. The product itself is a mess though, and I'm surprised something this bad has managed to stay open in a competitive marketplace like Coal Drops Yard in central London.

Not bad coffee, stale tasting donut, gentleman working on Saturday of bank holiday weekend was downright rude. Would go elsewhere

Expensive 4,5 pounds doughnuts with old and dry dough and dramatically lacking of taste. Only the presentation looks good, which makes the experience even more frustrating. The shop didn’t have many option and was running out of many shakes flavors. Definitely disappointed, I will never come back again.

As with every other review, service here is practically non existent. Would avoid.

I usually have no problem coming here sometimes for a short break and an affordable meal, but this is regarding my latest visit on Sunday 27/4. I got a warp, service was quick and efficient, food was good. Space was clean and seating was plenty. As I was finishing my food, a member of staff came to me to ask how the food was. I replied that it was fine and service was good. Then the woman asked me to leave a review on McDonald’s website. I had no problem writing a review, but it puzzled me that she kept receipts of peoples orders. This woman instructed me to enter the code on one of the recipes that was not mine just to write a review. I did as told while she stood next to my table and watched me complete the review. She wanted me to put every question first rating and she even asked me to write her name in the free-text part of the feedback??? I don’t know her, she had never served me my entire visit, so I declined to write a compliment mentioning her name. Later on I saw her going around other tables to ask for feedback. She even typed things on her phone, which I think she was writing a review for the place and for herself. I found it unpleasant and uncomfortable to be asked to write a review in this way. I don’t know what is the purpose of this action, but it put me off from wanting to visit this place. I left the place quietly and quickly after this encounter, I did not want to make a scene or say anything to prolong my stay in there further. To me, it’s no longer a place I’m comfortable to have a meal.

Was collecting my food ordered thru their app. Food wasn't great, but it's my fault, decide to go with new item in a menu: hot cross bun with bacon and cheese. Taste is not really there, it's very meh item, I should have gone with something classic. I can see many customers complain about service, but mine was ok: guy was helpful, we even shared some thoughts about how small order number is in the app, it's not distinct at all. Place seemed clear, it was quiet, not many customers in.
