The member of staff that I met was rushed off her feet but still had a friendly attitude and gave me a reward card (the 5th drink I buy has a free topping and the 10th is free!!). I will definitely be going regularly to try out more of their milkshakes and I work nearby so it will be an after-work tradition.

I fancied an iced frappe or a milkshake, I saw this place and it looked great with an extensive menu. I like to give independent places my custom so I ordered a milkshake. I didn’t go for anything fancy. It came in a paper cup and for £3.40 I must admit I did expect more. It was ok, frothy and milky but I could barely taste the flavour I left wishing I had gone to Starbucks!

Live locally so go here for a treat quite often. So much choice, staff are super friendly even when manic (such as tonight). We even got an ice cream for our little 3-legged dog. Great business 🤘

Qué lugar y qué elección. ¡El mejor batido de leche de todos los tiempos! Creo que hay dos ramas, aunque solo "la otra" está en la lista. Un buen batido y muy agradable para beber mientras se mira la catedral. Gracias.

Plenty of options to choose from and staff have good suggestions about what goes well together. Sometimes out of popular flavours (toblerone often seems to be sadly missing) but there are so many flavours, it doesn't matter too much!

Was heading to visit the cathedral when we spotted this place. Had visited the one in Cheltenham, so knew what to expect. Fantastic shakes as per cheltenham, love the new menu design. Great service too. Would definitely recommend too.

St. Oswalds RoadAfter few months i tried again Tesco Coffee shop, and unfortunately coffee served in does not taste like a coffee. Drink was very weak and delivered badly with lots of splits on the tray and small cup plate. I still stand by my previous comment and do not recommend this place for coffee to any others coffee lovers.

St Ann's Way Bakers QuayWe Booked breakfast as part of our annual stay in quays each Christmas,This place has no sole,energy or personality.Our breakfast experience was tainted by luke warm breakfast items and a long wait as the kitchen simply misread the service numbers which surely would be projected by confirmed booking times from the premier inn software.It saddens me to say after many years of using the beef eater as part of our visit we will simply look else where for food.It needs an enthusiastic work force underpinned with enough staff to deliver the service.

Unit 101, Gloucester Quays Designer OutletWent to Tgi fridays gloucester Saturday 5th October for drinks we sat at the bar enjoying watching the bar tender tia make various cocktails half way through the evening we were told by a member of staff that she had complained to them about us staring at her and told us to stop this made me upset as this wasn't what was happening and so I apologised to tia and said I was just enjoying watching her make the cocktails .She then said F U and walked off.I will never go there again I was so upset and my evening was totally ruined .She also charged me £16 for a single cocktai l awful experience.
