To the young ladies working behind the bar tonight (Friday 1st November), here's the one star rating you ordered when you smiled at me smugly and gleefully when you told me that the bar had closed 5 minutes earlier and then mocked me with a smug grin on your face. While you were clearly delighted at being able to deliver this news, I'm really sorry to say, we really weren't that bothered. It just meant we got to the Bush quicker where the beer is cheaper, the DJ is better and the atmosphere is better too. But since you had such a satisfying look of victory on your face, then congratulations. But be aware, we'll just got straight to the Bush in future, regardless of what time it is.

First time here and whilst I may visit again, it won’t be during cold months and it won’t be my first choice. The atmosphere of the place was good, they had a nice vibe of music on but also Sky Sports on the tv’s. The staff were friendly enough if you could grab their attention. The building itself was very cold and lacked any heating, I ate with my coat on and I point blank refused to eat with my hat on but I was close to doing that, if I wanted to eat a burger wrapped up I’d do it in a McDonalds car park for a fraction of the price. Our food was similar to something from Wetherspoon’s, just more expensive. The temperature of the food was mixed, as burger patty was warm, the shredded chicken in BBQ on my burger was cold, and the fries were extremely hot, although my onion rings were edible they were slightly hard, although it didn’t help as everything arrived at different times. Menu could’ve been more clearer as to what you get or don’t get with your choice of order. They don’t sell alcohol, which I don’t mind, just adding for review. We didn’t try any of the desserts, although what I seen delivered to another table they did look well presented and of a decent portion size. I would suggest viewing other local restaurants altogether if it’s a burger you’re after maybe give it a go here, there’s plenty of space and seating available.

Placed order for delivery; told it would be within 45 minutes. 1 hour 20 minutes later, not yet arrived. Phoned to query; the woman on the phone laughed before telling me it had left the restaurant. Food eventually arrived 1 hour 40 minutes after order was placed. Upon arrival asked for £2 more than the price stated when order placed. Money not the issue but after the pathetic service, the nerve surprised me. Needless to say, food was cold and it was average at best. Used to order from here nearly every weekend. Not been for a while... standards have slumped! Will not be ordering from here again. Many local places which provide much better food and much better service.

This take away is one of the best around..cooking and delivery may take slightly longer..but given the fact the takeaway is extremely busy at times..people need to be a bit more respectful when leaving a review..food is always good and hot..never had a bad delivery in three years or more..Our delivery driver/man is an absolutely lovely person and I don’t think he gets the recognition he deserves..please inform the delivery driver he is an absolute joy to speak too..food was nice can’t ever fault it..I wish you all a fantastic Christmas and a great new year x

Brilliant spot for lunch or dinner and amazing food and service everyone was so helpful and happy and the quality of the food was incredible tasted so fresh. Shout out to Thomas and the other manger on shift who were excellent!

They got the order completely wrong and took ages to prepare it so I was left having to eat it. Slow and incompetent.

Ordered a takeaway through JustEat, who conveniently won't let me leave a review. Food was stone cold, ordered chicken with 2 carbonaras, neither had any, and one even lacked the bacon! Complete lack of care when contacting the restaurant, pretty much told it wasn't their problem. Do NOT waste your money

Called with young family on way home from holiday. Took over half an hour to be given our order despite the restaurant being empty. We were eating our food when the manager (we assume) started shouting at us that they were closed and we needed to leave. Disgusting way to talk to customers who had only been given their food 10 mins ago after waiting for so long. Children became upset and we just upped and left despite spending over £30. Lady member of staff apologised as we left (she was lovely) but we shall never ever return. BE WARNED!!

Ordered from uber eats, everything we ordered was semi okay, accept the burgers, I ordered the cheese stack and the patty was hard and burnt, bun was stale and hardly any sauce along with unmelted cheese, was very dry. Ordered donuts which unfortunately had all turned to mush and stuck together. Vegan burger was the same. Although the jalapeños poppers were great!.
