One of the most accomodating ice cream shops we've encountered! Normally we struggle with finding somewhere that is friendly towards my wife's nut allergy. They happily used a fresh scoop and also opened a brand new tub to ensure no cross contamination. Also, as a big bonus, the best ice cream we've ever had. Can't recommend the thunder and lightning more. Amazing

After leaving voicemail and email requests for information, to no avail, we get here, and the place is closed and for sale. Great job, Google. Still showing it as less busy than usual.

Stopped for sausage bun but instead opted for the daily special savory mince with dumplings mash and yorkshire pud. Absolutely gaugeous and beautifully presented super hot and wooden cutlery brill 👌 Hubby went with the cumberland sausage bun really good quality .lovely guys who run it.👍

Went here for dinner and afternoon tea. Both lovely, good food and service. Obviously a pricey location but worth it. Better than the W restaurant

This is a great takeaway that uses only quality ingredients to make their pizzas and kebabs. The customer service is 2nd to none. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I made a mistake with my order tonight and within 15 minutes they had delivered me this delicious pizza! (James Special with pineapple) Thank you all at Flames!

The Lake View Garden Bar is a fantastic spot with stunning views across the lake, making it the perfect place to relax with a drink and a meal. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and attentive, adding to the overall great experience. The food was excellent—I had the roast beef roll with chips and gravy, which was absolutely amazing, full of rich flavor and perfectly cooked. My partner had the Diavola pizza, which had a great balance of heat and spice, with a crispy yet fluffy base that made it even better. All in all, a brilliant experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

Just home from a weekend in Grange Over Sands. We came across the Keg n Kitchen and can't praise this gem of a pub enough, amazing staff in particular young Katie best barmaid ever! Even more the locals and fellow guests. I dropped my purse and was contacted by Matt from the pub via social media to ask and let me know that they had it. So grateful. There's far more good people in this world than bad 🙏🥰

Please keep away unless you want the worse meal you have ever had. Went on a date night and to pay for that ,what we had was a crime. Shouldn't be allowed to sell meals that bad. The staff were ok The place is in a nice setting. There is no atmosphere. When we went in. We thought, why is it so empty. Well, we found out. The food is terrible. Had a steak pie and I'm being very honest here. There was no meat in it at all. Wife had their best burger and left it. No taste. Be warned.

Great to have a drive through Starbucks in town. Open early as well which is great. Great service. Coffee was quick and hot. Good to sit in as well and do a bit of work. Very pleasant and friendly staff.
