The best restaurants serving American food in Gloucester South West

Food here is epic. Amazing burgers and tasty fried potatoes, us and the kids loved it. And the fact its in the rugby club means you can get a decently priced drink alongside. As well as the park nearby for the kids.

I fancied an iced frappe or a milkshake, I saw this place and it looked great with an extensive menu. I like to give independent places my custom so I ordered a milkshake. I didn’t go for anything fancy. It came in a paper cup and for £3.40 I must admit I did expect more. It was ok, frothy and milky but I could barely taste the flavour I left wishing I had gone to Starbucks!

The steaks here are always good, so many places flame grill the steaks which leaves this smokey charred taste that masks the flavour of the meat, here that taste is tonned down. I always go for the 50-day aged steaks as again the flavour ageing gives is so superior, and this isn't somewhere I get to go often. Every bite was great, and I tried the Bone Marrow Bernaise for the first time, which complimented the steak very well and really levelled up my new potatoes as well! My only slight complaint is we were sitting quite near a window, which was letting in a draft, I simply kept my jumper on, but as the night went on other people at our table started to feel it too and we maybe could have been checked on slightly more for drinks. Overall, I can't wait for another opportunity to go back and have a great steak.

Lots of variety to choose from. Excellent gluten free options. A friend and I visited and throughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Staff knowledgeable and super friendly. Would recommend and visit again.

A good place to do the weekly shop for average groceries. Shelves normally fairly well stocked and they have what you need.

Sadly, this Beefeater is closing down. The food wasn't so good. I had lasagne, which was all burnt to the side, and underneath and hubby's peas were cold and hard. We complained, they surpassed themselves by offering a free pudding of fruit salad, which was banging! The waitress was a credit to the restaurant. Shame she will have no job!

Went to Tgi fridays gloucester Saturday 5th October for drinks we sat at the bar enjoying watching the bar tender tia make various cocktails half way through the evening we were told by a member of staff that she had complained to them about us staring at her and told us to stop this made me upset as this wasn't what was happening and so I apologised to tia and said I was just enjoying watching her make the cocktails .She then said F U and walked off.I will never go there again I was so upset and my evening was totally ruined .She also charged me £16 for a single cocktai l awful experience.

went to KFC drive through and re confirmed my order with the man who was serving before paying for my order, once paid, i then checked my order before driving off again to find that i had 3 items wrong with my order, after re confirming! the chicken was dry and they refused to refund or to even re make my meal or to even replace the wrong items, we also payed for extra sauce of a charge of 50p and not a single sauce was in the bag, Every time we visit here we never get the correct food! would not recommend this KFC!!!

Avoid at all costs unless you want to be charged twice and be called a lier for it. I purchased a deal of 15 cookies for £10.49. I paid once and the machine said authorised but they told me that it didn't go through so I had to do it again. I questioned it at the time but she said no it hadnt and proceeded to bin a receipt saying 'we dont need that'. When I checked my bank, it confirmed payment twice. I sent evidence to the company and they said that the manager told them that they only sold ONE lot ( which i highly doubt) and will not give me back the money, the manager wasn't even there at the time!!!. So even by sending screenshots showing the payments taken twice, they are taking the word of their manager instead of written evidence from the bank!!. Absolute joke!! Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!!!!!!
