Came to the boots and beats night. Wow what a night. The food was amazing as was the music from the dj’s. They even got involved with their hats and shirts had such a great night. The staff are really attentive and welcoming. We will be back Thankyou.

Visited early on a Saturday night - was getting busier but much more suited to a younger crowd

We went for a hen do and did the cocktail Masterclass which was great! Sadly that’s where the good review ends. The toilets were the worst toilets I’ve seen for a long time, more like a crime scene. Absolutely disgusting. The DJ was vaping as were people on the dance floor in full view of the security staff. Not great!

Shocking service tonight. Took my daughter for a meal waited over 45 mins for starters and still didn't come out. I understand they were busy but they weren't busy with food orders. Gave up in the end and went elsewhere.

Terrible atmosphere, service was dreadful, we left as it took so long to get served on a bottomless brunch.

I've been here before and enjoyed the food, so was happy to come back again. You can get good value meals in the lunch special and the childrens menu is good too. There was plenty of good, high quality food. My husband had a burger, I chose fish finger butty (which has amazing homemade fish fingers) and my son had a childrens pizza with fries and a brownie. Everything was fantastic and we didn't have to wait long for it all to come out. The childrens portion size is quite large for a 3 year old, but we helped him eat it. The staff are always super friendly there and I would definitely eat here again.

We was given a virgin experience afternoon tea voucher and revolution was the closest to us and thought how different it is to the traditional afternoon tea. The food was actually nice although not as filling as a traditional one. It was a shame we wasn't given plates just had to eat of the trays between us!! We was there 30 minutes and not offered a drink. When I questioned this I was told they was very busy, there was more empty tables then full! We was then told our afternoon tea didn't come with a drink (although I showed them the virgin voucher that says includes hot drinks) so we said we would still have 2 cups of tea (they don't do decafe tea) it took 20 minutes for the waitress to come back to say she has been searching for milk and this was all she could find (soya and oat) by this time we had almost finished eating so told her not to bother as we had almost finished. I also mention we haven't even been given plates!! She said oh sorry and walked off. We finished eating and went down the road to Boston tea rooms for a drink who were busy but quick service. The attitude of the staff made us feel that because we wasn't paying (although the gift voucher had been paid for) we wasn't worth good service. Would definitely not recommend.

The only down side was the woman toilets definitely needed to be cleaned

Always fun things happening at revs, drinks are a little pricey but definitely worth it and food is always tasting good. Staff are amazing i believe there’s some new staff that has started. I was helped by one named Brooklyn he was super helpful and was being trained by a more experienced staff member. I understood to be patient as he still learning. Brooklyn has good customer service and hope to see him on future visits.

we had a 'buyagift' voucher and chose to go here and book it this morning for lunchtime as it was a lovely day and we both had the day off and it was a bit of a nightmare trying to book it online, we didn't have a reply to our booking request but went anyway (on the train) and the the ladies who work there were simply amazing, sorted everything and gave us an amazing relaxed experience which was just what was needed, the food and cocktails were fab too

Loved our experience. Tia was incredible. So attentive, kind and accommodating. The 2-4-1 cocktails were exquisite. Would highly recommend for large group bookings and team days!

I came to revolutions for a drink and catch up with a friend, we thought we’d grab a bite to eat and I was very impressed with the food that was delivered, it did not feel like I was sat in a bar!

Made a booking for bank holiday Monday turned up to be told there was no mains food menu available Only a few items Didn’t bother eating there went to the farmers union and had great service great food Is this another revolution closure?

We went to bottomless brunch here on the 24/08/23, and we had really bad services. Our booking was booked for 4pm and we didn’t get any drinks or even a menu till 4.45pm, I understand it was busy… but it wasn’t good enough. Safe to say I will not be coming back to revolution,Matthew said he would be back with our drinks but it took him 30 minutes and that he said he ‘forgot about us ‘ which wasn’t really professional.

Very disappointing experience, would not recommend. Went here for the afternoon tea which I had been gifted, it was incredibly noisy, the service was chaotic and slow and the food was very average. We were served a waffle which was stale/rock hard and we couldn’t eat. The rest of the food was slightly better but underwhelming. Only positives were the cocktails were good and the staff agreed to move us outside where it was less noisy (but we had to ask them twice before they sorted it).

Avoid like the plague to save having a disappointing experience! We went to Revolution for a birthday to the Greese themed bottomless brunch. Started bad from the start... the act was cancelled, no-one was informed until we arrived at our seats, there was a bit of music to compensate but it took a while for them to arrange it... we were supposedly upgraded for the disappointing start but we weren't sure how the upgrade benefited anyone but the company, that was also an added disappointment with a limited menu. The food was mediocre at best and we only got about 4 cocktails each in the time we were there. Drinks were asked for but never delivered which is an utter disgrace, this happened twice on the last two orders, we were ready to leave by that point and didn't know who to report to at the time of the incident. Our last order was taken, none of the drinks given to us and were asked to pay down stairs as our time was up. Not worth £35 that's for sure, the pros did not way out the cons unfortunately. We'll be trying one of the other venues next time, we will not be making the same mistake by going here again.

My wife took our two young girls to Revolution for lunch today. She enjoyed it so much that she was very happy to leave the review mentioned by the waiter... Our waiter, Alex, could not have been more helpful. He explained the menu options on the children's menu really clearly and gave me great advice about menu choices for myself when I couldn't decide. His charming smile certainly charmed all three of us girls! The food was delicious and, with the Tastecard, the total bill was very reasonable. We will definitely eat there again.

The hostess who greeted us (if that's what you can call it) seemed that she'd rather not be there and we were a nuisance! Literally just said your table is there and pointed and that was the extent of the service! No "would you like some drinks whilst I take your order" didn't ask us what we wanted and didn't even tell or show us how to use the app. And how it all worked. Floor was wet under table like a drink had been spilled prior to our arrival, table was wobbly. Food was ok but basic but we Literally had no one check on us. Because we were a couple just eating and not a large party ordering lots of cocktails, felt we wernt really welcome or wanted there.

Your doorman was a knob he kicked me out because my friend went behind th bar. He was unnecessary aggressive ik you won't followmit up but I started nothing and he started for no reason..I will never attend again thank you

Never been here before but will return , came for a bottomless brunch hen do !!! Food was lovely drinks free flowing fruit non acaholic drinks nice to as i don’t drink much .staff are absolutely amazing sadly one of our party got poorly and the girl staff and men security guards went above and beyond they worked so hard to ensure her safety . Thank you so much you were all great. You worked great as a team so caring even helping down the stairs to get our lift home . gold stars all round from me. highly recommend this place . 👍👍👍

Came here with 5 friends for a birthday bottomless brunch. Overall a great experience but made incredible by our server Poppy. She was AMAZING! Totally above and beyond. Always there just when we needed her. Couldn't ask for a better member of staff. Well done Poppy!!

I was offered an afternoon tea experience that was supposed to be worth 40Gbp. it was a racket! No tea was provided and really substandard finger food was given. Even the experience lacked any beverages. Besides that staff was rude and really not helpful.

We went for bottomless brunch on a Saturday afternoon. On arrival we were given a cocktail pitcher and a round of cocktails while we waited for food. I had a chicken burger which was cooked perfectly and another round of cocktails followed. We were kept topped up for the duration of our stay and it was a good atmosphere throughout. The set up is spot on and at no point were we left waiting for service. Great value for money, would highly recommend for a great afternoon out.

The waffles were basically tesco finest with 2 strips of bacon & 3 chicken goujons & maple syrup. Sides bought out 10mins after mains & condiments 5mins after that. An hour to be served 1 cocktail on a bottomless is ridiculous.

Shocking brunch, paid extra for the upgrade on cocktails so you had more choice and still only had a choice of about 5. All other cocktails had to be paid extra for. Was served 1 cocktail in the first hour, food was Mediocre and brought out at separate times. Would not recommend when there are other brunches that are 10/10

Went for a bottomless brunch with friends over Easter weekend. Paid for the upgrade for the cocktails, minimal choice and only had 4 drinks in the whole 2 hours we were there. Food came out separate and took 10 minutes for our sides to come out also. Didn't find this good value for money or a nice experience.

It's ok, I don't tend to go unless dragged along by friends.

Went here for an after-Christmas shopping lunch break. Service was excellent, very patient waitress. Food was very good and the lunch time deal is well worth it. Will be going again.

Had a few drinks in Revs and wow the cost per drink was crazy, I had to ask the barmaid to check the bill. Won't be in any rush to go back.

What a shame, brilliant location, cool space, staff polite but...so much on the menu not available, only wine available was chardonnay no red at all. So, we went somewhere else to have dinner and drinks 🙁 Hope it's not the same at every Revolution as have just bought vouchers for a family gift!

We went for a staff party quite recently I had to unfortunately leave cause of emergency and I forgot my jacket there , went in morning as there was absolutely nobody there the previous night to check , bar staff and everyone was just staring at me as soon as I entered and when I asked about the jacket they said they don’t have it , Called again in afternoon and evening to check if there was any update ( claim denied ) My friend went in evening to try one last time the lad on bar said they don’t know don’t have it she saw the jacket in the store room or whatever room next to bar and then the person gave it to her ( I would never recommend and visit the place again nor will my friends or family ,based on personal experience)+ cold food which comes out in ages . Thanks

Three of us booked a bottomless and pre ordered our food in advance. When I say the service was slow that’s no exaggeration. In an hour and half we had only been given 3 drinks. Bear in mind we paid £35 each, after complaining we were then given more drinks. Then 15 minutes before the two hour slot was up the manager came over and explained we had been forgotten about regarding our food, the kitchen was unable to get any food to us until 11pm and they also needed our table back. The worst bottomless we have ever experienced, we won’t be returning.

Absolutely rank. The tables are dirty, the floor is minging and the toilets are vile. And that was on a Saturday early afternoon. We didn't stay.

Very disappointing experience. Freezing cold venue, cold food, they forgot several of the party’s meals. There was a 1.5 hour delay on serving the pre-ordered dishes. Several of our party are now sick after our recent visit. Unfortunately can’t recommend.

Waited 15 mins to get seated in nearly empty restaurant, tables not cleaned from previous customers, ours was cleaned as we was seated. drinks order fairly quick , food order taken , just 2 burgers ordered waited over 30 minutes with out any updates on time , no fresh cutlery. cutlery was kept in dirty and rusty tin cans . Qr codes for feed back do not work .

Don’t go and visit this place in winter, they leave the front doors wide open and don’t care if their customers are freezing. The food when delivered was cold, and it took about 2 hours to be delivered. All in all not a very nice experience.

We went to a pizza place opposite originally. But after sitting for 10 minutes in a dead restaurant while staff looked anywhere but at the customer we wandered off. We walked into Revolution and it wasn't busy but already an atmosphere. Mates meeting up for a pint..friends meeting up for a bite and a drink whilst Christmas shopping....it got busier but lots of laughter.. staff doing their jobs well. Food was good..Cocktails were really good and no long wait. Will make a point of going again next time we're in town. Would recommend to anyone.
