Staff went above and beyond throughout the evening .Food was lovely and served piping hot .would definitely come back again ,when back in this area .Would recommend to everybody.10/10 .

Bought four meals, the portion size was terrible, the chicken fillet in one of the burgers was tiny and well the salad was none existent. Lady on the till was nice enough but could not understand a word I was saying very disappointed and won't be returning anytime soon will take my business else where. This place is never busy but the food always seems to be nasty (don't go here that often for this reason).

The best steak i have tasted in a long time. The different flavours were fantastic would defiantly recomend

Had a bottomless brunch on friday for 6 of us. Service started off a little slow but after the first hour, service picked up and we were getting lots of drinks. lovely atmosphere and got our monies worth. Jemima was welcoming, lovely and authentic and catered to all our needs, allowed us to have more drinks than usual to accommodate to our slow start, in total we had more than enough drinks. Food portions were small but delicious none the less, Would recommend for people who like sweet drinks ❤️❤️

Had the bottomless brunch. Food was nice, drinks were plentiful. The staff were very attentive and made sure you got value for money on the cocktails.

I didn’t have to ask for anything twice, which is always appreciated.

The staff at the pub are very friendly and the drinks are very reasonably priced compared to other places. Paul is always super friendly and welcoming and the food is always good value. Recommend chequers to anyone who is passing.
