The member of staff that I met was rushed off her feet but still had a friendly attitude and gave me a reward card (the 5th drink I buy has a free topping and the 10th is free!!). I will definitely be going regularly to try out more of their milkshakes and I work nearby so it will be an after-work tradition.

I fancied an iced frappe or a milkshake, I saw this place and it looked great with an extensive menu. I like to give independent places my custom so I ordered a milkshake. I didn’t go for anything fancy. It came in a paper cup and for £3.40 I must admit I did expect more. It was ok, frothy and milky but I could barely taste the flavour I left wishing I had gone to Starbucks!

Live locally so go here for a treat quite often. So much choice, staff are super friendly even when manic (such as tonight). We even got an ice cream for our little 3-legged dog. Great business 🤘

Plenty of options to choose from and staff have good suggestions about what goes well together. Sometimes out of popular flavours (toblerone often seems to be sadly missing) but there are so many flavours, it doesn't matter too much!

Was heading to visit the cathedral when we spotted this place. Had visited the one in Cheltenham, so knew what to expect. Fantastic shakes as per cheltenham, love the new menu design. Great service too. Would definitely recommend too.

Aimee is an absolute credit to this place! It’s our first date night since we got married, having two young children we don’t get much time to ourselves and Aimee made the evening very enjoyable! The food was absolutely delicious and drinks! We will definitely be back! Working in the industry you appreciate good customer service all the more when you go out to eat and I cannot fault the service here!

100 Longford LaneFood here is epic. Amazing burgers and tasty fried potatoes, us and the kids loved it. And the fact its in the rugby club means you can get a decently priced drink alongside. As well as the park nearby for the kids.

6-8 The OxebodeLots of variety to choose from. Excellent gluten free options. A friend and I visited and throughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Staff knowledgeable and super friendly. Would recommend and visit again.

St Ann's Way Bakers QuaySadly, this Beefeater is closing down. The food wasn't so good. I had lasagne, which was all burnt to the side, and underneath and hubby's peas were cold and hard. We complained, they surpassed themselves by offering a free pudding of fruit salad, which was banging! The waitress was a credit to the restaurant. Shame she will have no job!
