I booked for 6 adults and 2 children with a highchair We all loved our food service was amazing would definitely recommend it

Visited with my brother on a rainy Saturday. We enjoyed the cathedral views as we ate. The servers were very helpful - they took the time to check the ingredients for their milkshakes to see if they were suitable for me. I was really glad to see they were made from ‘natural’ pure as opposed to syrups as the syrups normally aggravate my ibs badly. So I got a real treat! We also ordered two fry ups - my only critique is there was a huge amount of beans which filled us up too much that we struggled to manage the toast. I think half the beans would have been perfect portion wise. It was all freshly made and delicious. I can’t wait to visit again!

Food was okay but very packed. There is an upstairs and a downstairs but the upstairs ran out of food and no one was replacing it. When I asked if they were bringing any more food up, one of the staff members was really rude and told me to go downstairs. Having health issues this is difficult for me. When I spoke to the manager on duty, the girl who had rudely told us to go downstairs came over and started shouting. The manager on duty never said anything to her but the customers and myself were totally disgusted.

Brilliant place to eat! Especially if you got to catch a train, not far from the station, tasty fresh burgers and the milkshake are to die for, I will definitely come back again!

Was looking for somewhere for a quick bite. Never been inside one of these stores before. Was quite pricey for what you get - small portions. But the food looked great and was very tasty. However, my fries where tepid at best. I asked for fresh ones as the price was pretty high. Looked like the chip dump in the kitchen was pretty full considering the store was empty I guess the fries were just sitting about. When the server told the kitchen, the kitchen team member put their hand on the fries in the chip dump to gauge the temperature - guess they didn't think I could see. Anyway fresh hot fries came out and were lovely All in all, food quite tasty Quite expensive for what it is Toilets were passable - only disabled toilets available as others were out of order. Overall Average food Above average pricing Could do better

Went here during the summer and the roof garden was lovely although I was being assaulted by a wasp. Service was slow but the staff were friendly and food was actually good for the usual Wetherspoons standard. Overall it was a nice place.

Went McDonald's high St 3/11/24 for breakfast made my order and waited over 25 minutes for it to served while waiting I was watching the staff behind the counter run round like headless chickens paying more attention to the delivery than to people waiting when my food finally arrived after asking for it it was then cold but the quality of service was terrible I won't be going back

Delivery order. Ordered 14 piece bucket, and only received 10 piece bucket. No one answers the phone and no way to complain on website. It just leads your round in circles until you give up.

I ordered breakfast off them at 10 and was left waiting for half an hour sat next to the workers. I was about to approach because all the workers seemed to be standing around doing nothing while we were waiting. When they call our food as being done just to tell me they stopped serving breakfast HALF AND HOUR ago. While I did request a refund service was terrible there was nothing stopping any worker approaching us to say they were unable to make our food rather than leaving us sat waiting. The manager was no help and had to wait for him to refund me and the staff were useless!
