Lovely customer service & food was made on point

Love the interior of this place. Staff are very polite and welcoming. Food it very delicious and spot on. Service was quick and do not forget to ask for hats. We as a family enjoyed taking our pictures whilst wearing them.

Brought my wife for her birthday, the place looked clean and warm, the staff was very friendly and polite. The place looked amazing took loads of pictures. Coming to the food wowww it came pretty quick, 10 out of 10 the best steak I've had.

Charged me £275 for can of 7Up. The food was combination of supermarket tin soup and chips. Nothing special about this place, if you kbow how steak should be cooked. Far too expensive.

Came on a Tuesday evening for my son’s birthday, all the staff were lovely and welcoming. Food came quickly and it was all amazing. The kids portions are good sizes and they had really good offers on everything. Son gives the lamp chops 1 million out of 5. Service was great, we’ll be back x

First time coming here and was definitely not disappointed. Service was quick and the inside deco matches the theme really well. Food is really tasty and fresh doesn't feel greasy at all. Got the fish steak and the chicken steak sizzler. Very generous portion. Would definitely recommend and come again. Ideal for families with young children.

Ordered from here through uber eats. After an issue with a delivery driver (not howdys fault), I was unable to contact uber directly and decided to call howdys store. I spoke to the manager soniya and she was amazing. She called uber eats for me to place a complaint about the driver, she made sure I had my food within half an hour and even sent a free dessert to compensate us for uber eats’ screw up. Couldn’t have had a more pleasant experience. Excellent customer service. I will no doubt be a regular customer here. Thanks so much!

Fun place with over the top American wild west theme. Everything is very smart and clean inside, and the service was friendly and efficient. I had the 'Django Unchained' burger - fresh bun, plenty of cheese, lovely well cooked turkey rashers on top. The meat itself was ok, but a bit overcooked and unfortunately not juicy. Came with plenty of nice fries. The food was good for the price (hard to get a burger and fries for under £10 these days so it was all good for the price) (Might need to think about the music they play through the speakers. Swearing and inappropriate lyrics. Not very child friendly!) Fun place for a good priced meal and I would recommend it.

We ordered the Burger with no name came with smash beef patty and stirred fried donner on top with side of chips was filling and delicious. You can opt to have it spicy which was very nice. Chicken El Dardo comes in a creamy mushroom sauce, and an option for sides, the mash was a very nice combination. The kids meals was a good potion size and have more option than most restaurants. The mocktails were a good size and very refreshing. Lovely staff come and check on you :)

From the minute we walked we were greeted with a very pleasant atmosphere. The food had bigger portions than I expected and it was cooked perfectly and was very tasty. The staff were very accommodating and even gave my grandson a cowboy hat to wear throughout the meal. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We will be back.
