Must Have Kebab and Pizza in Eastleigh

We had family over & decided on pizzas .we always use must have for pizza as I know how good they are . This time they didn’t disappoint. They was pippin hot on arrival and loaded with toppings. Garlic cheesy bread was amazing!!

They think it’s acceptable to send a pizza with a used metal nail in it and think a replacement without apology is acceptable, who would want a replacement?

Absolutely the best kebab I ever had in England chicken is so juicy and tender these guys has to be number one place in the south I eat a lot of kebabs ordered 4 times in a row and the food is made with love ask for jimmy best kebab chef out thankyou really enjoyed it

The beautiful taste takes you to another world. The food just tastes wonderful. I would totally recommend it.

I've been going here on and off for 15 years - ever since I moved to Fair Oak. Food is always good quality (given it's a kebab shop, not a Michelin starred restaurant), cooked to order, and in a timely way. The staff and friendly, Prices are fair. I bumped into an Environmental Health Officer here a few years ago who was doing the standard checks, and he was most complementary about the levels of cleanliness and hygiene. I'm partial to the pizzas, and especially the garlic bread with mushrooms. The Carribean burgers are good, as are the cheesy chips. My wife is particularly keen on their chicken kebabs. If you're looking for kebabs, pizzas or burgers in Fair Oak, give it a go.

Ordered from here then it got cancelled due to the time,fair enough but took my money said I'd get a refund but never did,emailed them no reply,called them but as soon as I said about a refund for food I never got said use the company that deals with there refunds and they will get back to you within 48hours,shock nothing so my advice dont bother

Ordered at 19:45, delivered 20:10. Hot, tasty and very good. Not greasy, crispy salad and tasty kebab meat.

We ordered last night and the food was terrible. My boys said the burgers had a funny taste and the pizzas where not nice at all. Where they get their pepperoni from I don’t know. It was weird. My diner meat was strange Also. Very disappointed as I’ve know the guys for years. Has someone else taken over? I should of just chucked my £35 in the bin or eaten it.

We ordered our food around 17:40, our order arrived quite promptly which was greeted by jubilant cheers by my children. We were missing an order of cheesy chips and since we ordered over £37, were expecting our FREE garlic bread with cheese which also was missing. First of all we were accused of lying because the man on the phone, packed the bag himself and the chips were “definitely” in the bag. Well they certainly were not! The fact that this man had the audacity to accuse us of lying over a measly portion of cheesy chips, is just pathetic. Then we were refused our free garlic bread because we had a £6 discount and was unwilling to give us the free garlic bread. Apparently it says in the ‘small print’ that you are not entitled to the free food in conjunction with another deal? There is no such mention in any small print and we were clearly entitled to the garlic bread. Bottom line is, AVOID this establishment. Food was mediocre at best and the professionalism of its staff, a joke! Wouldn’t even put 1 star if didn’t have too!

I have reviewed this place before as outstanding but sadly on two occasions now there has been next to no meat in our large chicken kebabs. On the website it offers you 15% discount online, shame they take 15% of the meat away too. Hardly any salad either. Spent alot of money at our Local kebab House, sadly ok won't anymore.

Ordered from a hotel.. food Arrived, hot, earlier than expected and driver called before he arrived giving me time to get to reception! Food was delicious, really tasty and fresh! Will definitely use again when in the area!

Poor. Consistently last takeaway arrivals, food arrived 1h 10 minutes late so the food cold, rang twice and content of the order was missing. Very poor!

My wife and I hadn’t had a Kebab for ages so we ordered 2 medium lamb kebabs with a delivery time of 45 minutes. Forget that, it turned up in 20 minutes, piping hot and enormous, goodness knows what would have arrived if we ordered large ! We will definitely be going back.

We usually order chicken kebab because it's healthy for a take away, being just grilled chicken and salad. The chicken is always succulent, the salad fresh and crispy and the chili sauce the best I've ever had. Delivery was super quick, food piping hot.

We have bought food from here for ten years and it was always good. I don't rate the pizza's but that's because I like a thin crusty base but the toppings are good and generous. The kebabs are really good and since the COVID-19 lockdown we've started having home delivery and you can't fault them. Getting the hang of the ordering system takes a few go's but when successful it even gives you an Estimated Time of Delivery. Guys' thanks for staying open and keeping the home delivery going. It helps to make the lockdown bearable.

Great kebabs. Excellent service. Always friendly. The point is, if you like kebabs, the homemade chili sauce is one of the best I've ever tasted. Lovely fruity flavour and has a real kick.

So went to must have last night . First time in a long time after moving back to the area & what can I say it was absolutely spot on . We had a mixed kebab with 3 meats & my daughter’s had chicken nuggets. We also had normal chips & cheesy chips . It tasted all fresh & shop was spotless. Staff friendly. Such a good choice on the menu next time I shall try there garlic bread as that looked very good to . Thank you must have !

The pizzas are amazing with lots of cheese on top. You get a free bottle of coke and free pizza garlic bread when you spend a certain amount. The kebabs are delicious too. Thanks Ali for such delicious food and putting loads of cheese on the pizzas!

Repeatedly phoned and was told it was on the way only to be told later that it wasn't. 2.5 hours later and no food. They were dishonest and we are hungry!

Just that really. Just gave up delivering our food which was paid for online and NO I haven't received a refund. 0/10 wouldn't' recommend.

Had a mixed kebab from here a couple of nights ago - purely because I was too lazy to go out and get a kebab from elsewhere (they dont deliver) and I have gone right off the two main kebab shops in Eastleigh town centre who have both let standards slip considerably.Anyway, food arrived on time, was hot and plenty of it. If any complaints its that they are rather expensive - 1 kebab and a can of fizz costing over £15 with the £2.50 delivery charge. Other than that, the food was spot on and will use again.

Food turned up cold. Half the burger was missing (messy burger) should have had doner meat. I called the restaurant, two really rude men (talking down at me- in the U.K. women are equal total idiots) said I haven’t ordered- which was a total lie I used the Just Eat app. After a heated discussion, they agreed to send rest of the burger- however the doner meat was also cold and was all the little scrap bits. It’s a rip off restaurant, £3 just to get your food delivered. If it was good quality ok, but it wasn’t. Two cans of drinks a kebab and a burger £22.95. Please save your money and go else where. The delivery driver was polite, that’s the only good experience.

Absolutely love must have. The doner meat is the best for miles nice chunky strips instead of thin dry bits your normally find. The staff are the friendliest cheeriest people and make ordering a delight. The chips are always freshly fried and always very clean inside. Wouldn't recommend anywhere else definitely a go to always

Ordered pizzas and kabab for delivery,pizzas showed up but no kabab,rung up and they left it at the shop, instead of sending fresh one we had the stone cold one sent to us! Thanks guys!

Must Haves is a local to me and Mustafa is always friendly. Service car is good and never takes long when waiting. Generally good service and a clean, hygienic place to eat from.

La comida siempre es caliente y se entrega dentro del tiempo especificado. Orden de esta noche fue colocado y entregado, pero una de las cosas era incorrecta, así que llamé para explicar y no podría haber sido más servicial. Nos trajeron el elemento correcto tan rápido como podían, y mantuvimos el artículo equivocado. Muy buen servicio y lo recomiendo encarecidamente llevar.

We've had this delivered twice. Last night we ordered and when it arrived it was Luke warm, actually barely warm. Chips were cold.i had the medium chicken kebab and think there was about 4/5 small bits of chicken if that. Don't think we will use again.

Lots of teenagers,not high on cleanliness of my standards,grease food,lots of litter about,on a parade of shops,found staff ok ,so that's good,won't go back.....

Hemos tenido muchos llevar desde aquí antes, pero esta vez era todo indignado! Lo siento, pero usted necesita revisar su chef!! Las hamburguesas estaban frías y la mitad de la ensalada que falta! Las patatas estaban frías y parecía que había sido preparado previamente para ese día. Y la pizza, estaba fría!! No creo que estemos pensaré volver por un tiempo!!

Primera genuinamente comestible kebab que he encontrado, ya que mover a la zona de eastleigh. En serio, me había dado hasta allí siendo una decente kebabby en cualquier lugar de la zona después de haber tenido algunos ejemplos absolutamente repugnante a lo largo de los últimos dos años.

Tenemos la suerte de tener debe de haber partido de kebabs de donde vivimos, el kebabs son de un estándar muy alto no estereotipado 'después de 10 pintas de tipo de comida para llevar.

We regularly visit here. They do take away and delivery. Great prices and a great selection of pizzas, burgers, kebabs and sides such as onion rings and cheese jalepino poppers.Great service and Mustafa always very helpful and friendly. Worth a try if you want choice and good prices.

Ordered a mixed grill and pizzas to share between a group of four of us.The quality of the grilled food was very good and with great tasting salad served alongside it. The chilli sauce was a little hot for my liking but the garlic sauce was good. The garlic bread pizza had a great taste and we found out that it was because of the use of fresh garlic. The other Pizza was a chicken one with a chilli sauce base. It was very hot. Overall very pleased and would definitely come back again.

I came here on the way home from work late last week and needed somewhere cheap and quick, the food was cheap and you could tell! No way is this place fresh food and a 4 hygiene rating! I was disgusted by the staff who were dirty and one guy was biting his nails then touching food! I would definitely avoid this at any cost!

You can't go wrong with Must Have Pizza! If you've got a hangover and physically can't get out of bed Must Have had your back! Whether you want create your own pizza, greasy kebab, chicken nuggets or a filthy burger you can have it all delivered right to your door! You can even order fizzy drinks, beer AND Ben and Jerry's ice cream! It sometimes take up to 40mins to deliver on busy night but overall Must Have is what it is. A filthy greasy takeaway joint but I love it!
