The best restaurants serving American food in South East

Customer service was on point wish i could name the server, was a tall slim girl, very knowledgeable . Ice cream and desserts were amazing and cheap and even got sung happy birthday and given a free 🎂 . Will be back. Keep it up

Very poor service. Waited for 25 minutes in queue then told at till it would be another 15 minutes for a toasted sandwich. Instead had a tasteless egg sandwich. Only one person taking orders, making teas coffee etc and taking the money. This was a busy lunchtime and there was poor management and organisation. Will not use again

Realmente me gustaron las hamburguesas. Dirty Burgers es una pequeña tienda ubicada en el corazón de Shoreditch, justo enfrente del infame BoxPark. Mis padres y yo pasamos por un almuerzo rápido y quedamos completamente sorprendidos con la calidad de las hamburguesas. La oferta de almuerzo por 9 libras (que incluye una hamburguesa, papas fritas y una bebida de su elección) es una buena oferta para los estándares de Londres. Sin embargo, las patatas fritas no son más deliciosas que las opciones normales de comida rápida. Si realmente te apetece una hamburguesa, te sugiero que optes por Honest Burgers o Patty & Bun. Sin embargo disfrutamos mucho de nuestras hamburguesas y pensé que el pan era especialmente sabroso.

Another excellent meal at KJ Thorne. Homemade stake and ale pie amazing would definitely recommend. Breakfast was superb as usual. Well worth the walk out of town.

We had family over & decided on pizzas .we always use must have for pizza as I know how good they are . This time they didn’t disappoint. They was pippin hot on arrival and loaded with toppings. Garlic cheesy bread was amazing!!

The staff are amazingly genuine and show care for their customers and the food is always served incredibly quickly. I went here last night and after giving a small tip, they responded by offering me a free drink and made sure to stuff more chips and cheese into my order. Will always come back

Absolutamente espantoso, los trozos de pollo tenían un tinte marrón, entonces cuando se examinaban estaban empapados, goteando en aceite, debería avergonzarse de llamar a KFC

Hands down the worst kebab ive ever had, the doner and the shish are both bland as anything! The burgers are thin and taste like cardboard. And to top it all off they tried to overcharge me by £5 as they thought we were drunk because we had just come from the pub!! Have given this kebab van multiple opportunities and it really is awful and a waste of money every time!

We purchased a Groupon voucher in good faith for a Sunday breakfast for 4. We then spent over 3 weeks trying to book a table, as their phone was never answered ! We then tried a web enquiry, to which we got no response. So we visited one evening, to find 1 young lad running the place, which was completing empty, telling us food was no longer served there ! I understand the fact that changes happen in businesses, but the fact that Groupon are still selling vouchers is very poor. It is inexcusable that Wicks have not contacted them to remove their offers !

Freds está situado en Osterley supermercado Tesco extra. Visité recientemente para el almuerzo. Básicamente, vende sandwiches y bebidas, además puedes comprar ensaladas y pasteles. El sistema de pedidos parece complicado pero los serviciales camareros me llevó a través de esta. Pedí un pollo parmigiana sub y una taza refrescos de refrescos. El subcomité estaba muy sabrosa pero un poco demasiado salsa de tomate hizo soportar para comer. El personal era muy servicial. Vale la pena una visita si va de compras en los Tescos

Ordered a pick-up, and specified no salad in the wrap except onion... got home and started eating, and discovered the wrap contained more salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber etc) than meat. It was also very small compared to wraps from other takeaways. The others weren't particularly impressed with their food either, especially the portion size.

Annoyingly Nando’s was full so we ended up going next door for the worst dining experience ever. Warned as we arrived that they didn’t have much food in stock… but that was ok, we just wanted burger and chips, which they had. When ordering on the app, (as no one came to our table after we were sat down) I forgot to make it “two” child meals. I went to the till straight away to explain, but was greeted with a real attitude of “I’m not interested in helping you” After a few minutes of the guy faffing on the machine and constantly telling me he can’t promise anything to correct the order(!) (it was simply to add the kids meal reduction, which the deal was kids get a £2 meal with an adult meal)…. I just said I’ll happily just cancel it and redo it if it’s too much trouble, which was met with more huffing and puffing. I finally bit the bait and said I’ll just cancel the whole order then and go some where else, to which he quickly then said, oh it’s ok I’ll just comp it as it’s only £2. So after that fiasco, I felt like we’d finally got somewhere, but considering we were only one of the two tables being served, or should I say, NOT being served or waited on… it took over 30 mins to receive our cold food. We heard a bell ring from upstairs 20 minutes after ordering, but the staff ignored it. I assume that was our food, and probably why we got I cold 10 mins later. Just before our food arrived, I followed the sign to the toilets, but half way up the stairs I got shouted at and told they were out of order. I just replied “I was following the sign”, and the guy said “oh, checking on your food were you?” (As the kitchen was upstair)… I mean, probably a good thing, as our food then arrived, so again, I took that as a win. But, the fries were ridiculous, so thin, cold and hard. Our children’s burgers were burnt round the edges. My wife’s burger was tiny and tasteless. No one came over to check in on us, or ask about the food. Staff were just leaning at the counter on their phone, and instead of waiting us, were just waiting to go home. We ended up just leaving (as we’d already paid on the app) as no one came over, and I was too annoyed to go up and complain, we just wanted to leave at that point. Everything seemed to be a big effort for these guys, and anything they said was incredibly insincere and baiting for some sort of argument?! It was the most bizarre, awkward atmosphere I’ve ever experienced. On reflection and feeling really deflated about it the next day, I wish we had just left, but we just kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. Being nice doesn’t pay at this place. Avoid at all costs.

Drinks where spilt all inside the bag. Driver parked on lynchford road and my address is Morris road. Had to walk quite a distance and get my food. Food was cold.
